The home that we're touring today is 9609 Lexington Arch Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, 89178. This home is currently offered at $770,000 and was built in 2021. This single-story home features 2,527 square feet of living space. It's situated on a 6,970-square-foot corner lot with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, 2 dens, a pool, and paid-off solar.
