Video Summary
AI Generated
This video explains how to use AI as a \"force multiplier\" to launch and scale various side hustles. Rather than replacing work, AI is used to handle business operations, marketing, and research. The speaker emphasizes integrating these ventures with a YouTube presence to build an audience, drive traffic, and create multiple high-margin income streams.
In today's video, I'm gonna be showing you
eight Claude AI side hustles
that can replace a full-time job
and exactly how to start each one this week.
And by the end of the video,
you'll have eight real businesses to choose from
and the exact steps to get this started with Claude.
And this is coming from someone who started a side hustle
that ended up turning into a full-time business
that I've made over $10 million from.
And I've helped people in my community
generate over $100 million in results.
So I'm not guessing here.
I've seen thousands of people do this
and I've watched regular people use these exact playbooks
to walk away from their jobs that they hated
or just make supplementary income on the side.
Now, one honest warning before we start,
the internet is absolutely drowning
in low effort AI slop right now,
both in terms of the content
as well as what people are telling you to do with AI.
And almost none of it is gonna make you a dollar.
Plus you're basically just gonna be spamming the internet
and spamming the economy with low effort,
low value products and services.
So Claude isn't a shortcut around the work.
It is a force multiplier on the work.
If you do these right,
you can give a massive amount of value to the world
and damn near any one of them can replace your paycheck.
So if you appreciate me making this type of content,
let me know by gently cheersing the like button
and let's go ahead and jump into it right now.
All right, so for number one,
one of the best side hustles right now
is making a physical product and selling it,
but not the way that most people picture it.
See, most people imagine selling one item at a time
to strangers online, scraping together a handful of sales
when the real money isn't selling that same product
in bulk to businesses.
We're talking hotels, cafes, shops, offices,
while also selling it direct to consumer.
And the reason almost nobody pulls this off
is the business side, right?
You have to find the buyers, you have to pitch them,
you have to price it, you have to market it.
And that part used to take years to learn.
Now Claude does all of it
and you just focus on making the thing.
So think of it like a songwriter who finally got a manager.
You can write the best song in the world,
but if nobody ever hears it,
you stay broke playing to empty bars.
The manager is the one who gets that song
into every store and onto every playlist
and that's the part that actually pays.
So Claude is your manager.
You make the product,
but Claude gets it in front of the right buyers.
So a really good example of this
is gonna be Jono Pendolfi.
He's a ceramic artist who makes plates, bowls, and mugs,
and he started off on the side
while teaching and working other jobs
just to cover his bills.
And for years, it stayed small.
Then one order cracked the whole thing open.
A single hotel bought over 6,000 pieces in a deal
worth around $100,000.
And after that,
he was selling his dinnerware to hundreds of restaurants.
And when the world shut down,
he opened a second door
and started selling straight to home cooks online.
And today that ceramic side hustle
pulls in over $6.6 million a year
and his plates show up on the TV show, The Bear.
Now, one of the reasons it took him so long to break through
is because he was an artist, right?
He wasn't really good at the marketing side.
He was really good at making the actual product itself,
but he sucked at the marketing side.
But luckily for you,
Claude is very good at marketing.
And another really good example of this
is the YouTube channel.
This is, you know, just using this
so you can just go look it up easily if you want to,
but it's the YouTube channel Cowboy Kent Rowlands.
Now, according to vidIQ,
he is making about $21,000 a month
just from AdSense alone.
So this is just the ads that pop up on his channel.
But if you dig into it a little more deeply,
you're gonna see that there's these things
called the cowboy cooking essentials, right?
So he's basically selling these physical products
on his website.
Now, some of them are food,
some of them are just different like kitchenware,
but he's selling these on his website
and then he's demonstrating using them during the videos.
And of course, we can't see how much money
he's making on his website.
Given that he's getting that many views
and making that much money just from AdSense alone,
I would be willing to bet that he's making
at least five times more
from the products and services that he's selling.
So let's talk about how to do this.
Pick a physical product that you can make
or have made, ceramics, candles, furniture,
sauces, apparel, anything.
You can open Claude and have it build you
a list of local hotels, cafes, shops,
and offices that fit your product
with the exact buyer to contact each one.
Then have Claude write a personalized pitch
for every single one of them,
plus your product descriptions,
your website copy,
and your pricing for both bulk and direct.
Then land a few bulk accounts first
since those are the big orders.
And then eventually you can switch
to the direct to consumer side
and let Claude run the marketing.
So by the way, we're gonna have Claude skills,
resources, prompts, et cetera.
You can just click the link in the description
and the pin comment below to get ahold of those.
And these will help you with all of these parts.
But another thing you can do for instance,
is you can use Claude design to build out your website.
And Claude design is really, really good
at building websites.
But yeah, this is a classic example
of Claude can't actually make
the physical product itself.
But what Claude can do
is help you make the physical product, right?
If you want a design to put on a mug
or a design to make a plate,
it can definitely be a good brainstorming partner.
And most importantly,
it can help you market that product
and actually get it out into the world,
which is honestly the main thing
that stops people from making money.
So notice that this wasn't me telling you
to do some side hustle
where AI does all of the work for you
and you just click one button
and AI does everything, right?
That does not happen.
That does not exist.
I'm sorry to tell you.
And even if it does exist, right?
If let's just say for a very short period of time
that did exist,
everybody else could just copy you incredibly easily.
And then it would stop working
because everybody's doing it.
So it only worked for a week or a month anyways.
And you really wanna get out of that mindset
of just looking for these easy button,
get rich quick overnight type things, okay?
It just does not exist, okay?
But this is a legitimate way
where you can actually make money.
All right, guys, quick break.
This video is sponsored by me.
I wanted to let you know
that I'm gonna be doing a live training this week
where I'm gonna be revealing
the YouTube content advantage in 2026.
It is a completely free training,
no strings attached.
In fact, I'm giving away even more bonuses at the training.
Just as an example,
I'm gonna be giving away my Niche Validator.
And this is gonna be available
for both Clawed as well as ChatGPT,
which is a super valuable piece of software
where you can finally figure out
what the best niche for you is.
So do not miss out on this training.
Make sure you sign up for it down in the description
and the pinned comment below
because you only get it if you join the training.
So if you don't join now, you might miss it.
But that being said,
in the workshop, you'll get to meet me.
You'll get to ask me questions directly.
So I look forward to meeting you.
So click the link in the description
and the pinned comment below.
Make sure you put it on your calendar.
And if for whatever reason you missed out on it,
you weren't able to attend,
make sure you still click that link
because we might be having workshops in the future as well
and you'll be the first to know about it.
So yeah, hope to see you there.
And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Now let's talk about the next one and that is reselling.
This is buying things dirt cheap
and then flipping them for way more.
So you hit thrift stores, yard sales, and estate sales
and you find items that are secretly worth a fortune
and then you sell them online for a profit.
And the catch has always been knowing
which items are valuable.
That I used to take people years to build.
Now Claude is your instant appraiser.
You show it an item or you describe it
and it tells you what it is,
whether it's collectible,
roughly what it sells for,
and the best place to flip it.
Then it writes the listing for you.
So think of it like walking through a field
with a metal detector.
Everyone else strolls right past the buried gold
because they have no clue it's right under their feet.
But the detector is the only reason
you know exactly where to dig.
Claude is the metal detector,
but for the thrift store.
It's the thing that beeps
when the $5 item on the shelf
is actually worth 70 or $150.
So a great example of this is a woman
who goes by Jocelyn Elizabeth.
She was a new mom working a $14 an hour
part-time marketing job
when her dad brought home a $5 lamp
and then found the exact same lamp
selling for $70 on eBay.
And that very weekend,
she started thrifting with her baby in the stroller
and flipping her finds online.
And she got so good at spotting value
that she quit her job,
then built an entire online marketplace
called Knickknacks
with thousands of other online sellers on it.
And this year that marketplace did over $5.2 million
and her personal cut alone is worth 260,000
and her thrifting channel
pulled in close to 300,000 more on top of it.
So there's probably thousands and thousands
of YouTube channels
that talk about different types of flipping.
Some of them talk about flipping shoes or vintage items
or buying Amazon pallets and then selling them.
Like there's literally probably thousands
of YouTube channels talking about this
and it's one of the oldest side hustles known to mankind.
So I'm not surprised,
but here's one random channel, for instance, Connor TV.
He does a ton of flipping
and I'm sure he makes a ton of money
just from the flipping alone.
But then on top of that,
he's making a full-time income
just from the channel itself.
And that is just from AdSense alone, right?
Two to $7,000 a month, just from AdSense alone.
And he's just recording himself
doing what he already would have been doing anyways,
which is flipping stuff.
And by the way,
this is probably my earliest side hustle that I ever did.
I was doing this stuff when I was a teenager.
Like buying low and then selling high
is probably the oldest form of entrepreneurship, right?
Like thousands and thousands of years ago,
merchants were doing this.
They were buying spice from India
and then selling it in the Middle East or whatever, right?
And it hasn't slowed down at all.
In fact, it's even gotten better.
So here's how to do it.
Start with a few dollars in your phone,
walk into a Goodwill, a thrift store, a yard sale.
And when something catches your eye,
snap a photo and ask Claude what it is,
whether it's collectible or not,
and then where it would sell best.
Then buy the items
where the resale price clears what you paid.
Then have Claude write the listing, the title,
the description, and the exact keywords
that buyers are searching for.
Then post them on eBay or Facebook Marketplace
or some sort of reselling app like OfferUp or Mercari
or whatever you wanna use.
And then roll your profits into the bigger finds.
And by the way,
typically Claude will tell you which reselling app
is gonna be best for you to post it on.
So that way you're not wasting your time.
So yeah, this is a great way to get started.
I personally got started way back in the day
just by buying and selling stuff on Craigslist.
And then sometimes I would go to different garage sales
or flea markets or whatever and buy stuff there
and then sell it online either on eBay or even locally,
but online on Craigslist.
Now you might be noticing something
about all of these examples that I'm giving you
because most of these people didn't make millions of dollars
just by creating a product or flipping
or whatever the side hustle was alone.
They made millions of dollars from the side hustle
plus having a social media presence,
specifically a YouTube channel.
So just as an example,
the lady who started the $5.2 million marketplace,
she started a YouTube channel about it.
And that channel is what built her audience,
drove her sales and became a six-figure income stream
all by itself, right?
So she calls her YouTube channel the crazy lamp lady.
And this is what is driving most of the people
who actually end up discovering her
and end up buying her stuff, right?
That is how they are discovering these things.
And that brings me to our next side hustle,
which is probably the most powerful side hustle
on the whole list.
And that is starting a YouTube channel, right?
It's building a channel around a skill or a topic
that you know, and then teaching it.
So a channel does two things
that no other side hustle can.
One, it builds an audience that can actually buy from you
and the channel itself can pay you
even if you're not selling your own stuff
through sponsorships, ads, or affiliate marketing.
And the truth is all of these other side hustles work
if you have traffic and specifically the right traffic,
which would be high quality traffic
and the highest quality traffic on the internet
comes from YouTube, right?
And I'm practicing what I preach.
I've got a YouTube channel myself.
Now, the part that stops almost everybody
is picking your niche, coming up with the video ideas,
writing the videos and staying consistent.
And that is exactly what Claude can take off of your plate.
So an analogy here is think of a YouTube channel
like building a lighthouse.
With every side hustle so far,
you've had to row out and chase down customers
one at a time.
A lighthouse is the complete opposite.
You build it once and the right people
sail straight to you year after year.
You make the videos and your customers come and find you.
It's that simple.
Because YouTube is the second largest search engine
in the entire world.
And it's owned by the first largest search engine
in the entire world, which is Google.
And so they have all the data, right?
And Google knows exactly when somebody is in market
to buy something, right?
They know exactly when someone is interested
in old Western style outdoor cooking, for instance.
And they're gonna show you the exact videos
where you can promote old Western style
outdoor cooking stuff.
Or they know exactly when you're in the market for a job
and it can show you the exact videos
where you're helping people create a new resume,
et cetera, et cetera.
And with most social media platforms,
you post one video and it dies in three hours.
With YouTube, you can post a video
and get sales 10 years later.
We literally got a six figure agency contract
from a video that we posted over five years ago, right?
So these videos just keep doing a lot of work for you.
Now, a really good example is a community member of mine
named Isaiah Harris.
Now, Isaiah was about to get laid off from his job
when he found my free content and my free life training.
And he just started doing exactly what I was teaching.
And his channel is very simple.
He teaches people how to sing better.
Specifically, he teaches intermediate singers
how to get to a pro level of singing,
either because they want to literally make money with it
so they wanna become a professional
or they just wanna be as good as a professional.
And off of the free stuff alone,
he hit over $20,000 in a single month.
Then he came and worked with me directly
and now he's gotten all the way up to $100,000.
And he's doing this by only posting one video per month.
So you can literally do this in so many different ways, guys.
Singing is just one example.
A lot of the times the best niches out there
are gonna be ones that are super boring.
So a lot of people that have had the most success
in my community are basically teaching
just very boring stuff.
Like how to get very specific jobs,
like how to become a financial controller.
That's Bill, he got to $70,000 in a single month.
Or how to get into something known
as governance risk and compliance.
That's Nicole, she had an $80,000 a month.
Or how to get the right certifications
to get into IT or cybersecurity jobs.
That's Josh, he made it all the way
to over $186,000 in a single month.
So it doesn't have to be something fancy like singing,
it can be something really boring.
And oftentimes it's something that you already do
on a day-to-day basis.
You can just literally record it, put it online,
and make a bunch of money from it.
So another good example of that,
someone who is literally in the exact situation
that you're in right now just a couple months ago
is Nurse Jen.
So Nurse Jen started with us just a couple months ago,
started posting, and immediately she had two videos
that blew up, got over 500,000 views.
She's making a full-time income.
BidIQ says she's making about $9,500 a month
just from AdSense alone.
So she is now making a full-time income from her channel.
And guess what?
She is just making videos telling people about stuff
that she already was telling her patients
on a day-to-day basis, right?
So Nurse Jen is obviously a nurse.
She gives a lot of advice to her patients
on a day-to-day basis.
And then she just made videos about that.
Six things that seniors should never say at the doctor.
If you still have these seven abilities,
you're winning at aging.
If you can't live alone, don't go to nursing homes.
Do this instead from a nurse, right?
This is advice that she's already giving to her patients
on a day-to-day basis.
She's just giving the same exact advice,
but she's putting it on YouTube instead.
And she's making a full-time income,
and she's just getting started.
Now, by the way, if you're confused
about what niche to pick, how to get started with this,
how to use Claude to actually do these things,
I'm actually gonna be doing a live training this week
where I go deep on exactly how to do that.
And we're gonna be focusing on helping you
pick the right niche for you.
We're even giving away the Claude Niche Validator,
which has helped thousands of people
pick the ideal niche for them.
So definitely check that out
by clicking the link in the description
and the pinned comment below.
All right, so the next one we're gonna talk about
is what I like to call the Answer Man.
So there's a side hustle where you get paid
to just answer questions about something you already know.
Okay, so mechanics, nurses, electricians, plumbers,
IT people, right now there are millions of people online
who will pay for fast, expert answers to their problem.
So you can basically just join a site like JustAnswer,
or you set up your own service
and you get paid for every question that you solve.
So Claude can be your research partner.
It helps you crack the hard ones
and answer far more people than you could ever do alone.
So think of it like running a toll booth, right?
Every question that comes in is a car pulling up
and every answer you give collects a small toll.
One toll is pocket change,
but cars come through all day, every day,
and it adds up to become a full-time income.
So a good example of this is Chris Pyle.
He's a 45-year-old mechanic
and he started answering strangers' car questions
on a site called JustAnswer after work.
And this was back when he still had his job at Ford
and he made $500 in his first month.
Then he doubled it the next month and it kept climbing.
And when the side hustle passed his $75,000 salary,
he quit Ford for good.
And last year he made over $170,000 or $14,200 a month,
literally just answering questions
from a recliner at home.
Now, this doesn't work for every niche, right?
There's certain niches out there
that this is gonna work better for.
Now, the truth is most people just don't like
to consume content via reading anymore.
It's just a fact.
Most people want to watch videos.
And so if you wanna do this exact same thing,
but do it in a way that most people
wanna consume the content and get paid a lot more for it,
you can do this exact same thing,
but just make YouTube videos about it.
And here's an example of someone who did just that,
Scotty Kilmer.
So Scotty Kilmer makes all kinds
of different YouTube videos about cars,
how to fix your car, how to pick the right car,
how to maintain your car so it doesn't break down,
et cetera, et cetera.
And if you look at his YouTube channel,
it says he makes about $23,000 a month according to vidIQ
and about 13 to $38,000 a month according to view stats.
Now, I found that these estimator sites
are usually way lower than the amount of money
that the person's actually making.
And if you look at foxnews.com,
he actually says that he made more in one month on YouTube
than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic, right?
So he says that he made about $24 million on YouTube, right?
$24 million right here.
That's where it says.
And so he's making a heck of a lot more
than what they're saying right there.
Plus he's semi-retired.
And so if you wanna be way smarter with your time,
you can just answer those questions,
but just put them on YouTube instead.
So if someone asks a question on one of those websites,
instead of typing out your answer,
you can put them on YouTube.
Or maybe you do type out your answer,
but you make a video about it as well
and you post it on YouTube.
And a way to do this is you can pick a subject
that you know well enough that people already come to you
with questions about it,
sign up to a paid answer platform like JustAnswer
or have Claude help you set up
your own simple ask an expert service.
And when a tough question comes in,
use Claude to research it fast
and lay out a clear, accurate step-by-step answer.
Then just answer consistently, build your rating
and let the volume turn what's in your head into a paycheck.
All right, so the next one is going to be
one of the most reliable side hustles out there.
And that is a simple local service business.
Now, the reason that this is so reliable
is because you can only have so much competition
in your local market, right?
There's only so many people that can mow lawns
or paint houses or power wash things
or clean windows or clean gutters, et cetera, et cetera.
And you just go and do it, okay?
So there's no inventory
and there's almost no startup cost here,
just a few hours on the weekend
and some basic equipment is good enough.
And the hardest part is getting customers.
And of course, Claude can help you with that.
So think of it like running an ice cream truck, right?
You don't have to convince anybody that they want ice cream.
On a hot day, every street is already full of customers.
You just show up where the demand already is
and you collect the cash.
A dirty driveway works the same way.
The customers are sitting on every block
and Claude points you straight to them.
So a great example of this is a guy named Joel Justice.
He started power washing as a side hustle
with about $100 worth of equipment
and he'd clean driveways, patios
and the sides of people's houses on the weekends.
And he's now done over a thousand jobs
and turned it into a six-figure business.
And here's an example of someone on YouTube doing this,
right, Drain Addict.
This is a guy who literally just goes
and unplugs drains all day long.
That's what he's already doing.
He already has a very successful business doing that.
So you can see some of his videos here,
blocked drain 165, got 16 million views.
And that one video alone
where he literally just recorded himself
doing what he already does on a day-to-day basis
made him $84,000 and got 17 million views.
And that's just from AdSense alone.
And according to vidIQ,
he's making about $17,000 a month.
Again, just from AdSense alone.
And according to view stats,
he's making about nine to $24,000 a month.
And that's just from AdSense alone.
If he's selling stuff on his channel,
he's making far, far more than that.
And the whole point here is his content is dead simple.
Right, he is literally just posting
what he's doing on a day-to-day basis.
There's no fancy editing.
The thumbnails are terrible.
The titles are terrible.
He's just doing what he was already doing
on a day-to-day basis and posting it online
and making a massive full-time income from it.
So go ahead and pick a simple service
that people around you will pay for like power washing,
window cleaning, lawn care, gutter cleaning, et cetera.
Grab the basic equipment,
which usually runs about a hundred bucks to start.
Then open Clawed and have it set up your customer machine.
A Google listing that ranks, the exact ad to run
and the door knock script and the text that you send
to give an instant quote.
Then book a few jobs each weekend, do great work
and let the referrals stack up.
All right, so the next side hustle
you might think is a bit too advanced
because it used to take years of training to build an app,
but doing it this way,
you can actually build an app with AI
as long as you're hyper specific
about the problem that it solves
and you can do it really quickly.
So you basically find one annoying problem
that a lot of people have
and you build a small, incredibly simple app
that solves just that one thing.
And people pay a few dollars to download it
or a small monthly fee to keep using it.
And you don't need to be a programmer
because Clawed writes the actual code for you
and Clawed is incredibly good at making these.
I can't tell you how many little random apps
that we literally make just to use inside of our business
or we give to the people inside of our community
to make making YouTube videos and a personal brand
and starting a business easier.
So think of an app like a little robot that you build once
that then works for you around the clock for free.
It doesn't sleep, it doesn't take a day off
and it never asked for a paycheck.
And while you're at your job or fast asleep,
it's out there serving customers and collecting money.
So you build the robot once with Clawed
and it keeps working forever.
So a great example of this is a guy named Steven Cravato.
He had no real coding background
but he built an app called Puff Count
that helps people quit vaping by tracking their progress
which is not only a really cool app
but it also gives a massive amount of value to the world.
And he focused on solving that one problem
and getting in front of the right people
and the app now brings in over $40,000 a month.
Now, I wanna emphasize here that you need to solve
a very small, very specific problem.
If you try to solve a big problem that a lot of people have,
you are bound to fail.
I guarantee you, you will fail.
But if you solve a very specific problem
that a much smaller group of people have,
well, there's just not that much competition out there
and there's a very good chance
that you could have success with it.
So here's how to do it.
Think of one small specific problem
that you or people around you deal with
like tracking a habit, splitting a bill,
planning a meal, et cetera.
Then open Clawd, describe the app that you want
and have it write the code step-by-step
even if you've never written a line in your life.
Then test it, get it into the app store
and have Clawd write the description
and post to land your first users.
Solve one problem really well and let the downloads add up.
Okay, another side hustle blowing up right now
is UGC, also known as user-generated content.
Brands will pay you to film short, casual videos
of yourself using or talking about their product
and then they run those videos as their own ads.
So you do not need a single follower to do this
because the videos live on the brand's page, not yours.
So Clawd can give you the scripts and the hooks
so that all you have to do is hit record
and almost always people literally record with their phone
because these brands want it to seem like it's authentic
and it's just on the platform, right?
It's not heavily produced or anything like that.
So think of it like being a ghostwriter except for a video.
An influencer has to be famous
and post everything to their own audience
but a UGC creator just films the clip
and hands it to the brand to run as their ad
so they don't need any following, they don't need any fame
and Clawd writes the hook and the script
so that every video that you hand over actually sells.
So an example of this is a woman named Kelly Rockline.
She started filming UGC videos on the side
while working a corporate marketing job
and she did not need a big following.
She just pitched brands, filmed the clips
and got paid for each one.
And by 2022, that side hustle was bringing in
over $142,000 a year and after she got laid off,
she took it to full time
and she says she's never felt more financially secure.
Another example of this is my community member, Chris Barr.
He's doing UGC content, making money from that
but then he also has a YouTube channel
where he talks about making UGC content
and helping other people do it
and he's making good money from that as well.
So here's how to do it.
Pick a few kinds of products
that you actually enjoy talking about
like skincare, gadgets, supplements, apps, et cetera.
In Chris's case, he's more of an outdoors guy
so he does a lot of UGC content
around outdoor related products, right?
Then you wanna open Cloud
and have it write a short scroll stopping hook
and a script for a sample video,
then film it on your phone.
Then have Cloud write the pitch emails,
find the brands to send them to
and sign up on UGC marketplaces
like Collabster or Join Brands.
And then land your first paid clip,
build a small portfolio and raise your rates from there.
So yeah, I like UGC content.
I think it's a great sort of gateway
into actually just making content yourself.
We've worked with a lot of people
who started off with UGC content
or started off just making shorts.
And then of course they go to YouTube
because that's where the real money's at.
Okay, so next one is honestly
one of the most rewarding side hustles.
And I would say outside of starting a YouTube channel,
in terms of the actual side hustle itself,
this is the one where I've seen the most people have success.
And that is coaching people through something
that you've already been through yourself, right?
When life gives you lemons, you turn it into lemonade.
You took on a hard thing,
like let's just say you paid off debt,
you got in shape, you switched careers,
you beat an addiction.
Maybe you got into a really hard job to get into,
or maybe you figured out how to make money
doing something that's really difficult or hard to find.
And then you came out on the other side, right?
There are thousands of people standing at the start
of that exact climb who will pay you
to guide them through it.
And Claude turns everything that you learned
into an actual coaching system that you can sell.
So think of it like being a guide on a trail
that you've already hiked.
You walk the whole thing.
You know where people slip, where they get lost
and where the shortcuts are.
And a stranger at the trail head will gladly pay you
to walk them up safely instead of figuring it out alone.
So Claude takes the map in your head
and turns it into the guided tour, right?
This is something that you already know how to do
because you already overcame it.
And imagine if you had a time machine
and you could go back in time
and tell the younger version of yourself
who was first encountering this problem
exactly how to overcome it.
How much time, effort and money
would you save yourself in that case?
Probably a lot.
Well, guess what?
Other people will pay you
to skip all that time, effort, money
and probably heartache as well.
So a great example of this is a woman named Bernadette Joy.
She and her husband paid off $300,000 of their own debt.
And when she'd done it, she turned what she'd learned
into a money coaching business called Crush Your Money Goals.
And that business now makes her $279,000 a year.
So pick something that you've personally figured out
the hard way that other people are still struggling with.
Open Claude and have it turn your experience
into a real program.
The steps, the lessons, the worksheets,
the whole curriculum.
And then offer it as one-on-one coaching,
a group coaching program or a course that people can buy.
Now, typically people are just gonna start off
with one-on-one coaching.
Once they have that down
and they figure out exactly what people need help with,
they can then transition into group coaching.
And then once they have it down to a T,
like it's just absolutely totally dialed in,
they can then transition it into a course
that people can buy
or they can just stick with the group coaching.
But then you wanna use Claude to write the posts
and emails that bring the right people to you.
And this is where YouTube comes in
because honestly, YouTube is the easiest way
of getting inbound clients.
And again, if you wanna figure out how to pick your niche,
click the link in the description
in the pinned comment below
to attend my live training this week
where we will be giving away the niche validator to you,
helping you pick your niche
and helping you get started step-by-step on YouTube.
And if you think that you need a big YouTube channel
to make this work, you don't.
Carla, for instance, gets 100 to 200 views per video,
has a tiny YouTube channel of about 1.5 thousand subscribers
and she closed $100,000 contract directly from YouTube.
Why?
Because she was teaching a very specific type of thing
to a very specific type of person
who had the money to solve the problem, right?
And that's exactly what we can teach you how to do
in the live training this week.
With that being said,
I know that 99% of you out there
are gonna watch my free content,
you're gonna enjoy it,
you're gonna get the resources
in the description in the pinned comment below,
you're gonna enjoy those as well,
get a ton of value out of them.
You're probably even gonna go ahead
and attend the live training
and get a ton of value out of that
and you're never gonna work directly with us one-on-one
and that is completely fine.
I always wanna make sure
that I give 10 times more value at least
than the value that I receive.
With that being said,
there's gonna be 1% of you out there
or maybe 0.1% of you out there
that want that one-on-one help
so that you can get results as fast as possible
and have the highest chances of success.
Or you're gonna want us
to just literally do the work for you.
So if that is you,
go ahead and book a call with us
by clicking the link in the description
and the pinned comment below.
We can only work with a very limited amount of people.
Right now, we're only accepting three people
into the program
and typically we only accept about 18% of people
or even less who apply to work with us.
But the typical types of people
that we accept to work with us
are business owners who want to grow
and make money on YouTube
and get inbound leads from YouTube,
both online as well as some types
of in-person business owners.
So we've been working with a lot of realtors,
law firms, financial advisors,
and insurance agencies,
and dental cosmetic clinics
and other types of basically medical type businesses.
So those are the types of businesses
we've been working with
that are more local or localized types.
But also of course, online businesses, right?
Online coaches, online services, et cetera.
The second type of person we work with
are YouTubers who are getting a lot of views
but they're struggling with monetization.
The third type of person we work with
are YouTubers who are crushing it
but they want to crush it even harder.
Fourth type of person we like to work with
are experts, people who are truly experts at what they do.
So people who publish books, et cetera,
they're known as experts in their industry.
And then the fifth type of person
is someone who wants to treat YouTube like a business.
Typically, they're going to be coming
from a really good career, right?
They have a six-figure career,
they make a lot of money,
but they want to start their own thing
and they're really good at whatever they do
and they want to spread value to the world.
But what all five people have in common
is they want to treat YouTube like a business, right?
So if that sounds like you,
again, go ahead and click that link
in the description and pinned comment below
to apply for a call.
Only click the link if you're very serious
about growing and making money on YouTube
because our spots and our time is very limited
and we don't want to waste your time or ours.
With that being said,
if you want to see exactly what it's like to work with us,

and exactly how he got from zero
to over $20,000 in a single month by clicking right here.
