On Set with Anya Taylor-Joy at Her WWD Weekend Cover Shoot

I'm Enya Taylor-Joy and we are here shooting WWD Weekend. When I am on set I am often reading or I am spending time with the different departments. I'm fascinated by every side of filmmaking and so I'll just go and hang out with sound for a bit and learn what they do. When I'm on set they can kind of take over your whole world so if I have a day off I'll just go okay this area of my life needs a bit more tending. I'm gonna give some energy towards that. I wish I had more time to travel for fun. One of the wonderful things about this job is you get to visit so many incredible places but you don't often get to see it the way that you would if you were just going there with a loved one or by yourself. So I wish I had more time for adventure traveling. When I'm looking for a red carpet outfit I look to try and make a fantastical moment for people and it's one of my favorite things about fashion it's the fantasy element and so if I'm able to show up in something where people go then that's that's a good one. If I had all the time in the world honestly I would do what I'm doing now. I feel so so lucky that I get to do the thing that I love and that it keeps me energized and interested and intellectually stimulated and I find that in this career I'm not bored often which makes me happy.
