Muay Thai training on Phuket 🥊💀

I came to Phuket to learn Muay Thai from a native of this art. A personal training session costs only $25. Gym is no worse than Tiger Muay Thai or AKA Thailand, perhaps even better. And this is my coach, a Muay Thai fighter from Thailand in the over 60 kg weight class. He asked me to show him my Instagram. As it turned out later, many of his students and he himself went on to use me. Three minutes in a row. I have understood the old days. Actually, this trainer is a champion-level Muay Thai fighter. It is currently rank 6 in the world and in Thailand, they compete for the championship title. The training started, as usual, with a warm-up and a half. I worked on the back, and since I have a background in kickboxing and taekwondo, I earn more with my skin. Then, I moved on to the pad work, 5 rows of 3 minutes each.
