Elias Ranefur vs Feng Yi-Hsin | MT - QF | #ITTFWorlds2026

There's a violence to it, but what a strike from Fong. Not interested by the strawberry push there of Elias Ranafort. Waited for it. In Manchester. Exceptional play. They're really enjoying themselves, Chinese Taipei. Make one sheet. He takes it at the second time of asking. They're going to help him massively. Beautiful flick. And again. Right out wide to that forehand. Beautiful relaxed shot off the angle. Trying to get all those angles. Some heavy hitting shots like that. Absolutely superb. Didn't quite do it that time. But he could that time. An injection of pace off the serve. Ranafort levels this priceless game. The proportion is frightening. And we saw that from the back of the table. You thought he was out of it. Showing that he belongs out here. Enough to send shivers down any spine. He's at it again. 11-4. Closes it out quickly in style. He is so sharp. Unfortunate there for Fong Yisun. A little bit of luck for Ranafort. Does his apologies. He receives the Swede. That's magnificent. He earned the run. It looked like he was in a spot of bother. But his balance, his composure. Again winning that. And now. In a spot of bother. He can produce table tennis. Number three is Ranafort. Can Ranafort get the win? Yes he can. What a superb performance. From Elias Ranafort. And a big show to seal it. He knows how much that meant to Team Sweden. A rank outsider. But somebody here.
