On March 19th 2014 I did my G-force training in the L-39 Albatross experiencing up to 5.5 Gs. The Lynx flight profile was simulated several times in three phases: 70 degree nose up climb, weightlessness parabola and subsequent 40 degree nose down descent and finally a sustained 4G pullout maneuver. Later we climbed to a higher altitude and preformed a descending spiral dive sustaining up to 5.5Gs.

Helder Delivery, Lion Three-Niner, requesting start-up.
Station calling, say again, readable.
This is Lion Three-Niner, requesting start-up information, India.
Lion Three-Niner, start-up approved, runway 23, information India, QNH 1018.
018 on the 23, copy all, Lion Three-Niner.
And say again, your intentions?
Intentions are to depart northbound, 1000 feet, for a flight to POB in 30 minutes.
Lion Three-Niner, that's copied, squawk 7000, ready for taxi, contact Tower on 118.7.
And if possible, could you speak a bit louder?
118.7, all ready to taxi, and I hope this is louder.
Helder Tower, PABOTO-SG, established on the VOR, designated RWY23.
PABOTO-SG, roger.
Well, good.
Now we're going to take off again, get used to it, make some turns, get used to some G-forces.
And then we're just going to do whatever we feel like doing.
Those are the things we have to do.
Helder Tower, Lion Three-Niner, we're taking off.
Lion Three-Niner, roger.
Cabo de Winds, cleared for takeoff 23, Lion 3-Niner, copy all.
That's going fast.
That's nice.
Nothing is coming.
That looks good.
So.
That's going well.
RPM is good.
The port temperature, yes.
There we go.
100 kilometers per hour
150
200
There we go.
One
Two
Positive.
The gear is coming up.
There they are filming.
A little wave to them.
Flaps up.
Well, enjoy the view.
I would say.
You're more accustomed to this view, aren't you?
Yes.
It's not entirely new.
But it remains beautiful.
Yes.
Well, there we go.
Turn a little bit.
A little bit to the north.
A thousand feet.
We are now going 400 kilometers per hour.
If you ask for it.
Are you ready for it?
Yes.
Well, here we go.
The nose rises.
It will be 50 degrees.
Yes.
Well, speed back.
0 G, 0 G.
You feel it.
You're lying in a chair.
Yes.
You're shaking a little bit.
Well.
And then this is about 3 and 3 faces.
30 to 40 degrees nose down.
It's a bit heavier.
But tighten your muscles a bit more.
Yes.
Okay, good.
Maybe not necessary at all.
But do it anyway.
Yes, of course.
It just makes it easier.
500 kilometers per hour
Alrighty.
Are you almost ready for it?
Yes, I'm ready.
Okay.
Here we go again.
Here it comes.
The pull-up.
The nose comes up.
More and more.
About 50 degrees.
300
We start to push slowly.
0 G.
Then we roll it a little bit.
If it hurts.
Hello.
Well, this is about the image you will also see.
Only then on a very small earth.
Well, the speed comes up again quickly.
Set yourself up.
Yes.
Are you ready for it?
Yes, go.
Okay, here it comes.
How did it go?
Keep it tight.
Set yourself up.
Keep it tight.
It's going well.
4 G.
Super.
Nice.
How late do we live?
We're back again.
Well, if you want to fly a little bit yourself.
Yes, that would be nice.
Here along the right side.
Make a turn.
But back to the other side.
Well, roll a little further.
You need to apply a bit more backpressure to maintain level.
Well, this is a 70-degree bank.
60 to 70 degrees.
Just over 2 G.
It's going well.
Okay, roll out.
Very good.
Now if you tilt the nose 10 degrees upward.
Yes.
Higher, higher.
A little higher.
Stop.
And now to the left.
Left.
All the way to the left.
Further, further, further, further, further, further.
It's that easy.
It doesn't take long.
Yes.
Pick it up a little faster.
Nose slightly lowered.
Speed is coming.
500 kilometers per hour
550
Are you ready for it?
Yes.
0 G.
Set yourself up.
Yes.
Here it comes.
What you had to do.
Yes.
It all worked out.
4G 360.
We did it.
We created 3 profiles.
Well, we still have about 10 minutes to go.
A little more than.
Can we do another profile and maybe a bit more G to experience that?
Yes, that is possible.
What we can also do is I climb it and we perform more G during a spiral dive.
Oh no, that's really cool.
Let's do that.
Yes, of course.
Shall we do that?
In a descending spiral turn.
Because then we can generate more G than during the profile.
Yes, let's do that.
Certainly.
Just climb up.
And then we can, well, 5.5G.
That should all work.
Shall we do that?
Yes.
Okay.
1,000 feet
Then pick up a bit of speed, and then we can start.
Good.
100 kilometers per hour
Are you ready for it?
I'm ready.
Okay.
Well, tighten your muscles.
Yes?
Yes.
Here it comes.
There we go.
We roll it.
Stick your nose under the horizon and there we go.
3 G.
4 G.
Check.
Do you notice anything?
Yes, a little faded.
Yes, it got a bit dark.
Yes.
Okay, well, we went to 5.5G.
Okay.
So you've noticed that.
Yes.
You have to do something about that.
Yes.
But it went well.
Yes.
5.5 G is more than you need to do.
Yes.
So it's not bad at all.
Well, we'll add a few more fields afterward.
Yes.
We're pretty high anyway.
So I can get a sense of the speed.
There it comes.
Yes.
There we go.
Nose down.
We roll it.
Powerco back.
Well, we have 5 minutes left.
So what else do you want to do?
I want to add a few more fields.
Yes, do you want to fill in a few more fields?
Yes.
We'll fill in a few more fields.
Then it will obviously go 0 G, right?
Yes.
Upward.
But you will also have that roll there.
Yes.
Because then it will also go further.
You're picking up speed again.
It's getting quite hilly as the sun sets.
Bah.
Still more than enough.
OK.
Power added.
It will be the last one, and then we'll return to the airfield.
Too bad.
Yes, that's fine.
Speed is approaching.
500
Are you ready for it?
Yes, I'm coming.
OK.
There it comes.
Nose up.
And there we go.
The easy one with the roll.
Don't be afraid of the lights on the G's.
Yes.
OK.
4 G.
Well, I think it went pretty well.
Yes.
No problems.
Great.
Lovely.
Good.
Well.
Then we go back to Groningen.
Good.
