Yeh Yi-Tian vs Hina Hayata | Short Highlights | WS R64 | #USSmash 2026

And then when the counter presents itself, she takes it. There's another serve. The good news is for Hayata, she's got seven more attempts, seven more game points. And she only needs one. Oh, she caught the edge. Figure skater, this is new. 4-8 table tennis. First match, and we're watching it again. Down 4-1, and then a few moments later, you're up 7-4. It's great table tennis. Not going to be that serve. You're expecting something else now. She went with a similar serve. Oh, my goodness. Especially when she's out of position. And it's game point now for Hina Hayata. And the powers of recovery to get those wide shots back. Hayata's just one of the best of the best. But Ye really has got good-looking technique out there. Wow, what a shot. The world number 10 is just proving it. Match point number two, Hayata. And she gets it done. Three perfect games. Hayata with a smile and a bow, and she looked fantastic out here.
