Rainy Day Steak Cooked on Stone by the Ocean in Alaska

In this video I seared a steak on a hot stone, then wrapped it in foil with BBQ sauce and slow-cooked it in hot coals for extra flavor and tenderness. I also made a juicy marinated mushroom and vegetable salad as the perfect side dish. Everything was cooked outdoors on the ocean shore in Alaska surrounded by forest, rain and nature sounds.
