Solo Van Life: Storms, Chilling in nature and Parking drama 🤓🚐🌲

I'm currently at a car park next to some bins in the rain in the mountains dressed like I'm ready for the Riviera. I don't know what to do because I don't really want to drive through the mountains right now but there is one place I just discovered on the map and it is called Vogue. There is a town called Vogue. I'm going to be so excited even if it's the shittest town that has ever existed I'm gonna say it was the best experience of my life just because I could be like I drove to Vogue. It's the name of the town that counts not the town. Okay we're gonna drive. Is that a good idea in the rain? Probably not. When is anything I do in the van a good idea? Nothing about any of this is a good idea. It's an excellent idea but it's also a bad idea. I'm not setting a good example right now. So we've made it. The only problem is um I had to park quite far away because there were no spaces. We're gonna try to be quick because I don't want to walk back in the dark. ------- hell just inhaled that. Just drank that. Just drank the perfume. I am sufficiently fragranced. Guide me. Okay let's go. Like in this car park it's a bit ---- but that's what we got to work with right now and we have to see Vogue so come on let's let's let's do it. Whoa look at that. I found Vogue. How do I win? That's a big ass chateau. I could totally see myself living there. Oh my gosh there's like a total oasis up here. This just isn't a path. The way I now have to. It's just like little you know nice warnings. Nice little sign posts like oh yeah chateau's this way. Chapel. Chapel. Chapel this way. Huh yeah thanks for the ******* death warning. Oh god I think it's a ruin. I don't even think it's a real chapel or a real chateau. There's no one here. Like why do we keep doing this? Okay great now there's just like not a sign. Girl I don't know. I'm going back. Ah well at least there's the castle and if you look right into the distance there'll be Gloria. This is not the Vogue I was hoping for. Do excuse the negativity from my behalf however I have just walked up what can only be described as a mountain to get here. What is this? Oh sorry I thought something touched my foot. I am sweating. I was thinking about visiting the castle but then I remembered the pact I made of myself which was that I will not be visiting any other castles until it's the castle that I'm living in. Okay. What a great path to walk down. Alright so I found a restaurant but they have a really nice outdoor seating area but um for some reason there is now a thunderstorm. I don't know if you can hear that. Literally the weather today like changes every half an hour. It's like stormy raining then it's like full sunshine too hot to like wear anything and then it's like cold. Lads I'm having an issue. We're gonna go to the restaurant I found but we're gonna sit indoors which is underwhelming but you know it's such is life sometimes. It's all good they have undercover. It's so dark right now I'm sorry. Okay what I think we're gonna do is a margarita canar and uh it was actually that was the first food I ever ate when we first ever went to a restaurant alone together um like two years ago so I really want that right now so we're gonna get it. Also look how adorable this is it's like little amuse-bouche. Okay let's eat. Also I'm getting absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes. My legs are red right now. I literally I cannot stop scratching them it looks horrendous. The light's so cozy right now. It's like raining outside. Underneath this little thing with the lights and there's like I'm loving it. I'm loving it. Excellent aesthetic right now. We got we got the food. We got the rain. We got the cars. We got the lighting. We got the little lantern. We got we got it all going on. Very very good. Add salt like we're gonna salt eat. I'm gonna salt eat. It is so rainy right now but I am loving it. It's so refreshing. It's so refreshing. Everyone else has vanished. I'm the only true one left on the planet here. I don't know whether to stay here tonight or not. Oh my gosh there's so many little weird things. Look at that building. Look how cool that is. It's just hidden in the forest. Okay there we are. Someone's like pushed the the barrier. Oh that is how you get your van out. Okay that's fine. Okay. Okay I just wanted to check out the little river here really quickly. Yep that's cute. It is crazy right now. We're just gonna ignore that. Really like this space but I really don't like how busy the road is. Like the worst combination in my opinion, the worst place to park in is kind of like a like a natural looking car park or just a car park in general that's like got a busy road. Like it's just you're always going to end up with people coming in and playing music which is really annoying because that stream is really cute but I don't know why I'm feeling so anxious. Like bro three years in the van. I just I'm very like vibey at the moment. Like I like I either really like a place or I'm like I don't want to stay here. Like it's like an instant yes or no and this one's a no. So which really sucks but I'm gonna trust that. Um so let's just drive some. Lads it is nine o'clock. I don't even know where I am and we have zero service. So that's that's healthy. Equally driving in the dark where you don't know where you're gonna sleep. That's not a fun one either. So ah I'm just really trying to stay alive for my film and I just don't want to take any any you know like if I don't feel something I'm not gonna do it. Put it that way. Let's just drive somewhere until we can get service and then we'll figure out the rest of it I think. The thing is is that I know this place exists so we can come back. I've actually entered the town where every horror movie has ever been made. There's no good places to park here. It's really annoying. I just I don't feel good about anywhere. Really weird. Country lane completely dark. This guy is just walking along the road barefoot with his arms like behind his back. Oh my god it's so weird. I think I'm gonna head into the um the town nearby and see if there's like a supermarket car park. I literally cannot find it and everywhere is just like weird. I don't understand why. Maybe it's me. I don't know. I just I don't feel good about anywhere. Okay we're heading to the supermarket because I actually genuinely don't know what to do. Honestly I don't know what just came over me. It was not good. I just got really freaked out. Like there was nothing more kind of annoying when you're really tired when you're driving and you just you can't find a space to like uh you know park in and sleep in. And trying to find it at night is so hard because you can't tell the surroundings especially if it's like you know in the wilderness. It's really hard to kind of suss the vibe out and if there's any like potential dangers or anything. So I had to come here. Like I kind of wish that I stayed in the first place but I just didn't like it. Ow. Why do I now have loads of energy? I've just laid down and now I have the world's supply of energy. I don't know what to do with myself so I'm just gonna do this. Excellent. My legs feel really sticky and I don't know what to do about it so we're just gonna embrace it and go to sleep. Good night. I woke up to like the smell of um freshly baked croissant because there's a little a little boulangerie over there and its smell just flooded the car park. Flooded in. But I'm on my phone this morning and I'm not proud of it. The video that came up on my feed. The share. I want to inhale her. Every time I see a video about her it just I get so passionate about it. We're gonna go see some gorgeous some nice things. We're gonna find a freaking stream. It's gonna be amazing. Let's just go now. I don't know what the time is. Okay I was just driving through this like weirdest little place and what if you managed to spot me from the inside of a restaurant. Literally I drove past it in like half a second. I'm genuinely impressed. I live in such my own head and world that like I feel like I'm under a cloak of invisibility. I don't know if you think that I'm more like anonymous and ----. I didn't forget that I post my entire life online. Oh my gosh. I actually don't know how I just made it through there. Not entirely sure how we just survived that journey but great. We found a good place. Oh my god I came here before two motorhomes. That was good timing. The universe does love me. Can you hear the crickets? It's like nobody here. It is so quiet. There's a bit in the middle. I want to go in it so badly. If I do that I'm gonna get whisked away and that would be truly tragic because there's no stopping once you're going.
