Ukraine vs Germany Epic Volleyball Highlights | Women's VNL 2026

And the lefty on the left side nice swing from Milenko. Yeah a good response from the lefty left side attacker goes with that sharp speck to not be bothered by a quick turnaround it would be the 19 year old and the block from Jasko gets up climbs the ladder solo block they go with the middle popped up by Germany it's going to be sent over on a free ball Ukraine to take the lead can they do it throws herself at it and hammer down the line well you got to applaud the effort from both sides the coach to captain we go this is Svitlana Dorsman throws air close to the net they come from the back row Milenko's feeling it what's her Milenko's going to get the return pops it up with one arm they continue to be at a system here free ball over Germany a chance to get it within two go to the captain and Kamila comes correct well that was a great serve down the line three BNL campaigns oh the center dump works for Daria Shapirovska great call to bring in Fedek another tough serve oh what a dig by Milenko and then the finish from Donchuk it's set point Ukraine here's she can bring it and she brings it an ace for Liana Groza you can see why she is a coveted player internationally that uh lights a there comes the back row from Groza it's a thing of beauty through the middle of the court Ukraine gets a chance to come again they go to the middle and hammer down by Milishkina puts the ball back in play Germany's lead is five again and nice job to find a spot from Artashuk Milishkina good pass this time from Stouts here's Groza that's going to score the angle shot middle blocker that's seven points against USA Stouts nice pickup by Kotar Donchuk Germany scrambling can't get it up tie game 22-22 Donchuk and Stouts does pass it better here's Veska and she delivers and we're tied again Stouts who's coming to make a really nice impact oh good save by the center Shaturovska and it is set point Ukraine how did she get to that wow what a play great heads up Milishkina serve oh it's a short one handled just by Germany here's Groza over the block Milenko recycled again by Ukraine they come back to Milenko Stouts is waiting for it here's Veska with a tip Ukraine's covered it Milishkina does the setting good keep up from Ukraine they come to Milenko again and this time she scores it my goodness Milenko serve taken by Groza little attack and Weitzel trying to well she's fired up I think she's trying to get her elbow fired up check the floor for dents Strauba nice and tight over the net attack to Groza recycled by Germany they come again they're gonna have to recycle it again Veska and she's got it on the touch of the block she's their all-time leading scorer in the volleyball nation's league the slide played no point there from Kotar she's dug here's Groza Ukraine scrambling Dimar gets it up to Milenko and she gets shut down and that was always going to be a tough thing is still possible this is not a good pass gonna be another free ball that makes it over and she brings the heat again so gives up a point without actually serving the ball gonna be a free ball chance though for Ukraine to get that back they come from the back row the dig from Cesar here's Grozer rips it off the block and she's 17 points again my goodness well everything going Germany 21 serving 12 and that was right in Arthur's spot she pulled out of the way and thought it was going out for right so take from Grozer here's Veska another rip for Veska Sheherazade good take from Altmeier middle attack from Struba miss oh no she's got it it's in that one caught the sideline back in action Stouts Sheherazade sets it up and Stouts again there with the dig apologize missed her coming into the game she's taking Grozer's spot Sheherazade goes to the middle this time perfect for Mulyshkina back to win the third and they're in the lead here in the fourth as they try to force a fifth set chance to recycle and come back again what a dig from Lutsenko huge block from Struba good deflection by Milenko keeps 18 serving 24 Altmeier that's gonna do it we're going five we are going five for the first time in Quebec City Lina Altmeier serving for Germany middle attack comes through Mulyshkina first point goes to Ukraine good reaction by Ukraine's blockers must have touched the hands here comes Milenko Altmeier is going to track it down Grozer pushes it over and they go try to go to Mulyshkina again but Grozer scores we've only had two players score points good up from Lutsenko the middle attack didn't really have much on it here's Altmeier what an angle what a rip what a point Germany's got it they come back to Veska shut down Mulyshkina Mulyshkina with a monster block out there but no libero for Germany right now middle attack Strava waits for it so Struba sets it pinballs around it's kept alive Ukraine thinks there's a reason to challenge but the play still going you recycle it for a third time and that's finally gonna score the point on Struba hits her up high in the chest she hops back on her playing side by each in the front row for Germany and an ace delivered by coming off the bench or at least Hannah Cohn coming off the bench the fifth not a good pass can Milenko do anything tries to tip Grozer's got it the block is there match point Ukraine for Ukraine 14-13 they lead in the fifth here's Grozer kept up by Ukraine Milenko Germany's got it free ball chance Ukraine Milenko no not yet Veska Ukraine's got it again here they come Milenko third chance still dug by Germany another chance for the middle on the German side Milenko another swing wins its first ever match in the volleyball nation's league
