We're here at Thunder Valley ready to race the WMX Pro National.
Just went out for the first practice. It's really deep and muddy. I fell. I got P1 in qualifying.
I'm gonna make some changes to make the bike a bit faster off the bottom.
The boys will make the track better.
Dude, honestly, Hangtown, it was pretty rough for me.
I think Lala was throwing down some heat. So yeah, I might need to pick it up this weekend.
To come out to our track and today they're going to hit a really rough race track today
and how strong those girls are even last weekend, it's impressive.
It's just funny because I actually put myself in the position yesterday where I'm watching
the moto and I'm like, I mean, I'm a has-been, right? So I used to be okay at this.
Dude, I had no chance like it. I'm just watching going like,
this is it. This is where I need to stop riding.
Yeah, I feel like for a while there, all we had was Loretta's and there wasn't anything
more we can do. Almost like started thinking about, I need to get a job.
So after this came out, I really wanted to work for this and my team was on board and
it's pretty surreal doing this and saying, like, I get to race these tracks that I grew
up watching when I was younger and looking around the paddock and there's guys that I
watch on TV and everything. So I just hope everyone enjoys it and takes it race by race
and just really realize what we're doing and everyone comes by, all these little girls
and we just get to race for them. It's wild what we're doing.
About 18 hours and when we got finally to the hotel, I think it was like 5am where I'm from,
so it was a long travel, but we're here now and I'm excited. The track looks really nice.
We're at quite high altitude, so everything is going to feel really slow.
I was just in need, let's say, of a new adventure and coming here
was probably the best I could have done. But yeah, I'm excited,
just hoping to get a good start and we'll see from there.
Yes, I love that they're pushing the women so much this year and that they get to be
part of the sport. She's killing it. Yeah, and she's awesome.
She looks beautiful when she gets off the track too. It's crazy.
My bike's so slow. Dude, I can't even get up any of the rollers.
Yeah. And I cased the crap out of that triple stick.
I hit it with everything the first fast lap perfectly and then the next lap, cased it.
I cased it. I didn't even try that back one.
Me neither because the corner was muddy.
But I think it's fun. The more you get aggressive on the track and
your best friend's off the track, so whatever.
It looks like I'm going to war with this freaking backpack.
Watch the lips. They look like they're watering.
Didn't get the best to start, but she was able to move her way up as she's done so far this year.
Man, that first lap, he made some quick moves.
Yeah, I don't know what happened on the start. I went off the gate and bogged and
everyone went past me and I kind of snuck into the inside and then
I had to make a few passes and then caught up to Charlie and
I passed her and then I don't know what happened the rest of the race.
Welcome to the final race of the day, the final moto of the Women's Motocross Championship.
Lala Turner was about an eighth place start in moto number one.
She has turned it around, dialed it in, and you can see by separating Lala goes inside.
Turner, one-ones it at Thunder Valley.
Moto KK, gonna finish that moto third.
It was a gnarly track and these girls, like,
everyone needs to show respect for us, like what we're doing is crazy.
Really horse shot and fell the next lap around but I keep making it hard on myself and fans love it.
2028, go full pro, race supercross motocross and get on a factory team and start living.
