SUSPECT ON ROOF: Teen facing charges for crime spree also charged in burglary case

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office says the 18-year-old man accused of stealing a truck and crashing it into a playground on Tuesday afternoon is also facing charges in a separate case out of Darby Borough, Delaware County.
