How To Do A Perfect Fade Tutorial. “Ghost Fade” By Thomas Baca Barber

Do you have any other like styles of haircuts that you've kind of honed or made yourself? I would say the only one that I really know that I made myself is the ghost fade. And it's only because and look let me tell you why I made the ghost fade. I made the ghost fade because I wanted it to be uh so a mid-fade will you watch let me just kind of tell you like this look a mid-fade will travel uh like just through the through the mid part right here like if you look in the mirror the mid-fade will travel from here around here like this. So what I did was instead of having it so bald here for my gentlemen that were doing like a half here like I would just come in and start with a zero here and then shadow it out so that's kind of how I came up with the ghost fade. Yeah it's more of a little blended uh I like it a lot. What's up Thomas? Hey guys I'll show them on the camera what I mean too about like how this is uh how guys I'll come up with the number one and then I'll just kind of kill this and pop it together and and then I'll show you the keys to the car and the ghost fade. Yeah for a while I was just kind of telling them to give me somewhat of like an undercut style shorter around the sides and longer on top um and like it came out okay like I wasn't like unhappy with my hair but uh I've never gotten as many compliments and I don't I've never liked it as much until you showed me the ghost fade. And so this one okay so look and I and watch so an undercut would just be an undercut the reason you like this one so much is because the ghost fade puts everything together so it's like you don't have to worry about the grow out of the undercut that's why the undercut's like really easy to do for sure but it's I can see why that's another reason I kind of did the ghost fade too just so it is it's a super like formal cut it isn't even as hard as like the mid fade yeah so it's like it grows back all to your feet but these watch guys this is how you can see how this is I've just prepped the hair I simply just come here like I can even so guys this just travels right down here guys like killing that perimeter using these again watch look just kind of lifting the skin to get that blend and it just pops right right in like that look I'm going to break the haircut up into three sections this time for you I don't have to do that but like here's section number one section number two in the back and section number three and I'm going to show you what I do so here's section number one you saw that I started to catch a blend so I'm just going to simply come right over here and guys how I keep this in order is I'm able to know how many notches I go up and how far that I go up and I synchronize them on all three sides so I make them the same so that's another little trick you're gonna see how that is then I can see that so I've done that now I come back I zero these out all the way to the bottom and I can just create like a little tiny beanie shadow that just comes right over here and that just gives it that you know absolute clarity and same thing on this side as well and how's everything going with you you know I'm actually going to be moving back to Albuquerque I got a job at a dispensary so oh wow yeah I'm I'm excited for that and which dispensary it's a sawmill cannabis company they're local and they have several locations so I'll be I'll be up a while to sail very cool wait so do you smoke or anything or yeah I see I didn't know that that's that's cool yeah I mean I don't like walk around advertising it or anything like that but I uh you know obviously I tried when I was younger just to try it see what it was all about and I can't say that like I'm an actual medical patient but I've just noticed that it does give me some you know benefits it helps me with certain things so I kind of have it down to like the way I like to do it and almost like I guess you could her parents like taking a yeah I just think that working in the field will be would be really cool because I do know a little bit about it and I want to further my education on it are you still blowing up from being on the news or did that ever like settle down I don't know that it caught fire for a little while and then settled down and everything and now it's back to normal and everything it was like but there was a few people that came in like that's a good story honestly though man like I didn't know all that stuff about you until you showed me that like yeah because why did you see us on the news or uh oh yeah yeah to tell you the truth I haven't really kept up with anything for the past couple of months but you know especially when you uh I think because you posted another one of me like months ago maybe even like a little over a year ago it's been a minute but yeah I was uh I some afternoons just because the cell service sucked um getting like wi-fi out there like I I mean it's not like the biggest deal but like I just deleted like my Netflix and HBO and all that stuff because it just doesn't work um so to have those luxuries and like you know better retro options and things like that is definitely a blessing you never left here for all the barbers on there this won't happen unless you have uh mizutani shears those are these shears right here if you don't have these it's uh this it's not going to happen uh you also need to uh go over to a YS park and grab a sick comb and these combs I'll show you these combs are the best of the best like the logo always nice
