Inside a Minimalist Tropical Home That Redefines Calm

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another Balitecture Villa Tour. I'm your host Anisha and I will be showing you around this modern tropical villa which is located in Uluwatu. It's just a five-minute drive from the beach so you really got that Bali living. So let's get on going and let's start the tour. So here we are in the inside of the villa and I know you guys are gonna be inspired by the beautiful design that they have. So over here is the outdoor space. They perfectly blended well of the indoor and living space because they've got this full-on glass sliding door and you've also got this beautiful pool which is the whole length of the villa. So it's beautiful. You've got pretty landscaping too and I want to show you more on the inside of the house because you could already see a sneak peek that it's gonna be beautiful. So come on let's get inside. So here we are in the inside of the villa. So this is a three-bedroom villa guys but here we're gonna start at the living room area slash dining and also kitchen. Now for the space over here they use a lot of the thick wood especially for the door frame too. Now thick is not only beautiful but it's also resistant to humidity and also termites so it's very great. Here living in Bali you've got a lot of creatures but your home is still kept safe. Now here they've got a beautiful design. They kept it minimalist but still you've got everything that you need. Comfy sofa area and you notice there's no tv so you truly is living on just what you're doing at the moment. You're in Bali anyways. You're gonna go out, spend time outside but have a lovely home to come to. Now here is the dining table guys and it's pretty huge. It can fit up to six people and even more if you add chairs. But here is the perfect place to just unwind, have a great meal and they've got this beautiful lanterns too. And overall you just feel this tropic vibes in here since you've got a lot of glass so you can see through and just enjoy the surrounding. Now here is the kitchen area and I have to say I love the color schemes that they have going on. You've got this clean white look and it's very bright, nice, natural. I love again the thick wood that they use. You can also see they've got an ac there and they can close it so it keeps it hidden and still give this aesthetic look to the whole clean space. Now here you've got everything that you need so even if you're staying at the villa you can just cook up a beautiful meal. Now let's go check on the first bedroom which is right over here so let's get going. So over here is the first bedroom we're gonna look at and here you still got a beautiful space matching the whole vibe of the house. Here we've got this platform bed with the built-in wood. I love it so much because again durability it's very great, very strong and long lasting. You've also got a built-in wardrobe over here which kept a lot of storage and again a beautiful glass sliding door which maximize the space so you truly got that indoor outdoor living space. And also if you don't want to use the aircon and you really just want to feel in the breeze you can just open it up and you just got a view of the pool straight away which is beautiful. They also kept the design minimalistic again with the artworks. They just kept a one big simple art piece which is great. You got the view of ocean or the waves at your bedroom which is great keeping in this peaceful vibe. You also got again the beautiful lanterns like the one in the dining table and over here is the bathroom guys so let's go and see it. So over here is the bathroom guys they still have the same concept of the tropical indoor living. Now over here we've got the freestanding bathtub and it matches very well with all this greeneries and it also matches like the outdoor area of this villa. Now here I love the smooth plastered walls that they have it gives it minimalistic but still very easy to clean. They've also matched it with the sink and also the shower area right over here and I love the little details of the black that they put it just gives in this bold little touch to the whole room. Now let's go check on the second bedroom so let's get going. Alright guys so over here is the second bedroom they still got the same design just a different layout and I want to mention that for the flooring they use this polished concrete which is throughout the whole villa so you've got this clean look and it's also very durable and it's easy to maintain and it's cool on the feet too so you've got this nice space that you got everything that you need the beautiful bed right over here a great view and you've got this clean aesthetic look and it just feels like your own sanctuary in here. Now they've got the same bathroom too but what's different from over here is to go to the next room you need to go from the outside area so there's no connecting doors or anything like that so let's go and check out the third bedroom which is the last room. So here is the last bedroom of this villa here it's a bit more private since you have the access from the living room area but still it looks really great they still got the same design different layout you still got the platform bed the built-in wardrobe and the beautiful lanterns and also the minimalistic painting you also got your own mirror over here to do some fit check and you might notice that they don't have any tv at the bedroom so you really are just enjoying your time here at the villa just taking it all in of the beauty that they have going on here and they also got a fan in here which I love how it's also made out of wood so you've got that earthy vibe still with the same theme. Now over here is the bathroom and for your information all of the bathroom have their own bathtub so it's such a plus side so over here is the outdoor area of this villa and I would say this is my favorite part of the whole tour I just love the landscaping that they have the layout the little details that they really think to put like I love the sunbeds right over here in the corner you just seclude it in your own little oasis here you've got this huge pool and it's almost the same length of the house and you've got this beautiful wooden decking too but also the grass so you've got the best of both worlds and it's just such a great day today and I can't wait to jump into the pool all right guys that's the end of the tour and what do you think about this villa?
