Video Summary
AI GeneratedThe video discusses two contrasting U.S. Supreme Court rulings. One is hailed as a victory against the \"deep state\" by granting the President authority to fire federal bureaucrats without cause. The other is condemned as a failure of election integrity, as it allows states to count mail-in ballots received after Election Day.
Ladies and gentlemen, complete and total chaos inside of the U.S. Supreme Court this morning.
First off, the Supreme Court has just issued a ruling that has just effectively destroyed and
gutted the deep state. Then, another massive ruling coming out of the Supreme Court this
morning. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett has pretty much just betrayed this republic.
We're going to break all of it down, folks. First off, let's talk about the good news.
Breaking news this morning, the Supreme Court has just ruled that President Trump does, in fact,
have the executive authority to fire, to get rid of federal bureaucrats without cause.
Folks, why is this a big deal? This victory in the Supreme Court here this morning
is pretty much the deep state's worst nightmare, doomsday for the deep state.
Let me tell you why. You see, we need to look back through American history.
All the way back in the year 1935, what is that, 90 years ago, 91 years ago,
the Supreme Court issued an absolutely terrible decision, a terrible ruling that pretty much
effectively prevented the President of the United States from terminating federal employees
at his sole discretion. He wasn't allowed to fire federal employees without cause.
What this ruling this morning did, I'm sorry, what this ruling back in 1935 did
is pave the way for the creation of what is now known as the deep state, a collective of
unelected federal bureaucrats that the President, whoever it might be at the time,
could not get rid of, couldn't fire them, couldn't touch them. It effectively created
a secondary shadow government that was beholden to absolutely no one. But you see,
that entire dynamic has just come crashing down to a sudden end, thanks to today's victory in
the Supreme Court. Now, as of this morning, the President, in this case, President Trump,
can pretty much get rid of whoever he wants, whenever he wants, without cause.
Folks, this is deep state doomsday. Now, President Trump himself chimed in on this,
letting us know what he thinks. He says this, and I quote,
to show the importance of the slaughter case, that's this one here, 90 years of precedent
has been officially, completely, and unequivocally overruled, greatly increasing
presidential power at a time when it is needed. And is it needed now more than ever? Yes,
we've got a little bit of a deep state problem, for those of you that have been following along.
Trump went on to say, today's historic slaughter decision in the Supreme Court
is the greatest increase in presidential power in the last 100 years. Such a monumental ruling
at such an important time. And of course, it's like, yeah, President Trump, guess what the
President is? He's the CEO of the executive branch, okay? We've got three different branches.
Trump is in charge, the President is in charge of the executive branch. Yeah,
if you're the CEO of the executive branch, you get to fire people in the executive branch.
Hasn't been able to do that for 90 years. Now, as of today, the President actually can do it.
Now, on that note, Florida Governor Rhonda Santos chimes in,
quoting a little thing called the U.S. Constitution, Article 2. The quote is this,
the executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
Article 2, U.S. Constitution. Yep, Rhonda Santos says, there are only three branches of government.
There can be no concentration of power outside of this constitutional structure. Once again,
Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution says, executive power shall be vested to the President.
Nobody else, not some third, I'm sorry, not some fourth unelected shadow deep state branch
of government. Nobody even knows what it is. Ah, those days are over. Now, we also have this report
I want you to take a look at. Check this out. And this is where we get to some of the bad news,
okay? Let's go and talk about the bad news. The Supreme Court this morning just ruled
that states across the country may count mail-in ballots received long after election day.
We were hoping that they would not do this. We were hoping the Supreme Court would shut
this down. Election day means election day, not election week, not election month,
not election year, not election decade, uh-uh, election day. Well, the Supreme Court disagrees
in a 5-4 ruling. Congress must act, this report says. The Save America Act is needed to protect
our elections and restore confidence in the process. Yeah, now we have a report here breaking
this down. Take a listen. Some breaking news, U.S. Supreme Court, a decision is now in on a challenge
led by Republicans to late-arriving ballots in elections. Shannon Bream has the ruling. She's got
the news and the headline now from the U.S. Supreme Court. Let's break it down. All right,
guys, this is not a win for Republicans who are challenging this. Mississippi has a state law
which allows ballots to be counted, mail-in ballots, after election day. If they come in,
they're postmarked and meet the state requirements. But it is a 5-4 loss for Republicans and an
interesting cobbling together of who wrote on this. Justice Barrett wrote the opinion.
Justice Roberts joined her along with Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. So those five
stuck together on this. The dissent comes from Justice Alito. Thomas Gorsuch and Kavanaugh
joined him. And essentially what the majority said is that these federal statutes setting
election day don't prescribe or they don't stand in conflict with states that want to say,
OK, we have a procedure to count ballots after election day. Justice Alito writing for the
dissent says today's decision is inconsistent with the terms of the election day statutes,
contemporary election law principles, two centuries of historical practice, and the case law on the
question presented. So if you're a state out there that counts ballots after election day
based on your state law, that state law will stand. We wait on more opinions now, guys.
Folks, this is perhaps one of the single worst Supreme Court rulings in all of American history.
I'll be honest, because what this does, I mean, imagine a state, imagine California,
for instance. We're going to pick on California. Imagine they pass a state-level law that says,
well, actually, in federal elections, we're going to, on a state level, we are allowing
ourselves to count ballots for three months after election day. The Supreme Court has just said,
well, it's state law, and that's the new rule. So I guess everybody has to wait. Folks,
this is absolute insanity. Like I said, one of the single worst Supreme Court opinions,
rulings, to ever come out in all of U.S. history. Now, Alito, we love him. He wrote the opinion
dissent, the dissent opinion. He writes this, and I quote, allowing absentee ballots to pour in
over the days and weeks after election day, by which point preliminary election results are
being publicly reported, creates greater opportunity for fraud and risks further
undermining the public's confidence in election integrity. This is Alito. He was dissenting
against this terrible decision out of the Supreme Court. Do you agree with him? Yeah,
he is 100% right. Yes. This is, dare I say, stupid. You've got five justices on the Supreme
Court. I guess they don't know what day means. What is a day? What is a man? What is a woman?
What is a recession? The Democrats don't know, or they didn't know during the Biden era,
what is a day? Good Lord. Now, of course, perhaps the biggest disappointment of this
entire situation here is Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who Trump personally picked.
He chose her during his first term. Amy Coney Barrett this morning has pretty much just
turned her back on the Republic, really just paving the way for voter fraud. Take a look at
this. Just in this morning, there she is. Mass outrage is erupting amongst conservative Americans
against SCOTUS Justice Amy Coney Barrett after she decided to uphold mail-in ballot election month
rather than reinforce an election day nationwide. A serious disappointment at this point. Listen,
all five of these justices led by Amy Coney Barrett, they've got to put on white makeup
and put on a tie-dye wig and put on a red clown nose. Honk, honk. You're a clown. These people
are clowns. Folks, it is insane that our, I don't know, our highest court in the land,
the Supreme Court, is making decisions like this. They can't even determine what a day is. This is
absolutely insane. Now, of course, today the conversation pertaining to the Save America Act
is getting reignited, as if it ever wasn't, because really the only way to shut down this
election week or election month or election year dynamic is to have a piece of legislation passed
through Congress, like the Save America Act, to help secure our elections. So President Trump
responds to all of this by saying this, and I quote, this morning,
in light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today concerning voters' rights and the
fact that people's votes are allowed to be counted long after the election is over,
it is more important than ever to pass the Save America Act. Now, note here, Trump, he puts
quotation marks around people's votes. Why does he do that? He says, and the fact that people's
votes are allowed to be counted long after, why does he put quotation marks around the word
people's? It's because we know this is voter fraud. They're not the Democrats in these blue
states like California, Oregon, Washington, all over the damn place. They're not counting actual,
real American votes. No. Anytime it looks like a conservative might end up winning an election,
like Spencer Pratt, for instance, hello in Los Angeles. Anytime it looks like he's coming up,
he's making his way through the cycle. Oh, what's that? A week after election day,
they find another box of 100,000 mail-in ballots. Well, what would you know? I'll be a monkey's
uncle. This is a tale as old as time. That's why Trump was putting quotation marks around the word
people's. Anyway, the Save America Act is this, all voters must show photo ID. Yep. All voters must
show proof of citizenship. Yep. And no mail-in ballots, except for illness, disability, military
deployment, or travel. Okay, fair. Trump says there is no excuse for a politician or otherwise
to be against the above three requirements. There's only one reason to oppose, cheating.
Yep. The House of Representatives has approved this vital act three times. The U.S. Senate
seems unable to do so. In a time when there is a powerful communist movement taking place in our
country, one more dangerous than World War I, World War II, Pearl Harbor, and September 11th,
all the Democrats and our five Republican Senate holdouts, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins,
Tom Tillis, Bill Cassidy, and Mitch McConnell, must vote to save our country. There can be no
more excuses. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Trump is done playing games. Trump
is saying, listen, when we've got a communist uprising in our country, do we? Yes, we do.
When we have a literal communist uprising in our country, we don't have time to be playing games
like this. We don't have time to be allowing states participating in federal elections,
mind you, to be counting ballots a week or two or a month after the fact. If you want to make an
argument about a state's right to count their ballots or count their votes the way they want
to do it, okay, maybe you can make that argument about state or local elections. Your state,
do it your way. As much as I don't even like that, still, it's voter fraud. Okay,
it's a state election. It's a local city election, whatever. We're talking about states participating
in federal elections, okay? This Supreme Court ruling has just allowed states to do whatever
they want with their elections while participating in elections that influence the outcome and the
structure of our entire nation. This is a massive problem. We need the Save America Act more than
ever. That's what it's going to take if we want to shut this stuff down. Now, at least today,
we did have one big ruling come out of the court. The deep state, I'll tell you what,
they are about to get gutted, okay? Gutted like a fish plucked out of the water in a figurative
way, mind you. All of this stuff is what it's going to take if we truly want to put America
