Now on to Riesling.
So I grabbed a Riesling because it's time to dive into this holiday heat.
Riesling's sweetness pairs well with hot tortilla chips, hot Cheetos,
and those Cajun hot mixed nuts that guy brings and he never realizes how hot they are.

Merlot is the next jump for me.
It's medium-bodied, velvety, and a little bit of tannin.
It goes great with cheeses, and it goes great with those hot appetizers that every party has.
Mini hot dog, that's my jam right there, definitely goes with Merlot.
