We're running out of TIME! Living AND working while Full Time RVing can be frustrating! We spent this past summer in beautiful Seaside Oregon! Right next to the beach! But in order to stay at this Thousand Trails Campground for 3 months, Chris has to take a job working as a Park Ranger, while Noelle is working as a Travel Nurse. Now we don't have NEARLY as much TIME to enjoy it all! Let's squeeze as much ADVENTURE as we can into this video!

Did you know that Seaside is where the Lewis and Clark Trail comes to an end?
Right here.
Here they are.
So think about how much time it took these guys to walk here.
Time, man.
It's the most valuable resource.
The only thing you can't make more of.
You have all these people out here worrying about money.
Well guess what?
Money is a renewable resource.
Time is not.
Good morning.
Today is the only day this month that we have a full day of time together.
Going to downtown Seaside.
Oh yeah, downtown Seaside.
The funnest place.
What's the plan today?
So we're eating food at Seaside.
And we're going on the carousel at Seaside.
And we're gonna get some candy!
Can we add that to the plan please?
Yeah.
Wanna ride our bikes a little?
Yeah.
Flotation device.
Flotation device?
Yeah.
So we decided a long time ago that we were going to prioritize our time together as partners
and as a family.
Anything else for you guys?
I think we're so good.
So we're currently staying here in beautiful Seaside, Oregon for three months.
We're here for the rest of summer and we're super grateful for that.
We get to spend all summer here.
The campground is right next to the beach so we get to come to places like this.
The downside to that, the only way we can stay at our campground for a long period of
time is if you're working there.
So I'm actually working as a ranger for the campground that we're staying at.
In order to pay all the bills, Noelle has had to take a nursing job in a nearby town.
We're now both working.
Now our time has become the thing that we're paying for the most.
It's kind of a bummer because we can't just go do stuff like this whenever we want.
We have to understand that we have days off now.
But that's our point is time is always going.
No matter what you're doing, no matter where you are, time is just, it's moving.
Our goal has always been, and is now still, to spend that time in the present.
Really pay attention to the fact that time is going by whether we like it or not.
So let's not trade too much of that time just for money.
Time with our kids, time with each other, time to enjoy the things that we're doing.
That's full-time family adventures right there.
And speaking of time, can you believe that we're less than two months away from our two-year
nomad-iversary?
What?
Yeah.
Two years.
It's been two years since we've been living and traveling on the road.
It goes by like that.
And we've been having a great time.
The best time.
But, that's a lot of time.
So how would you recap our time over the past two years?
Hmm.
Transformative for sure.
I can't even put into words how grateful I am for the time that it's given us.
Together, as partners, and as a family over the last two years.
So what about you?
We've done a lot of stuff in the last two years.
I mean, almost 20 states.
Yeah.
Thousands and thousands of miles.
Hundreds and hundreds of RV parks, and state parks, and national parks.
And hikes.
Theme parks, restaurants.
A lot of new experiences.
When I think of it as a list, it's a big list.
But at the same time, it flew by, and it's hard for me to think.
You look at it in a timeline, it's like we haven't even done anything yet.
It feels like we're just getting started.
Take today.
We only have today off.
You've been with us.
We went to the beach, and we had a nice lunch, and we saw some sights on the swings.
We did a lot of-
Went to a carousel.
And we're kind of tired now.
And it's now almost four o'clock in the afternoon.
The day's almost done.
I just want to add, I think, just to our last two years.
And I think a lot of people who full-time travel can say that that first year's busy.
And the first year is fun, exhaustion, really maximizing your time and what you do.
And then I feel like something kind of changes on that year two mark, where we want to enjoy
that time as much as possible.
So it's slower moving and more rest, and really soaking up each individual adventure, each
individual experience.
So now, moving forward, I feel like we know what we want.
We know how we want to continue traveling, and how we want to spend our time.
Don't you?
Yeah.
Speaking of time, we need to get to the movies, because it starts soon.
We're going to be late.
We have no time.
Let's go.
On to 12th Avenue.
I'm going.
Everything just feels so right when we're all together, getting to decide what to do
with our time.
Let's go.
It's time for the movie.
Right now, it's movie time.
Come on, Kate.
We're having such a great time.
