What if you could have over a half an acre in one of the most established
palm tree-lined historic neighborhoods in the entire West Valley?
Fully renovated, move-in ready, and steps from a golf resort lifestyle.
Because that combination is a lot harder to find than you might think,
and the home I'm going to show you today delivers on all of it.
Today we're in Litchfield Park, but not just anywhere.
This is the historic district right near the Wigwam Golf Club,
where you've got three golf courses, you've got resort dining,
spa access, and that true old Arizona charm
that you don't just get in the newer master plan communities.
You've got palm tree-lined streets, larger custom lots,
and a neighborhood that feels established, feels quiet,
and honestly a little bit like stepping back in time,
because a lot of these homes were originally built in the late 60s and 70s.
So as you drive through here, you're going to notice a completely different style
and character. Some homes have been fully modernized,
like the ones that we're going to tour today, and others
still have that original charm, and that contrast is really what makes this area
feel so special. Now here's where today's home really
stands out, because a lot of properties in this historic area
still need a lot of updating. This one is already completely transformed,
and I think you're going to really love it.
Today's home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home,
plus it has a den. It's just over 3,000 square feet,
and it sits on over a half an acre, plus it's a corner lot.
Originally this home was built in 1970, but then it was fully
renovated by 360 Construction, and they took it down to the studs.
This is not your typical flip, lipstick on a pig.
They kept some of the original structure for character,
like I'm going to show you inside, like some of the bricks,
and then they rebuilt it with all new electrical, plumbing,
all new windows, you name it, plus they added
a full primary suite. RV and garage are all new as well,
and you've even got a brand new pool that was added in 2023.
So what you're getting here is character, plus modern living without compromise.
All right, as you walk up, you're going to notice this
circular driveway here out front. That's kind of original charm of this
neighborhood, and the time in which this home was built.
We've got this brick exterior here, but also these walls here
on the outside are brick and the original.
And then you've got this great seating area out here with the fire pit,
which is really nice, and it's off of one of the bedrooms here.
So you could all be sitting out here, you're looking at these tree-lined
streets, and then my favorite thing about this entry
is this steel glass dutch door. I absolutely love a dutch door.
All right, as you walk in, just notice this really open feel.
White oak on the floors here. Same with the doors.
These beams, absolutely gorgeous. Feels nice and open.
Come over here, this is your office space with your window out front.
Dual workspaces here. You could use this for homeschooling your kids if you wanted.
Nice and bright. Lots of storage space.
And then as you can see, the kitchen overlooks your great room here
with your fireplace. Where should we start?
Got storage under here.
All of this is storage underneath these cabinets, and that is something that
really only custom homes give you.
Also here, these slide back and you've got your coffee bar here.
Deep drawers. Frigidaire refrigerator.
Lots of space here. Lots of drawers.
Just all these custom cabinets. Big farm sink.
Dishwasher. Z-line range.
Gas here, which is nice.
Got your beautiful backsplash here.
Let's head over to our pantry, which is right through here.
This was the original door on the home, and I love that they kept that.
Really charming look.
And then here's your working pantry area.
So you can have another refrigerator in here.
Store your wine, but you know, all of your appliances
that you don't want to leave out on your kitchen counter, they can go in here.
And then all of these pull out, which is nice.
Just really easy to organize all of your Costco stuff.
If you need to, all of your spices and canned goods.
Really organized.
All right, leaving the pantry, we are going to head down to our first bathroom here.
Notice the detailing on the tile flooring.
Your step-in shower here with floor-to-ceiling tile.
That is off of bedroom number one here.
They're using it as a home gym, and I don't know if you can tell,
but this is one of the original brick walls there that was kept.
So just a really charming feel in here.
You've got your closet, so this is a bedroom.
And then we're going to head down here to our garage.
We have kind of a landing area here.
Again, lots of storage, floating shelves.
You've got your tankless water heater, new HVAC system.
So that was all put in in 2021.
And then this garage is a real three-car garage in here.
And it's actually extended, so you can also probably put a golf cart in here as well.
So you have lots of space, lots of parking out on the slab out front,
and of course, RV parking as well.
Heading back in, so that's one kind of wing of the home.
And you've got your great room here.
And then we're going to head down to our master.
This is your laundry.
It's a beautiful laundry room in here with lots of cabinets, floating shelves,
washer and dryer, big sink in here.
Again, that detail on your tile flooring.
And then we're going to head down to our primary bedroom.
A lot of times in these older homes, you don't get high ceilings in here.
This is a nice vaulted ceiling with the wood beam across.
Beautiful sliders out in the back, all new.
Love the detail of this room.
No carpet, still have the same flooring throughout.
Beautiful bathroom in here.
Huge dual shower, floor-to-ceiling tile in here as well.
We have our walk-in closet down here and our water closet.
Here's our walk-in closet.
We have our water closet.
And just notice the brightness in here.
There's so many windows, even though the lights are on in here.
It's just a really bright and cheery feeling.
You feel very private.
You've got plants that line the entire property.
So it's very mature and grown out because this property has been here since 1970.
All right, we're going to head down to our final part of the home.
And notice the detail here.
Your lights on these nooks on either side.
Imagine your fireplace roaring at night.
And then we've got our linen closet here.
And then the rest of our bedrooms on this side.
Again, you can see the original brick wall there on the outside.
So nice size rooms, of course, with their own bathroom here.
Unique tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling tile.
It's your own little space.
Heading here, this is the front of the house.
So you've just got these windows that are fabulous.
Of course, your closet is a walk-in closet.
And then this one also has its own bathroom,
which is unique with its own tile flooring and shower.
Each are slightly different.
Very unique.
And then we will head into our final bedroom before we go outside.
And this was the original master bedroom, I'm told.
Again, with your brick wall there that remains.
And then this is a walk-in closet here.
And then here is your bathroom.
The gold fixtures.
Just a completely different feel than another one.
This one has a tub in it.
And there was a window here in the original home.
And they kind of kept that same vibe going with a new window.
But also having the tub, floor-to-ceiling tile,
different tile on your flooring in here.
But each bedroom has its own unique feel to it.
But all with that charm of the original brick wall.
And all with their own bathroom.
All right, now we're going to head back outside.
And you've got these nice big sliders here.
Come out onto your patio, which is extended.
Got this patio here.
But then it's also extended out so that you get some nice shade.
So out here, instead of travertine, they actually used limestone,
which is very elevated and beautiful.
Again, this is your 2023 pool.
You've got your bubbler on your little step here.
Little shelf that you can put your chairs on.
Then you have your water feature, which is separate.
And then, of course, the rest of the pool.
And this feels incredibly private.
You don't have anyone looking into your backyard.
You have all of these mature citrus trees back here.
Artificial turf.
And then this was off of our primary bedroom, if you remember.
So you could even put a little hot tub out here.
Super nice.
And then let's head over.
I mean, that's what's great about having a little over a half acre.
You've got lots of room just spread out.
You could do whatever you wanted in this backyard, really, if you wanted to add to it.
It's nice and simple and low maintenance here.
If you were heading out for a long weekend with your RV.
So let me show you that space as well.
I know you're going to appreciate it.
Okay, so through this gate is this separate area.
Kind of a staging area is what I would call it.
We have an RV.
And I just appreciate this so much.
If you are an RVer, you've got your sewer clean out.
Your water that goes direct to your unit here.
And when you're getting ready to go on a trip, most of us are picking up our RVs from storage.
And we're having to run them home.
And they're hot in the summer.
You got to cool it down.
And then you can't, you know, you can't load it until the refrigerator is nice and cooled down.
In this situation, you come out here, you flip on your switch.
You get your unit cooled down.
You've got it plugged in out here to the house.
And then this goes into your garage.
So all of your staging, you're just loading stuff up from your kitchen.
Popping it into here.
Loading up all of your stuff from your garage.
And you're getting it into your RV.
And it's nice and cool when you want it to be.
And plenty of space.
And there's plenty of space over here if you wanted to put your boat over here.
And of course, on the outside, there was all of that parking.
Tons of parking for guests that are here.
If you're entertaining.
Lots of mature trees.
I mean, this space, super easy to back up a boat in here.
Put your RV in here to reposition.
I don't know about you, but backing up a boat sometimes, not fun.
So I think that's a huge plus on this home.
Just not having to pay extra somewhere for storage.
It's right here at your own house.
Right off of your backyard.
New roof, obviously, on this home.
Gutters.
There's so many things that I could point out on this house
that you just don't get with new construction.
Also, you've got your umbrella holder there.
All the way around the pool.
This little entertaining area over here.
So if you're someone who actually enjoys being able to walk or to golf cart to places,
you're minutes from Old Pueblo Cafe.
It's my personal favorite.
My husband and I love going there.
There's the Park Cafe, Le Mans Aveda Salon and Spa.
Of course, the Wigwam, which has its own restaurant and three distinct golf courses.
Plus, you've got Tierra Verde Lake Park nearby,
which is a great spot for walking, fishing, and just getting outside.
And with Litchfield Square, just minutes from this home,
it's in development still, but it's coming.
This area is only continuing to grow in terms of dining, retail, and overall lifestyle.
So this home is perfect for someone who doesn't want a cookie cutter new build.
Maybe you want space and privacy and a home with more character.
You appreciate an established high-end neighborhood,
but you still want everything updated and move-in ready.
In Arizona and the West Valley in particular,
there are very few homes that combine lot size,
location, renovation quality, and overall lifestyle the way this home does.
I hope you enjoyed touring this beautiful home with me today.
