Best RV Mattress! Kogler Road Cloud FULL REVIEW

Fallen leaf campsite. Let's talk RV mattresses. We haven't covered that and we've got a journey with them. So we originally started with purchasing a tri-fold mattress for the van that we converted that we did not end up living in. But when we moved into our fifth wheel it did not come with us because it didn't fit our current dimensions. Our current dimensions are 72 by 80 which is an RV king. Admittedly. We slept on our original RV mattress for like way too long. Like four months long. And we'll show you here in just a minute but there were divots of our bodies and it felt like we were just sleeping on the plywood. So we did that for way too long and then instead of upgrading to an RV mattress right away we just purchased a foam topper which has still not been comfortable and we've been sleeping on that for almost four months because we have not been able to decide on which RV mattress to go with. I feel like it's such a hard decision and you don't want to make the wrong one. You want to sleep like a king in your RV wherever you go. But I feel like that's easier said than done. So we were really excited to find out that Coggler Mattresses finally extended themselves into the RV community. They have been making big rig truck mattresses for a while now but they have officially come into the RV world and they even do specialty mattresses for truck campers. They come in all shapes and sizes. They're also customizable. Now that Coggler has finally come into the RV community we are just really excited to be able to try them. So we ended up getting a RV king and two RV twins. So the boys got a mattress upgrade as well and I think you guys will be surprised to see what we have all been sleeping on for the last eight months. So our Coggler Mattresses finally got shipped to us. We actually had them sent via UPS and just picked up at a UPS store where we were staying at locally. It was a very easy transition communicating with Coggler and having it sent there. We got them picked up today and we're really excited to get them on this bed and get rid of what's underneath here. Okay so this is really embarrassing but this is what we have been working with. So we got this little foam topper to go over our really even thinner RV mattress. But this is what we thought was going to help but it's like it's barely anything and it still formed to the awful shape that our RV mattress became. So now we're going to show you guys this. We slept on just this for four months. I don't know how we did it. So this is our original RV mattress that was underneath our foam topper and I don't know if you can tell but you can see our body imprints on either side and there's this big mound. Oh my gosh yeah it's like you're sleeping like directly on the plywood. Like there is this goes so far down. But then if I roll up here I'm like up on a little hill. So really excited to not have this anymore. We're gonna actually have a mattress. Thanks to Coggler! Can I stand on this? All right we got the old one out. Time to get the new one in. Got some lumber. We're sleeping good tonight. Cool. See what happens when we open it. What was your reaction about getting that undone? I mean it looks great. It's got little clouds on it. It's got little clouds on it and it's just it's like growing right now. Yeah. Because it comes vacuum sealed. So you're supposed to I don't know how long you're supposed to let it sit but for a long time before you're actually ready to sleep on it. But it's super it's kind of light. I feel like it feels lighter than our little mattress topper. I noticed that too. Which is going to come in handy. It fits perfectly. We did the 72 by 80 and those are exactly our dimensions. But I'm really excited. Now let us show you what the boys have been sleeping on. Okay so this is happening in real time. This room is definitely not pretty. But this has been the boys beds. These are the original mattresses that came up here as well. They are the um. Super tiny. The bear. It's basically like a camping pad. Yeah so this has been their mattresses. Which they've been great and we've all slept up here for um sleep overnights and stuff. Yeah it's better than nothing. It's way better than nothing. But it's close to nothing. Let's show you guys. They're gonna notice a huge difference. Yeah I think we're all gonna notice like a huge difference tonight. But so we're upgrading these. So excited. Again it's very awesome that Kogler has come into the RV industry. Because all of their mattresses are customizable. So whether or not you're living in an RV, a Class C, a van, a truck camper. We have to let them like settle though. So don't. I know. Breaking the law right now. Breaking the law. Placing mattresses on an RV is hard. It's the price you pay for comfort. Not the easiest of things to do in a loft. I believe in you. It's so cool up here. You're there. I love it. I want to get on the AX4 butters. I think I'm stuck. But it fits right? It fits perfectly. Nice. Okay let's go test out these new beds. Oh yeah. I have laid on it and I have not slept on it. Tonight's the ultimate test but get inside your blankets. Tell me what you feel. Oh my gosh. This is crazy. Oh it's so soft. Oh it's so soft and more comfy. What do you think bud? Relaxing. Oh it feels so good. Like our beds used to be so small but now it's so high and it's like so nice. I feel like I feel like you should I feel like you can feel that like you can feel that for me and I feel like you guys can get just as excited for us as we are to sleep on this mattress tonight like oh a mattress. Are you ready? I'm ready to go to bed. Are you ready? Oh it feels really really nice. It feels already so much better laying down than before. It feels good. It's like there's a little bit of firmness but it's kind of soft. It already feels so much better at laying down but yeah that's what I was saying. I was trying to explain it to Chris earlier when I was fixing the boys mattresses upstairs or putting the sheets on them. He was asking how they felt and I was like I think they really are like the perfect mixture between firm and soft like it's soft but there's like a lot of support. Feels like a mattress. Feels like a real mattress. Rather than a topper on top of a you know. If you could even call that a mattress. Oh my gosh. We're gonna get our first night's sleep and I'll put it to the real test. We'll put it to the real test and then we will we're gonna try these out for a while and then we'll let you guys know like legit how they are over time but I mean initial reaction. I'm ready to go to bed. It's comfy. It's really comfy. Okay good night. Good night. Morning. Good morning. Thank you. How'd you sleep? I slept really good. Yeah? Yeah this bed is so much better than what we had. It feels like a normal bed right? It feels like normal bed. Is this really hot? It's very hot. Yeah I slept really really good. Um it's like like an actual bed. I feel like I slept like way harder than I have too I think in a really long time. It's not your bed. It's comfy though huh? Forest? No no don't call me. Okay so it has been a full two weeks since we've been sleeping on our new Coggler RV mattresses. The results are in. We like it. We know it's only been two weeks but it's been a solid two weeks of really great sleep for both us and the boys. We will do an update for you guys once it's been you know several months down the road. But initial response and first full two week review is they are the perfect combination of like soft and firm. I feel supported but I'm super comfy and I've been sleeping like really great. Yeah I have lower back pain and I've been sleeping better. Less tossing and turning. The boys have been sleeping good.
