Maestro Strings of Truth is a bombshell. This drama has potential, and I can't wait for it to unravel. I'm yet to know if Jong Jae is simply crazy and obsessive or simply madly in love with Sieum. As suspected, Kim Pil is cheating on Sieum. I knew something was off, with the music sheet in his car and the look in his eyes. What I don't understand is his jealousy when he heard of Jong Jae. I almost felt pity and bad for him with Jong Jae's emergence, only to be shocked in the end by his passionate affair with his wife's student. In the preview for episode 3, Sieum can be seen with the adulteress. I'm just glad that it is not Runa, which would have been devastating. Maybe Jong Jae found out about the affair, hence why he asked her to divorce her husband. However, I think Sieum is better off with either of these men. Jong Jae seems obsessive and controlling. He cancelled the concert to get her attention, not minding the efforts she and her team had poured into it. It might all end up being in her favor, but his way of delivery is scary, to say the least. I wouldn't put it past him to have been the person who sent the text to her. From the preview, we can tell that this discovery is going to leave Sieum shaken. But as we know, she's one tough woman and will handle this head on and with spunk. The good or bad thing is that Jong Jae will be there for her. What's more, it looks like he will answer her husband's call, leaving Kim Pil with the wrong impression. Now that Kim Pil has been caught in the act, it looks like he will try to make amends. But Sieum's words to Jong Jae, that he will only get to break her marriage and not her orchestra, mean that there might be no redemption, at least not yet, for their marriage.
