Getting LOST in abandoned town with a CAT! || Solo female VAN LIFE 🚐😇

The windows because it is very loud. Okay, um, what are we doing today? Excellent question. Excellent question! We are driving somewhere that isn't here and that would be um, this sort of like countryside area. I'm thinking that I would like a little bit of peace and quiet because I just feel like it. Welcome to the nomadic lifestyle. You know, we're free as a bird. So we're gonna try and drive. Words are not happening. Let me try that So we're gonna drive through the countryside and we're gonna just have a little bit of a scenic scenic day of driving and music and finding places. My fan is broken. My max air fan. There is something extremely wrong with it. I've tried resetting it. I've taken the fuse out. Nothing's working people. I'm a little bit scared that it's one of the connections. Luckily because I built my van I know where it is and this is the precise reason that I did. Well that I'm glad that I did because, you know, I know how to fix things but I really don't want to have to take my roof down. It's gonna be... So we're hoping that it is going to, you know, fix itself. I don't know how but sometimes things just fix themselves in the van if you just drive it long enough. So moral of the story just keep going. Just go straight through it. If your car is about to explode just keep driving. There is a chance it might just put its own fire out. It might explode and just somehow cool down. Okay don't follow that advice but all right let's stop dishing out advice that's gonna kill people. Don't do that. Don't do that. It is cloudy today which I'm so excited about. Okay the break from the sun is... I've entered a new state of euphoria that I cannot... This is quite exciting for me because I've been writing my film so much which I've absolutely loved doing but I have been getting itchy So come with me. Let's do it! That was such a fun drive. Oh lord I found the... There was the town up there is the place I was kind of like aiming for. We're in the Ardesh by the way. Let's do this. The amount of adrenaline that just shot through my body I think is it's gonna cause permanent damage. I feel prickly. That's not a good sensation. Oh my god we're parked next to a graveyard. I don't know what magical ---- is happening. I can't figure it out. I don't know what is happening. I don't know why I just walked down a gutter to get here and it's getting darker. I can hear distant voices but those voices do not get closer no matter how far I am going down. It's the peak of summer. There's just a lot mosquitoes. Actually there's a lot of mosquitoes mating. Don't do that. Don't. We do not need more mosquitoes. And I don't think anybody lives here. You know what? We're abandoning mission. I'm embarrassed with myself. I'm embarrassed if this is the choice I'm making but to be perfectly honest I don't want to walk back up here in the dark because it's along all the roads and it's very peaceful up here but I have a film to live for now, okay? I don't want to die anymore. You know I have to stay alive for it so I can't be reckless. Hence the flat shoes and they're going back at a reasonable hour. However we did, we've still been treacherous and adventurous in the fact that we did walk down a gutter to get here. Ah but the clouds. Yeah let's go back up to the top. Oh I don't know why we're messing around here. Let's go back to the top because look at that. I am sweating profusely. This is the worst thing that can happen you know but this view is rather magnificent. Okay we're back and we have a friend. Hi boo. You want to know what I have for dinner? Because I have no food. I got dry grated carrot and I have, are you ready? Are you steady? I don't know if you're ready. Hot dogs. That is it and my coffee machine is in the sink purely because it is the only thing that I care about anymore. God I've been looking after it so well. I love it. It is my literal pride and joy. Other than right now I am so damn hot. It is so damn warm. Okay we're gonna call it wild cooking in the van. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna fork a sausage onto here like that. Is this lighting weird? I can't tell. Oh that's better and then what happens next? It's crazy okay. Do not try this at home people. Do not try this at home. This is a very delicate process okay. I think I've genuinely built a magnetic force field around the van and myself which just says **** off and it's not because I want to. I just think I've generated that energy. I love I love you guys. I don't know what's wrong with it and it is causing a problem. I buy things and I just leave them in the fridge for a while but this is grated carrot okay. Dry grated carrot. Does anybody want to come and be my private chef because I will gladly hire you. Just please know that you will have to sleep here but my mirror does belong there so you might have to go on the floor. Let's enjoy our food with a view of a tree. Friend I'm gonna have to shut the door. I feel really bad. I feel like she trusts me. That means a lot these days. Hi my friend. I'm so sorry. I feel majorly guilty right now but I can't get bitten by mosquitoes. My skin. Get out. You're a moth. It's so peaceful here though. It's really nice and there's a lot of cats but they're all like nice cats. And they're kind of cool you know. And also if you're wondering what's where Chi Chi is actually um she's fine but basically I cannot take her away from Lily. She is my mom and dad's dog and Coco but Coco just died. So after my mom was in hospital earlier this year if you don't know basically she got Legionnaire's disease. My mom and dad also live in a van. So I spent lots of time with Lily and Gigi. Like they were together the whole time whilst my mom was in hospital and they gelled really well. Every time I take Gigi anywhere she cries for Lily. Am I saddened by this? Yes. So she's currently with Lily and Lily is not with me. But after um Coco dying my family's other dog they've kind of been a bit weird. So I just I didn't want to upset her more by taking her on a big like rampage. So for the next little while she's she's just staying with my parents because that's what she prefers. Food has been eaten. It was not great but it was charming. Okay burnt sausages. You know it had like a a campfire feel. You know it really felt close to close to home. Close to mother nature. So we do love that even though our hot dog is very very far away from mother nature's produce. But okay so whilst I'm doing this I don't know what to do tomorrow. It's a really big decision. Like I want to go back down there and I want to try out you know like a little coffee bar or something. But honestly at this point I am just scarred. I'm scarred people. I'm scarred beyond belief you know from the treacherous journey that has been. Yeah this is artistic as ****. It's giving salt tree raccoon. We love that for us. I was gonna show you guys outside but then they switched the lights up outside which I don't love. Good night. I was expecting it. No it's quite warm because my fan isn't like fully doing anything and you want to see you want to see another major problem. I don't know what happened. All right good night. It's very quiet up here but I really wish they'd keep the street lights on. Okay I think we should go to a cafe and get more coffee and I need to get ready first and we're gonna then put different shoes on as well. None of that probably made sense. We're gonna go drink some coffee and we're gonna we're gonna take my script and we're gonna have a good morning yeah. Let's go for a drive. It is so peaceful here. It is scary. It's so peaceful. I love it. It's addictive. I want to stay here but we can't. Also it's my hair. Well we can actually but I you know I think I'm gonna get lost in so much peace. It is so peaceful. I don't want to leave. But I do want to leave. Conclusion? We'll be leaving. Okay the question really is though is my hair giving giving chic or is it giving I just slept in a van last night because I'm having a hard time telling the difference. I think it's good. It's authentic as well you know it really this is straight out of the van so uh I think I'm yeah. Let's go. Why am I not driving? It's just so peaceful like I don't want to move. They just feel like tiny movie sets and it's so inspiring. It's so inspiring. Coffee and then we're gonna look at this because I want to show you guys my process. Every greatness in the world has a process and it's really it's just abject. I want to share this with you guys so badly. Okay give me a sec. So we're not at the best angle but um I literally forgot my freaking pencil. So we're gonna just forget about that but we're gonna deal with it because I can't I don't have anything else. So I'm gonna show you my script. Look at that bad boy. All me. All me. I love coming to places like this because it's so peaceful and it's just it's so nice to write in. I find it really good to like change location when I'm writing this because sometimes things feel right in one location but then you move to another location and yeah you're inspired in like a different way so you're like always inspired by different locations and then you want to like you want to find like the the kind of continual plan that you end up writing because I get like oh that would be so cool that'd be so cool that'd be so cool but then I'll go somewhere else. Do I love that? So it's it's a really interesting thing. I'm sure if you like write songs or something you could kind of maybe relate a bit. So I'm trying to find the continual line that I'm happy with and it works every time and I've literally written the whole thing but I keep making adaptions to it like I've just got so many little little things and if you don't know uh if you haven't watched any of my videos um basically I've been making these for like two years which has been so awesome um but I really want to to show what I can do and make something really great for you guys so I decided to use all my skills I've built up in the last few years and to make a something that is just amazing so um yeah I've got so many just pieces of paper like this is just this is like two percent of the paper I own um because there's so many like scribbles everywhere like I don't if anyone knows how to like if there's a good software or something to like put all your notes in I'd love that because guys I just I'm a paper girl but like I don't want to lose any of it you know what I mean I'm just so pleased with it I'm gonna do some thinking here as well because it's quite it's quite inspiring I'm pretty much very happy with what I have here but you know you know there's always like new sort of things you can add and you just like kind of keep embellishing until you like you like do one and then like you write the initial storyline and then you like type it up then you're like ah do I like that no and then you just like keep re-editing and editing and editing and then eventually you go like and then you reach the sweet point at the top where it actually uh is everything you want it to be this is literally what I've been spending all my time doing lately and I'm so obsessed with it I love it it's exactly what I want to do um so yeah traveling around a little bit and doing this now is so cool so so so cool all right we're back that was divinely sexy I feel so light now I love hanging around in little towns I just feel so peaceful I really highly recommend you come to one and especially one that's not busy like this one is really really nice this town is called Mermon and also you want to see what I bought so it's always nice to buy something I bought olives now we see olives growing on the trees here I've never tried one I have a jar what the **** is okay gonna just have a water oh god that was unexpectedly briny okay I haven't washed my hands but don't give a **** okay anyway have a great week and um thanks so much for watching thanks so much for being here and yeah see you in the next one
