Hello watch lovers around the world. I hope you're all doing well. Today I wanted to discuss,
in my opinion, the best elegant and classy leather strap watches out there.
I know sports watches have become hugely popular lately with the current generation embracing
sweatpants and loungewear. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love sports watches just as much as the
next person, but there's a time and place for them. How about those special and important
occasions like going for an in-person job interview, taking out a cute feminina on the
first date, or how about your wedding day? What watch would you wear? Well, don't worry,
hand-worn horologies got you covered. I've come up with a list of elegant leather strap watches
that would suit these occasions to a T. You can thank me later. So here's my list of classy
leather strap watches, starting from entry-level all the way to high-end horology. So you're going
to the high school prom, or you're going on a first date with that spicy feminina,
but you're still in high school working casually at Mickey D's and cash is pretty tight. Well,
I think the Visodate might be the watch for you at a fairly accessible price. The Visodate has an
elegant pie pan-like dial in a sleek silver colored dial with gold tones to give off that
sophisticated look. And to top it off, the watch is equipped with a classy brown alligator strap
with a pin buckle. With a whopping 80 hours of power reserve and 50 meters of water resistance,
it's an easy pick up and go watch. And on the wrist, it wears really well. The new sleek
proportions make it a comfortable wear. The leather has a nice contrast against the dial
complementing the gold tones of the watch. The Visodate is guaranteed to make you look the part
on a budget and it's sure to knock the socks off your date. Now you've finished high school and
it's your first day at that prestigious college. You want a unique looking watch and you want to
make a good impression with your new teachers and colleagues, but you don't want to break the bank.
Well, I would highly recommend the Raymond Weld Toccata. Nothing screams class more than an oval
shaped watch. So this piece comes in a number of different color variations, but my pick would be
the beautiful sunburst blue dial. The way it plays with the light and changes to different shades of
blue is amazing. I think that the Toccata is a perfect example of less is more when it comes to
watches. With the Raymond Weld branding at 12 o'clock and Swiss made at 6, there is no seconds
hand which adds to the dressiness of the piece. And coming in with an insane thinness of 6.9 millimeters,
this thing will melt on the wrist. Forget about sliding under the cuff, this can slide under a
glove. With 45 hours of power reserve and 30 meters of water resistance, it's a bit low on the specs,
but more than adequate for a dress watch. And on the wrist, it wears really well. The case dimensions
make it a dream on the wrist. However, one thing to note, the matte blue alligator strap is not the
best quality. But overall, this piece is sure to make you stand out in class. On the topic of classy
leather strap watches, is your belt up to scratch with your watch game? Are you still using traditional
hold belts? The ones that are impossible to get the perfect fit? One hole is too loose and the other
is too tight. Well, today's video sponsor Anson Belt has got you covered. Their belts feature a
revolutionary micro-adjustable track system. So Anson Belt and Buckle is a family-owned business
that has been around since 2009. Their belts use a micro-adjustable track system with quarter-inch
increments. So your belt fits perfectly every single time. It works pretty much the same way
as IWC's micro-adjustment clasp. The mechanism never directly touches the leather, meaning no
more peeling leather or frayed holes. Your belt will stay pristine for longer. You can also adjust
the fit on the fly with the simple push of a lever. It's also very easy to set up with three simple
steps. First, measure your waist, then cut the strap to size, then install the buckle. You're all done.
And because Anson Belt and Buckle is sponsoring today's video, when you click the link in the
description or scan this QR code to build a box set, you'll get two bonus pieces, a buckle and a strap
completely free. That's free buckles and free straps, which can be mixed and matched into nine
unique belt combos, all in one box. Don't miss out on this exclusive offer. So I've been using Anson
Belt since 2015, and I've never looked back, and I'm sure you won't either. I know all my viewers
risk game are on point, but I think it's time that you step up your belt game to match. That spicy
feminina from high school has become your long-term girlfriend, and the day has finally come to meet
the parents, and you're nervous as hell. You find out her old man's into sport. Well, fret not. The
Big Crown Bullseye will get you through the night. With its pilot heritage and sporty dartboard-like
dial, it's sure to catch his eye and make for a good icebreaker conversation. Looking at the dial,
it has a black ring with a glossy lacquer finish, creating a big visual impact. The red-tipped
pointer hand and date numerals gives the dial a nice contrast and improved legibility. Just looking
at the dial, for some reason I have the urge to play darts or archery. Funny that. The coin edge
bezel and the cathedral hands gives the watch a nice vintage aesthetic. And on the wrist, I think
the watch hits the bullseye in terms of wearability, with the perfect classic vintage 38mm case size,
striking a good balance with vintage sizing while also giving off some wrist presence.
So you've graduated from college and you've landed that dream job in that big tech company,
and you want a watch you can geek out about with your colleagues. Well, say no more. The Longine
Ultracron Classic is the one for you. With its automatic high-frequency movement offering 5Hz
of beat rate, superior accuracy, improved stability against shock, and most importantly, that buttery
smooth sweeping seconds hand. The Ultracron Classic is sure to make you the popular kid
on the block. I recommend going for the 37mm on the black leather strap. The dial has a super
crispy silver tone. The hour markers and hands have a black lacquered finish, giving the dial
depth. The black leather strap gives some nice contrast against the silver case and dial.
On the wrist, I think the 37mm is just about right for me. The long lugs make it sit well
on my wrist, and on the leather strap, it breaks up the monotone coloring of the watch.
Longine has stayed true to the original design and have added quality of life improvements
internally. Another home run from the brand. You're planning for your wedding and you're
looking for the perfect couple's watch to wear on your wedding day. There are few better options
out there than the Jeju Liquid Reverso, blending a perfect balance of sportiness and dressiness.
The Reverso comes in all sizes to suit both males and females. The monoface version gives the extra
option to have engravings completed on the other side of the dial to commemorate the big day.
I would highly recommend going for the classic medium monoface. I feel the large version is way
too big for a dress watch. The dial consists of hour, minute and second steel blued hands,
overlaid with a silver gray dial with guilloche finishing. One of the classiest looking dials
around. And the watch is equipped with a matte leather strap with quick release spring bars.
And of course the Reverso's signature feature, the swiveling case. The ideal fidget toy to help
calm your nerves on the big day. Now on to some wrist shots. I think the medium size wears pretty
well. The reduced case size gives it an extra vintage look and the monoface fitness feels like
a dream on the wrist. You've reached that stage in life when you're well established in your career
and you have more money than taste and you want a dress watch from a well-known brand.
Well you can't do much worse than the Omega Constellation Observatory. It comes with a
pie pan dial which is one of my favorite Omega designs. Looking at the watch, it has a guilloche
pattern finishing on the outer edge. It kind of looks like a spider web to me. And the dial
consists of kite-shaped like hour markers in hands. The lugs look pretty unique too. I only
just found out they are called dog leg lugs because they resemble the appearance of a dog's hind legs.
Well I guess I can see the resemblance. This is easily the thickest watch on the list,
coming in at 12.2 millimeters. And in the industry first, the Constellation is the
first two-hander watch to be Metis Master Chronometer certified. But good luck setting
the time without a second's hand. And on the wrist, I think it wears really clean.
Overall a very sleek design, although a bit chunky that pays homage to the original models.
So it's your 10 years wedding anniversary and the missus is saying that the Reverso is a bit
too sporty for her taste. Well the Cartier Tank is the way to go. After all, Cartier is known as
the brand for royalty. It has strong horological significance and the designs are heavily
influenced by jewelry. Sure to please both the husband and wife. Cartier also offers the tank
in a range of different sizes and materials. Sure to suit everyone's tastes. My recommendation is
to go for the Tank Louis Cartier in rose gold. The dial on this piece is really special.
The black printed roman numerals along with the silver beaded dial and the blue steeled hands
make the dial really pop. It has so much depth and character. The omission of a second's hand
elevates the piece to another level of elegance. On the wrist it feels classy AF. This is the
thinnest watch mentioned in the video and you can definitely feel it when it's on the wrist.
Precious metal just hits different. But if you do decide on this piece, don't skimp out like I did
by getting my wifey a steel tank must. It won't end well. After all your hard work you've finally
landed that huge promotion at work and now money is no object. And you're in the market for a unique
looking watch from one of the most prestigious and oldest watchmakers in the world. And you don't
give a F about being able to read the time. Enter the Vacheron Constantin 1921. This in my opinion
is the best dress watch ever made. Looking at the dial when broken down it doesn't seem like much.
Brigette styled hands and numerals, grain silvery dial, pink gold logo and small seconds at three
o'clock. But when looked at as a whole well does this dial pack a punch. It's an absolute work of
art. I feel like it should be hung on a wall in a museum rather than being worn on the wrist.
I would compare looking at this watch to that of meeting a beautiful man or woman. When you
meet them for the first time and they ask for your name you are in complete awe of their beauty
and you forget your own name. I hope my wife isn't watching this. I'm only joking. You know I only
have eyes for you. And on the wrist it's probably the most comfortable watch on the list and it has
so much visual presence. I can get lost at looking into the dial all day. You are now a member of the
board of directors and you want a watch you can wear to disrespect everyone in the room and show
who's boss. Well nothing screams snobbery more than a classier Lange & Söhne. In particular the Lange 1.
The watch comes with a crispy whitish silver dial complemented with gold hands and hour
markers. The big date has bold black numerals for visual impact and the watch is equipped with this
stunning matte brown leather strap with a pin buckle. At first glance the dial looks all over
the place but the more you look at it the more it makes sense and the more you appreciate it.
It just somehow works so well. The one thing I really appreciate about Alanga watches is the
movements. Besides the amazing finishing the movement fills up the entire case back. So each
movement has been specifically created for that particular watch. No movement recycling. I think
it wears perfectly on the wrist. The 38 millimeter case size is spot on. Hitting the sweet spot
between dress watch DNA while also having some wrist presence. A word of advice just don't wear
this watch on the first to the ninth of the month. That empty date window is a real eyesore.

missing anything? Or did you take my advice and score on your first date or land that big job?
