Today, I'm at the Rabun Gap, Georgia flea market.
We was on the way home from the mountains and we just stopped by just for a few minutes to see if we could find anything.
Stay till the end of the video and I'll talk about the stuff that I bought and what I've been up to lately.
What's up?
Benny, you go over to that Next Friday, that Fairgrounds League in Hiawassee?
Boy, I have no clout.
How'd that guy do?
It's Next Friday.
It's Next Friday?
Next Friday?
Yeah, Next Friday.
Big deal.
I'm a turd.
Yeah, I didn't know about that.
They got a lot of business going on.
Talk about clout.
Hey, Scott.
Yeah.
Hello.
Hello, retired postal worker.
This is the gun right here.
How you doing, man?
Good, how are you?
All right.
How are you?
Good, how are you?
How much is that?
75.
It's Douglas Manufacturing.
Did you see where it's marked?
Yep.
Pretty nice.
What's that name on it?
I'm not sure.
Looks like, I can't tell, Statenberg or S-T-A-T-E-R-E.
Statenberg.
They were bought up north.
Wisconsin.
Yeah.
I do a lot of shopping there.
You got a bunch of cool stuff.
Do you see that piece?
This?
Yeah, it's a silver mold.
Oh, is that what that is?
I didn't know what it was.
It's a silver bar mold.
Oh, yeah.
From the mines out west.
How about that?
That's pretty cool.
Yeah.
That's a rare piece.
Yep.
Never seen one.
Now, everybody thinks it's like a mold for, you know, a cast iron mold for muffins.
It's a silver mold.
How about that?
Yeah, you can go right online and see the exact one.
That's when you got a bunch of silver, though.
Yeah, that's back then.
I'd like to have the silver.
Yeah, wow.
How much is the lantern?
Oh, I see the price.
That's pretty cool.
I'd actually do 50 bucks.
50 bucks.
Yeah, pay no attention to pricing.
You know what it is.
It's German.
Yeah, it's got a Coleman globe, but the rest of it's...
It's a German piece.
They made them for Germany.
Yep.
I like it.
See if I can get a better picture of it.
A lot of cool stuff.
That's huge.
That's actually different.
That's an exceptionally large piece.
Yes, it is.
And it's in perfect shape.
Give you an idea of actually doing anything with it.
Procter and Gamble.
Gamble.
That one's weird because it's AC DC.
How about that?
So you're in there early.
On the back of the thing it says,
make sure you don't plug it into DC.
I would not plug it in.
Yeah, I wouldn't either.
Pretty cool stuff.
Thank you.
Good morning.
How much is this?
$3.50.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah.
Yeah, I've never had a police one.
I've had the fire ones.
But I've never seen the police.
That's pretty cool.
Let's see what kind of bottles you got here.
Yeah, bottles have been hot this year.
I usually don't mess with them.
Savannah, Georgia.
Man, they smell like crazy.
How much is this one?
That's the Pepsi one.
It's got that little chip in the top.
Yeah.
I'll take it for $10.
What you get on your scout patches?
Most of them are $2.
The big one's $5.
Is it okay to look at them now?
Absolutely.
How much is that one?
You want that one?
How much is it?
I'll do $10 on that.
$10?
Yep.
And what about this one?
I'll do the same.
$10?
$10 on each?
Yep.
I'll take them three.
All right.
Let me see what else you got.
Attwoods.
I don't need an Attwoods.
Those are lamp holders, ain't they?
Yeah, yeah.
How much you get on them?
You want all of them?
I don't know.
I mean, if you want all of them,
I'll give you a good deal.
I'll do
one, two, three, four, five left.
I usually get $5 apiece for them.
I'll do them all for $15.
All for $15?
Yep.
Hey, I bought this from Allen.
Can I send it down while I look?
Yeah.
Okay.
Hey, look.
I'm easy.
They call me Easy Andy.
How old do you think these are?
They're in the century.
I'll take them for $15.
All right.
Oh, you're $45 so far.
All right.
What you get on these?
Those are $15.
$15?
Yep.
What about the single?
$5.
Is this one two?
Yes, sir.
Okay.
What do you get on the ice pits?
That's nice.
How much is this?
$1,800.
$1,800. That's nice.
Does it have the bracket that holds it together?
No.
I got a piece of wood on there.
But I didn't attach it just for travel reasons.
Yeah.
Yeah, that makes sense.
I'm going to go to Massachusetts if it doesn't sell here.
How much is a thermometer?
That one's $125.
$125.
And what you get on the car tags?
License plates?
Different prices?
$15 on the older ones.
$5 on the new ones.
And those are the postcards.
That's nice.
Pretty cool stuff.
Yeah.
How much is this?
$80.
Nice, heavy.
Yep.
I had a $53 and $30 car tag just now.
I told the guy $25 and he choked on me.
But they're old.
You know, he said old, old tags.
All right.
$10, $15, $22?
Yep.
Okay.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate it.
You know what?
So you're going to Elephant Trunk or Massachusetts?
But yeah, Elephant Trunk and Broomfield.
Yeah, I see them on TV.
And Stormville.
My friend Roy Zito goes up there.
Yeah, it's awesome up there.
How much is a gum rack?
I'll do $20 on that.
$20.
The video you just watched is about a month and a half or two months old.
I recorded it and never took time to edit it.
I got real busy with all kind of stuff, really.
Just life gets busy sometimes.
I grow a garden every year, and that garden started coming in.
And eBay is where I make most of my money, and that's where I spend most of my time.
And I've been real busy with eBay.
I haven't been going out shopping any, but I'm about to start back going out shopping a little bit and making videos.
This video here, we was coming home from the mountains on a Sunday, and we just stopped for just a few minutes.
And I found a few items there.
I bought the three bottles.
All three bottles were from Savannah, Georgia.
We was up in Mountain City at the Rabingat Flea Market.
There was one that was a Savannah, Georgia Pepsi.
It was a clear bottle.
The clear ones are harder to find, the clear Pepsi straight sides.
And they had a lip chip, and I sold it for around $60, I think.
And the other two bottles I haven't tried to sell yet.
They need to go in the bottle tumbler and clean them up.
They're worth about $25 a piece, and I paid $10 a piece for each bottle.
And then I bought the oil lamp holders, the wrought iron or cast iron, but they're not complete.
And I paid $15 for five of them, and I think I can probably get about $10 or $15 a piece for them.
It was a fun trip at the flea market.
I enjoyed it.
And look what I got while I've been away.
I crossed over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, and this is what you get when you pass 100,000 subscribers.
And I have all of you to thank.
And I do thank every one of you for subscribing to the channel.
I appreciate it.
And I am going to try to start making a couple of videos a month again.
But I do appreciate every one of you for watching the videos.
I thank you for subscribing to the channel.
Do me a favor, give me a thumbs up.
I'll catch y'all in the next video.
