Wigs… for your EYES?! I saw these viral "eye wigs" on Instagram and HAD to test them. They're press-on eyeshadow + lash stickers (yes, eyeshadow AND lashes in one) by Mara Porter, you literally peel them off the backing and stick them straight onto your eyelid. No brushes, no skill, no glue. I tried both the Hazel's Halo and Dolce styles and gave you my honest, run-and-gun review.
Each pair is $22.99 for lashes + eyeshadow + eyeliner in one reusable sticker. Not bad when you compare it to a set of mink lashes or paying a makeup artist.
Let me know in the comments which look you liked better and what I should test next. I'm always happy to be your guinea pig!

Beyoncrene tests \"eye wigs,\" which are press-on eyeshadow and eyelash combinations. She evaluates two different styles, focusing on the ease of application, the physical feel of the product, and the overall visual result for someone lacking professional makeup skills.
Hey girlfriends, I'm Beyoncrene and you're watching Beyoncrene Today.
And today I'm going to be trying eye wigs.
Yes, you heard me correctly.
Wigs for your eyes.
Basically, it's a funny way of saying press on eye shadow.
This literally is eye shadow and lashes all connected and you just stick it on.
As someone that does not have any eye shadow skills, I thought this could be genius.
So I ordered two different styles, Dulce and Hazel Halo.
I want to be trying the Hazel Halo today.
It's supposed to be reusable, the little adhesive.
I don't know why I'm so nervous.
Okay, application guide.
Peel eyelid from the film backing and place it on your clean, dry eyelids.
I didn't put any eye shadow or any primer, moisturizer, nothing on my eyelid.
Start at the outer corner and work inward to your eye open.
Trace using an eye, okay, okay, okay, one step at a time.
Here we go.
Let's take this out.
Peeling off eye number one.
I really should use a mirror for this.
Okay, starting off on the outer, going right to the middle.
Okay, this might actually be a good fit.
I'm going to try one more time.
I'm going to get a little bit closer to my lash line.
This would be much easier if I wasn't filming.
Oh, okay.
This is kind of crazy.
It looks a little, like, stiff up close.
Far away with my eyes open.
Can't really tell.
I'll probably get some eye shadow and kind of just, like, try to blend it.
Before, after.
Instant glam!
All right, let's go ahead and put on the other side.
This is me not doing any adjusting or cutting to it.
I actually have very large eyelid space that makeup artists always rave about.
So, it does fit, like, right under my crease.
Wow.
Fastest eye shadow of all time.
This is actually pretty crazy.
It is kind of stiff.
Like, it does feel like you have tape on your eyelids.
Apparently, the more you use it, the more, like, the adhesive is kind of going to get used to being more bent when you blink and stuff.
So, it's a little stiff right now.
I love being able to put lashes on this quickly with no glue.
I'm definitely here for that.
Can you tell that it's a sticker?
What do you think?
They didn't fit.
You are supposed to get, like, an eyeliner or a brow pencil.
And you're supposed to go over, like, where your crease is.
And then you take them off and you cut along the line.
But it's falling right under my natural crease.
So, I don't think I have anything to cut.
Adding some eyeliner underneath to kind of really bring it together.
This is crazy!
As someone that doesn't have eyeshadow skills or time to do my makeup half the time, this is kind of a cool run-and-gun option.
I think the further away I am, the better I look.
You only really notice it if you're right up on me.
Maybe I could have pushed this back a little bit.
It's a little stiff up close.
I really think you can stop here.
But maybe if we wanted to blend in a little bit.
Grab some eyeshadow.
See, I already messed it up.
See, that's why I don't have the skills!
Let's do darker on this side.
Hmm. Hmm.
I should have gone darker.
Okay, what do we think now?
Could this be pulled off as my own done eyeshadow?
Maybe so.
I don't know. The more I look at it, the more I like it.
But let me know what you think.
Would you try stick-on eyeshadow?
See, now I don't want to take it off and mess it up.
But, let's try one more.
I'll show you how easy it is to take off.
So, I'm going to hold the...
Oh, see, I don't want to pull the lashes off either.
Alright, find it.
And then gently pull it off.
Slowly.
Okay, that side is gone.
What in the world?
Ah!
Alright, now the next shade is Dulce.
There's not too much on this.
I don't even know why I got this one.
It's kind of like white in the front with a dark corner.
Let's see if I'm a professional at these now.
Oh! A little more natural look.
If you don't want like a whole dark, smoky eye, okay.
I'm getting good at putting these on.
I'm so glad that they just already are the size of my eye.
I feel like if you have hooded eyes, you're going to have to do a little more finessing.
Look at that.
I went too in.
Too cocky.
I need a mirror.
Okay, look number two.
This one is definitely more subtle.
I feel like you see the eyeshadow I put on more than what's actually on here.
It's kind of trying to be like clear with a little bit of color.
It's kind of just giving you lashes and a light wing more than eyeshadow.
If I'm going to do this, I probably want a full glam look.
But let me know which one you like better.
The first look or the second.
This time I might want to cut like a little bit right here.
No, this eye.
That doesn't look too bad.
There's a little flap.
I'd probably just cut that.
Make it a little more comfortable.
I just don't want it to look like, you know, a piece of tape.
But like I said from afar, you can't tell.
It's a really creative idea.
So I just checked the website and each pair is $22.99.
So I guess if you compare it to like a set of mink lashes, the fact that you're getting
lashes and eyeshadow and eyeliner all in one, the adhesive, it's being able to be reusable.
Not too bad of a price point.
Definitely cheaper than paying for a makeup artist.
But overall, I'm really not mad at it.
Like I said, the longer I wear it, the more I like it.
But leave all your thoughts below in the comments.
I'm trying to branch out from just reviewing hair products to reviewing a bunch of other things.
Let me know if there's anything else that you want me to try.
You know, I'm always happy to be your guinea pig.
