Welcome to Learning Mool. Today we are going to look at a really fun little activity involving some nail polish and some glitter and sequins. This is just a really easy, nice little activity that really supports those fine motor skills. So Olivia is going to do some nail painting today. So the first thing you want to do is just to get a piece of cardboard and then we're going to draw around Mummy's hand and Olivia's hand. So we'll draw mine first Jess. You draw yours first. I'll draw mine first. Then mine. You can draw this free hand as well if you want. We're going to draw some fingernails. So here's Mummy's fingernails. You can draw them nice and big so we've got plenty of space to work with. So as you can see what you'll end up is with two hands with some fingernails on there and then this is where you can just give them some old nail polish or some children's nail polish that Olivia got from a kit and you can let them just decorate to their heart's content. It's also really great for their fine motor skills and opening and closing the tubs as well. So once you have painted all the nails and you can have as much fun and do some nail art and everything on there, what you can also do is add some jewellery. So I've added a bracelet with just some double-sided sticky tape. So I've stuck it on here to the wrist and then I've got Olivia and some sequins and pom-poms and beads and that she can decorate to her heart's content and make some bracelets as well. So as you can see after a good few sequins and some glitter later we've ended up with some really beautiful leaf decorated hands. Hold yours up ladies so we can see it. Absolutely gorgeous.
