Titus Becomes a World-Famous Trick Shot Star

Take a seat, mate. How are you? Good. Welcome to Australia, all the way from Kansas. Yeah. Is this where I'm supposed to say, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Titus? Yeah, we're in Sydney. LAUGHTER Now, the thing is, you've been watched now by 25 million people. Really? You didn't know this? No. Well, you have. You've been watched by 25 million people. And to give you an idea, that's like the population of Australia. What? Exactly. Exactly the population? LAUGHTER It's not exactly the population, but it's there or thereabouts. So, mate, what do you call yourself? Are you a trickster? Are you a basketball player? What do you call yourself? My normal name, Titus. LAUGHTER How old were you when you started? One. You were one when you started doing ball tricks? After I was able to walk. Then I started walking, picking up a ball and putting it in. What? That's amazing. Is your mum here? She's right there, right there, right there. There's mum over there. Round of applause for mum, everyone. So, was he one when he started trying...? Yeah. Yeah, he really was one. What do you hope he'll do with this skill? Oh, I don't care what he does with it. He's having fun and I'm just waiting for one day he'll turn around and be like, I don't like basketball anymore. OK. I'll never do that. Now, I happen to know you can do some other amazing tricks too. Yeah. Can you show us what you can do with dice? LAUGHTER You can't go to sleep. I'm just going to get a table here so you can show him a trick. Don't you go to sleep when I'm gone. Is this normal, mum? Is he not off this quick often? Hey, Titus, knock it off. I didn't mean to get you into trouble with your mum, mate. LAUGHTER All right. Now, you do a trick with dice. So, what's this called? Dice stacking. Let's see how this works. OK. Now, before the show tonight, your mum told me that you were a chocoholic. Is that a joke? Just a fact. I like it a lot. Well, that's great, because... I've got a little something here for you. These are called Tim Tams. Tim Tams. You know what Tim Tams are. That made his face light up. Yeah, they're Tim Tams. Do you like Tim Tams? Yeah. Yeah. How cool is it? Can we actually eat it? Yeah. We can do whatever we want. So, what's the most amount of shots you've got in a row? Uh, about maybe 100. Wow. 100 shots in a row. Maybe. Mmm. Talk amongst yourselves. We're just going to eat some Tim Tams. Do you like Australia? Yeah. What's your favourite trick to do? Do you know what my favourite trick is? What? Telling my wife I'm going to work, but really, I just come into a studio, sit on a seat with a kid and eat chocolate biscuits. Can we shoot now? You want to shoot some baskets? Yeah. Do you want to see him do what he does? Yeah, they do. Give him a round of applause as he goes round, folks. He has come all the way from Kansas, USA, to throw hoops. Now, I just want everyone to know, both here and at home, that he's strapped in quite safely. There's a cord here on the back of Titus so he can't be injured. I have nothing tied to the back of me, so if I fall down, it makes good television. All right, can I have a go first? Yeah. Seems you came all the way from America to do it. You should do it. The time he throws it, the whole sizzle, it sways, which I don't like. Yes! That's three in a row. You've got this, Titus. Four. He wants in. All right, mate, one more. You can do it, one more.
