The process involves organizing supplies, packaging products, and building a custom awning to transform their table into a professional-looking miniature shop with a new pastel pink and white aesthetic.
In this video, I'm going to be preparing for my biggest market of the year.
Come with me as I make a ton of jewelry and give my booth a glow up.
Stay tuned for the final reveal!
Hey guys, welcome back to the channel!
Just like my last video, we're gonna start this one with a bead haul
because I just received possibly the biggest restock package I've ever received.
It's actually two packages because I ordered so many beads to prepare for this market,
so let's organize them together.
I don't know if you guys can tell how many beads are on my desk right now, but it's a lot.
This is gonna take a while to organize, so let's get started.
I'm gonna start with this box.
I love this box because you can just remove these separators
and change the size of the compartments.
So I'm going to package up the beaded necklaces I made so far just so that they're ready for the
market. I'll just put aside one of each design so that I can display them like this at the
market if I want to. The way I package these up is with these backing cards and then I put them
in a plastic bag so that they're protected.
These bags are slightly too big so I usually just tape this part down.
The main thing I wanted to add to my market table was an awning.
I've seen so many small businesses have these and I love how they make a table look like a
little shop. I couldn't find any tutorial online so I had to wing it.
I got a poster that I cut in half and stuck together to make one long strip.
Then I drew big circles all along the edge.
I cut all of this out and then my plan was to paint one stripe pink and leave the other one
white and repeat that, but as you can see the paint turned out kind of streaky and uneven
so I knew this wasn't gonna work.
I decided to go to Michaels to try and find a solution.
I found this cardstock paper which came in a bunch of different shades of pink
and while I was there I also got some beads of course.
I also went to Staples to pick up some price signs I had printed.
The cardstock looked so much better than the paint.
So I started sticking these on one by one.
It definitely took a while but it was worth it.
This is the final result. I'm really happy with how it came out.
I'm gonna give you guys a detailed overview but first I just wanted to mention the fact that
I did decide to switch to just one table this year.
Last year I had two tables and I felt like it was more space than I needed for the items I had.
For me it just made more sense to condense everything into one table.
I also changed the tablecloth. Last year it was this bright green checkered one.
I wanted to try out a more pastel pink and white color scheme this year.
Okay so let's start in this corner.
First thing we have here is keychains.
Then directly on the right I made this section called stationary corner.
Here I have my art prints available
and there's also these brand new stickers I recently designed and I actually received today.
I've really been in my Pokemon phase
so I wanted to design some cute stickers inspired by that.
Let me know if you guys like them. I love drawing these and
if they do well I'll definitely design some more.
Then here we have charm necklaces.
I have more designs than the ones displayed but this is just as an example.
Then if we go down right here we have matching bracelets.
These are bracelets that have a magnetic heart attaching them.
I have a bunch of designs but this one is definitely my favorite.
And then down here we have beaded bracelets.
This is a new stand I got and I think it's perfect for this type of bracelet.
So this is it for the left side.
Moving on to the right side.
Up on the wall I have earrings which I displayed on these grid panels.
Down here I have two necklace stands so that people can see how the necklaces look on.
And here are the package necklaces.
I'm really excited to be bringing these to a market for the first time.
On the left here this is kind of random but I made some simple beaded bracelets.
I still need to print price tags for these.
These are all the designs that are going to be available.
I'll show you guys the ones I added since last time.
Finally up here we have the awning I made.
I also printed out my logo but I'll definitely find some other way to attach it.
At the market I'll also attach my banner right here.
I hope you guys like my new setup.
If you have any suggestions on how I could improve feel free to comment them down below.
Thank you guys so much for watching and I'll see you in my next video!
