Hello my friends. Welcome back to English Fluency Teacher. Today's shadowing practice is one of the
most practical types of English you can learn because it connects English directly to real life.
In this video, every sentence describes a clear action like cleaning, cooking, organizing,
working, or getting ready. This is powerful for fluency because your brain links the sentence
to a visual moment. When you can see the action and say the sentence at the same time,
your English becomes faster, more natural, and easier to remember. Here's how to practice.
I will say each sentence two times, then I will pause. During the pause, repeat the sentence
out loud, copying my pronunciation, rhythm, and tone. Speak clearly, use your full voice,
and don't worry about small mistakes. This is a speaking workout and every repetition
makes you stronger. Alright, let's begin today's daily actions shadowing practice.
Listen carefully, then repeat exactly what I said by copying my pronunciation, rhythm, and tone.
I'm making my bed as soon as I wake up. I'm brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth.
I'm washing my face to feel more awake. I'm applying moisturizer because my skin feels dry.
I'm combing my hair and fixing it neatly. I'm putting on sunscreen before I go outside.
I'm getting dressed and choosing something comfortable. I'm checking the weather so I
appropriately. I'm tying my shoes and double checking the knots. I'm filling my water bottle
so I stay hydrated. I'm taking a deep breath to calm my mind. I'm opening my laptop and checking
my schedule. I'm writing a to-do list to stay organized today. I'm replying to emails and
keeping my answers short and clear. I'm joining an online meeting and taking quick notes.
Fantastic work today. You just completed a full daily actions shadowing workout,
and this kind of practice is extremely effective. When you connect English to real actions,
your brain learns faster. You start thinking in English naturally because these sentences
describe real life, not textbook examples. Here's a simple challenge. Tomorrow,
choose five actions you do every day and say the English sentence out loud while you do it.
For example, when you wash dishes, say, I'm washing the dishes.
This is how you turn practice into real fluency. If you finished the whole session,
write in the comments, I practiced out loud today. Please like the video, subscribe to English
Fluency Teacher, and share this video with someone who wants to speak English more naturally.
Keep going, keep practicing, and I'll see you in the next shadowing lesson.
