🙏 "Hard work brings profit. Mere talk leads only to poverty." — Proverbs 14:23
⚠️ Some links are affiliate links. I only recommend tools I'd use myself. This video is sponsored by Doba.
All right.
I get tons of requests of people that are wanting to start dropshipping stores.
It's like my number one request. It has been for a long time, honestly.
Number one online side hustle that people are interested in.
So I wanted to put together, this is a little bit of a longer video,
but I want to do like a complete step by step walkthrough of starting your own
dropshipping business and using AI to do most of the heavy lifting for you.
And I mean everything from finding products, building your store,
writing your listings, even getting customers.
Dropshipping has never been easier than it is right now.
Well, it's never been easier to get started. I'll put it that way,
but it is not a get rich quick scheme. Hard work brings profit.
Mere talk leads only to poverty. If you put in good effort,
I'm going to try to do like a blueprint video here. You can be successful.
If you're just wanting to get rich quickly, you're not going to succeed at
anything. So I want to show you what exactly dropshipping is, how it works.
Then I'll show you using DOBA,
how to find winning products with AI very quickly.
Then we're going to build a professional store from scratch,
connect everything together,
create listings that actually sell and get your first customers.
By the end of the video, I want you to have your own dropshipping store.
And when I do this from scratch with really no marketing or anything,
you get your first sale within 30 days.
One more caveat we'll say is most people who try dropshipping
fail and it's not because they're, it doesn't work, but it's because they quit.
They get excited about starting and then they do a little bit and then all this
is actually going to be some work and then they move on to the next shiny
object. So let's start with the basics. What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping is basically you just being a middleman between customers and
suppliers. You're basically a sales person for these products.
Customers want a product, they buy it from your dropshipping store.
You pass that request onto the vendor,
the vendor ships to the customer and you're kind of just this facilitator.
So it's better than regular e-commerce because if I want to sell my own product
with regular e-commerce, I have to have an inventory.
I have to buy a bunch of product upfront, store it in a warehouse or at my house.
Again, I always, I won't mention his name.
I have a friend who has like a thousand pairs of scissors in his garage because
they were selling well on Amazon.
So he bought a whole bunch and then they competitor lowered their prices.
Now he's stuck with all these scissors. Okay.
That's traditional e-commerce way riskier takes a lot more upfront.
You have to buy an inventory.
Dropshipping takes a lot of those upfront fees and it, you know,
it outsources things like customer support, shipping,
those types of things are all outsourced.
So you won't make as much money per product as if you just had the inventory and
sold it yourself, but it's way less work.
So it does much better as like a side hustle rather than it being your main
business. So let's say you have an led grow lights.
Customer pays you $80 for this led grow light. You keep the $80.
You pay your supplier $30 that they're charging for the led grow light.
They ship it and then you make $50. Okay. That's basically how it works.
It's pretty simple and it sounds really great to people upfront.
The number one problem is selling the wrong products.
There are products that people don't want.
They're not going to buy at that price point.
I can't just put a piece of paper for sale for a hundred dollars and think, Oh,
wow, people are going to buy this. And my cost is only $1.
You have to test different products at different price points and find out, Oh,
this is the offer that people are at will actually buy.
And dropshipping has been around for a long time.
It was a very popular side hustle in the past,
but what's different now is that AI handles the grunt work.
You used to have to do it all yourself.
Manually took a ton of time to get started and as with everything else in our
society and in technology,
AI is making what used to take hours or weeks take just a few minutes.
So it opens the doors for more people to get involved.
Finding winning products used to take a lot of time to do all that research.
Writing good listings used to take a long time.
Now AI can go research for you, find, Hey,
these are the products that are selling well. I'll show you that here on DOBA.
It can write product descriptions for you. Hey,
here are the product descriptions that are selling well right now.
Saves you a lot of time creating content for social media used to have to,
you know, need design skills, but now AI can generate videos.
It can do social posts. So the barrier to entry is lower,
but then that also means there's more people getting in.
So there's more competition. And as far as startup costs,
this is the huge advantage to drop shipping is there's really not a startup
cost. I would recommend, you know, if you're using DOBA, it's $28.
Start with a small plan and work your way up.
You don't need to start with an enterprise solution before you have your first
sale. Start smaller. And then when you get to the point where it's, Hey, I'm,
you know, I'm, I filled this up. I've reached my quotas.
I've reached my 20 inventory list capacity or my one store integration.
Then you can upgrade. I always like to brute bootstrap,
which means use the business to fund the business growth.
And one of the reasons I like to do that is because most people who start side
hustles fail.
And if you put $2,000 into your side hustle and then you give up after two
weeks, that's $2,000 down the drain. So I always say, start really small,
start as cheap as you possibly can,
and then make your first $30 and then you can pay that $30 to get to the next
level. Eventually when you're ready to grow,
which we'll talk about this here later,
the biggest cost is going to be advertising because our goal with the drop
shipping store is we want to turn our products into just this money-making
engine where we can pay. When I pay $10 in ads,
I know I'm going to get one customer and that's going to make me $30.
So I know for every $10 I put into ads, I'm going to make $30.
And once you get that formula down, then it's like, okay, well then not,
instead of $10 let's do $100 for every $100 I put into ads,
I'll make $300 and then you can go to a thousand, you can start scaling up.
And then there's going to be some point where that scale stops working.
There's not that much demand for that product.
And then it's kind of like your business that is there intact.
I put a thousand dollars into ads.
I make $3,000 out of that and that's that business.
Then you can go onto a new product. Okay,
let's try that same process with another product.
And then there are stores doing, you know,
million dollars a month drop shipping with that formula in place.
So it's good to set realistic expectations. Again,
I say something like there's stores making a million dollars a month.
They've been at this for quite a while.
So a lot of people hear numbers like that and they're like, Oh, okay,
I'm going to do this for sure. A million dollars a month would be so nice.
My goal is to get a sale, get one sale in the first 30 days.
So you might make like $20 in your first month. Okay.
That's a pretty reasonable goal. You're going to have to learn the platform,
set up your store, start testing your first products.
Month two is where you can start moving forward. It's like, Hey,
let's set up ads. Let's try to get to five sales in month two.
But most successful drop shippers, I've done a lot of research,
looked at a lot of them.
They don't see consistent profit until about month six. So again,
that's where if you come in with the mindset of get rich quick,
you're going to quit before you get to that point.
This isn't a side hustle you try for a week and then, you know, move on.
It's a business that requires effort over months. You might say, Hey,
this is a 2026 goal.
So we've covered product sourcing and store set up,
but there's a gap that hurts a lot of drop shipping businesses.
Usually what happens is you make a sale, you ship the product,
and then you basically ghost your customers and that is leaving money on the
table. You're spending all this cash on ads to get new customers,
but you're not using the customers that you already have.
Shout out to Brevo. They solve this exact problem.
It's way easier to generate revenue from existing customers than to go out and
find new customers. You can create an email list,
a phone number list, and that belongs to you.
So then instead of hoping that customers come back after they make a sale,
you're staying connected with automations that run in the background.
Someone buys a phone case and then Brevo automatically sends followup emails
saying, Hey, do you also need a screen protector?
Do you also need a wireless charger? There's no manual work. Again,
Brevo takes care of all this,
but it's a way to keep growing your store even while you're asleep.
Plus their analytics show you exactly which campaigns are working,
which are making money so you can track performance and double down on what
actually works. So super easy to get started.
I have a promo code, James 50,
so you can get four 50 for your first month.
So super cheap to get this integrated.
If you have a dropshipping store or you're starting a dropshipping store,
this is a no brainer. All right,
so let's get going on finding a winning product.
So first thing, go to DOBA and try their 14 day trial for $1. Okay.
That's a good trial. All right.
And they make it a dollar because then you don't have a million bots trying to
sign up. It's a little bit of a commitment, but pay the $1.
Get a 14 day trial and you can get started. So once you're in DOBA,
I'm going to show you a lot of things in DOBA.
This is kind of my hub for dropshipping,
but go to the AI hub here and this will walk you through all their AI
features. So there's AI picker,
which we're going to be looking at here in a little bit.
This is what helps you find what product to sell.
The AI store builder gets your store ready again,
which used to take probably a week,
but now does it in just a couple minutes.
The auto lister will take new products and just list them automatically on your
store.
The listing optimizer will take your products and they'll find, okay,
what terms are people searching for?
Let's put those into the description, into the title.
They'll make your listing optimized, hence the name and listing migration,
because there's many different platforms you can sell on.
You can sell on Wix, you can sell on eBay, you can sell on Shopify,
you can sell on TikTok shop. And rather than you having to go and, okay,
I got to put all these listings here.
Oh, I got to keep my inventory up to date between all these.
You can use AI to keep your stores synced and get those listings onto the
different stores. But let's start with AI picker here.
So it's asking me to start. I can look at bestselling, high profit, rising stars.
If you have no idea what you want to sell, go there first,
start looking there first. Like what's the best selling stuff right now?
This can give you some ideas. You know, this steel cutting board,
actually there's several cutting boards here in the best selling.
So just something to keep in mind. Maybe I want a cutting board store.
These tends to be the best categories to look in because they're evergreen.
Like people always are going to want beauty and health, clothing, shoes,
and jewelry, outdoor sports. I'm going to do home garden and tools.
Electronics are good.
One problem with electronics is new electronics come out.
So people don't want the old iPhone versions as much and things like that.
So I'm just going to go home garden and tools.
And then I'm going to go with furniture.
And the reason I'm doing that is because there's two ways you can do this.
You could sell a lot of small products,
or you could sell a few bigger products. From my experience,
it's just easier to work with if you're selling fewer of a bigger product.
So AI picker went through thousands of products in their database.
And these are the ones that they found would be best selling right now.
And it kind of gives their, you know, their recommended product.
And another thing I like to do, if I'm going to do a store,
I want it to be something I would consider buying myself.
So I actually have three kids. Both of these are, you know,
bunk beds that sleep three kids. That's pretty amazing. Although my kids,
I don't think want to be in the same room anymore,
but each product shows the main image, the current selling price,
and then there's images.
So you want to find products that have good images with them. Again,
this is an advantage of, of using a system like DOBA,
because normally if you were selling this yourself,
you'd have to buy the product and then you'd have to go take your own pictures,
probably edit them. These already have pictures that come with them.
I actually really liked this one. I'm going to go with this.
So the price here on DOBA, so I can get it for $731.
So I want to just do a quick Google search for this. So at Home Depot,
it's actually this exact bed selling for $845, $713.
One concerning thing is there's this deal right here on Costway.
So this is a limited time offer, but it's, it's usually $918,
but it's on sale for $436.
So this might not be a product I want to mess with right now,
just because if I'm paying $731 for it, it might be hard. You know,
if I can sell it for the $918, I can make some money.
But if there's these deals for $436, who knows when the,
how long that deal is going to be. It's a limited time offer.
This website kind of looks scammy anyways,
but let's just look at another product. Okay. The second bunk bed,
it's actually hard to find like a direct comparable, which is actually good.
I mean, there's not a lot of people selling this exact bunk bed.
If I can find one kind of similar, honestly,
this one is kind of similar for $392.
You don't have to be the cheapest necessarily, but it's helpful.
I couldn't really find the furniture that I was wanting.
So I shifted to something smaller. I'm going to,
I'm thinking about doing this LED grow light.
It's selling on Wayfair for like a hundred bucks and it's only 29 here on
Adobe. So I feel like that it's, it's in our best selling list.
So I feel like it's a top seller. I feel like this might be a good product.
I know that goes against the bigger product,
but your store can also have several products.
We're going to be testing a few. So I'm going to go with this for now.
So then you scroll down, you can see, okay,
it's processed usually in 0.8 business days. So that's what you want to see.
You know, if you people buy something and it takes 10 days to process,
that's going to be bad. They're going to get upset. Very fast processing,
pretty quick shipping, shipping costs is low,
but I'm gonna go ahead and add this to my inventory list.
Your inventory list is basically here are the products you're thinking about
selling. So, and if you don't want to use the AI picker,
they have great filters too. You can just go to all products and say,
I want home garden and tools and we'll go patio loan and patio lawn and
garden. And we want a max of three days processing time refund rate.
Let's do a max of like two. I don't want many people asking for refunds.
Only ones that can ship to the United States.
And you can search through products this way as well.
So you can use the AI model or you can do more research on your own.
Either way works. If you click here on high profit, it will show you where DOBA,
their AI has identified significant markup potential.
So like 51% profit, 61% profit, which is very good for drop shipping.
You know, with drop shipping, opposed to e-commerce where you're selling,
you know, you have your inventory with drop shipping,
you have much smaller margins because you're not really doing any of the work.
So you can also look TikTok shop is really big right now.
I'm not a TikTok person myself. I don't do the dances or whatever,
but you can look at, Hey, what's selling really well on TikTok shop right now.
Maybe that's what you want to do. Maybe your kids want to do that also too.
This is new,
but they have this video hub and this shows you like the actual videos that
influence are using to sell different products.
So maybe that's what you want to do is maybe you want to get on TikTok and
present a product. You can see how some of the other influencers do it.
Maybe you want to make an AI influencer that sells on TikTok shop.
Another thing you can do is you can actually download these videos and use them
to sell.
So maybe you want to just download these videos and upload them to your store.
So we have kind of our product that we want to sell.
Now we need to build our store.
So you can see I already have my desk relief co store,
but we're going to build a new one.
So we're going to use AI to build the store so you can build it.
We'll do Shopify Wix and big commerce coming soon, but we'll just do Shopify.
It's a home garden and tool store. You can pick your color.
I'm going to do blue, my favorite color, the banner that I want. Let's do,
that's kind of what I'm looking to sell are more like garden tools.
Let's go next. So then you need a Shopify store.
Shopify to sign up is free for three days.
Then it's a dollar a month for three months. Okay.
So that's basically just nothing. So then once you have your Shopify store,
you can click next,
copy your Shopify store URL and they show you exactly how to do it.
Click this eyeball here. That is my URL for now.
Here's what the store looks like for now. Just a generic Shopify store.
Then click install.
Shopify has apps so you can install the Doba app onto your Shopify store.
Install.
And then AI goes to work and it is now building the store.
So it's setting up the theme, customizing the store color, selecting products.
So it puts some products in there automatically.
This takes usually about 45 seconds I would say. Oh, it was even less than that.
So it updated the store and it's starting to put products on there.
So it just picks,
I think 10 products total that it thinks will sell well and puts them on the
store automatically.
But this new store is now connected here and we can go to our inventory list.
These are just other products that I've saved for other stores,
but we can pick one and we can say list to store.
So we're doing it to this new, my store, I'll give it a name and stuff.
So then we can use the AI optimizer to optimize the title.
So,
and what it does is it looks for keywords that people are searching for to see,
Hey, here are the ones that are going to give you the best results.
I want to start with indoor plant led grow lights.
So I'm going to select and replace with that.
I'm going to go to the description and run the same thing,
run the AI optimizer on that. So in the same thing,
it puts keywords where you want them in order to get the best results here.
So I'm going to go ahead and replace with that, puts the images.
It automatically puts what we rec, what they recommend selling at.
So at these prices,
you'll be making six bucks for the pink one and 11 bucks for the blue one.
Now you can mess with that. You can test different price points,
see where it sells at,
but that's just what they recommend.
So I'm just going to list now at those prices.
So when we go back to Shopify,
you can see the Doba app actually keeps everything synced up.
So here are the 10 products that they added,
and you can remove them if you want to.
Here's the one that we just added the indoor plant led grow light,
and it even keeps your inventory up to date with their supplier.
So again, this is something in the olden days I would have to do manually.
I'd have to keep track of, okay,
how much inventory does my supplier have? Cause they can run out too. You know,
they don't have like an infinite amount, but this keeps it synced up.
So it says I have 439 of these in stock,
which obviously here in my office, I do not have any of these in stock,
but that's my supplier has 439 in stock and that inventory will stay up to date
without me having to be involved. So, and if you want to,
you can update the look of it. I actually have other videos.
I'll leave links down below, but I have other videos.
There's other tools you can use if you want even better, you know,
looking store or better landing pages for your products.
They have different themes that you can look through.
If you have a particular look that you're wanting, if you click edit theme,
it's kind of like a page builder where, you know,
maybe you don't like that image. You want to use a different one.
Well,
you can go find your own image and you can customize this to be just, you know,
a store that you really like. You can update the colors. You know,
if I go here to theme settings, let's say I want to use instead of this blue,
let's say that I wanted to use, you know, maybe like a more of a green, see,
and it'll, it'll show you it's visual. It's kind of fun.
Can edit the text here.
Maybe I want to say professional growing equipment for indoor
gardens.
Maybe I wanted to make this a store just specifically for indoor gardens.
That'd be kind of an interesting niche little store you could do.
You'd want a different image and stuff,
probably remove these other products and just get indoor.
That's actually a good idea. Somebody run with that idea. That'd be fun.
An indoor garden store, the way my brain works too.
When I start thinking about that, you could start having content.
You could have a whole blog about indoor gardening,
which would get a lot of traffic as you put out content about indoor gardening.
Somebody please run with this in the comments.
Who's running with the indoor garden idea. Feel free to steal that.
I do not have time to run with it myself, but it's a good idea. I think so.
You can see it on desktop. Make sure it looks good on mobile.
Actually this theme in particular looks better on mobile. I think then on desktop,
which is most people shop on mobile,
it's like 75% or something like that these days.
You can go click on the product page, make sure that looks good on mobile.
Actually this theme is obviously a mobile first theme because the desktop is
kind of underwhelming. The mobile looks great, which that's what you want.
You want mobile first in e-commerce these days.
So then if you go over here to pages, you do want a few different pages.
So they already, by default,
they give you privacy policy and a contact us page.
You want to contact us page because people will have questions about the
product and they already give you this by default. The Doba app does.
I would probably also want like an about us page.
So then you put the content for the page here.
I'm going to actually just use Gemini.
I'm creating a Shopify store with Doba about in-home gardens.
Give me the full content. And then with Gemini,
I like to take a screenshot. So on Mac it's shift command four,
but I like to just take a screenshot of what I'm going to be pasting this into.
Just you give AI as much context as possible. It gives the best answers.
So again, I could come up with my own about us.
Maybe you want to tell your story.
You just want this to be about you and it's your shot.
Maybe you want to put your face on it. I mean,
there's all sorts of different directions you could go.
Trust is one of the main things. So if you put your face on it and you talk
about, Hey, I'm an in-home, again, these are just ideas,
but in-home garden expert and here's all the content I've done.
Here's my in-home garden that can make a really powerful.
If you want this brand to be around you again,
that's not something that I'm super interested in,
but if you're wanting to do a store about something you're passionate about,
you could be the face of the brand. So Gemini gave me all this.
We started and it's asking for a store name. Jimmy's June,
James's junipers. Tell you what,
that is one skill I have is business names.
James's junipers. I wouldn't save that. So I created an about us page,
make it visible. So, and again, if I was going to make this live,
I'd probably want to put an image of me and my James's junipers garden or
something. I don't really know that much about gardening.
I don't know why I picked this as an example. Okay. Honestly,
I do know why Gemini suggested doing an in-home garden store as an example,
but I should pick something I know a little bit about.
So we already have a contact us page. It looks a little meh.
So you might want to come in here and edit it a little bit.
Creating an FAQ page is a really good idea.
Give me the content for an FAQ page.
How long does shipping take? What's your return policy, et cetera.
And again,
your FAQ frequently asked questions page will probably evolve as time goes on.
As you see what questions people actually ask,
but those are going to be the most common questions are return policy.
How long is shipping take? How much does shipping cost?
Those types of things. And there you go. We have an FAQ page. So,
and then again, obviously before you go live,
you want to set up payments so people can actually pay.
So you go to settings and then payments,
then you can just use Shopify payments again at the beginning.
Just keep it as simple as possible because any hurdle is like a chance for you
to kind of give up, to lose motivation and give up.
But it'll ask for if you're an individual registered business or a nonprofit,
a lot of people, first thing they do is go start an LLC or something like that.
You should do that eventually. But honestly, when you're first starting,
put that down the road. Okay. Like just start getting your first sale.
You can get your first sale as an individual. It's not, it's not a big deal,
but you want to start getting money coming in.
A lot of people start with the legal structure,
but that's going to be costs and headache and hassle that you don't need.
Again, I'm, my concern is that you might give up in like a week.
So let's start getting sales first and then, okay, Hey, we got some sales.
Let's create an LLC to do this.
So I'm just going to register as an individual, put in your information.
If you're going as an individual,
you can just put in your social security number for tax purposes. But again,
keep it simple at the beginning so you don't lose motivation.
So if you go to shipping and delivery,
DOBA actually handles all this for you.
So you don't really need to mess with this.
DOBA makes it super easy. When a, when a sale comes in,
it'll show up in your DOBA dashboard here.
It'll show up in your store orders here.
And then there's just a button fulfill order.
And then that sends it off to Shopify that sends it off to the supplier.
They handle everything. And it's really just one click.
It's one of the things that DOBA has made.
The easiest is actually fulfilling the orders.
So you have your payment methods, you have your shipping already set up.
I would recommend you set up a domain name.
So this might be one cost that you take on is again,
look at the address of my store,
0HADTK-K1.myshopify.com.
No one is going to buy a product from that. Now you can use,
if you want to keep it free, you could just use, you know, James Junipers.
A store with that URL already exists. Someone else had my idea.
Okay. James's Junipers is free.
You can use James's junipers.myshopify.com for free.
If you have a domain name, you know,
a domain name is without the dot my shopify.com. So just James,
James's junipers.com, but you can connect an existing one.
You can buy straight here through Shopify.
If you want to James's junipers.com,
there's probably gonna be all these people buying this domain.
Now maybe I should snatch it up. Who knows?
Who knows what the future will bring? Domains are very cheap.
It's about $16 for the year. But again,
if you're going to have a brand around this, this is a pretty low cost.
So that's something I would probably do. Oh yes. And this is common.
So when you first start your Shopify store,
there's actually a password you need to visit it.
That is obviously not a good way to get sales is having people type in a
password to see the page,
but you have to enter a store address before there you're able to take this
password off. Then once you add an address,
you can remove password and your store is good to go.
So when I did say I would show you the other AI features in Doba,
the AI auto-lister is pretty slick.
So I'm going to do auto-listing.
What this does is it takes products that are selling well and it will
update automatically. It'll list these products on your store.
So you always have fresh products that you're trying out on your store
automatically without you doing anything for my favorite words to hear without
you doing anything. So again, we're doing home garden and tools.
So you can set the profit margin. They recommend 20%.
So they're just going to list it at the original price times 1.2 plus if they're
shipping and then you can have it do it all at once,
or you can have it kind of trickle in every seven days.
It'll put in a new product. So over time, this will fill up with, Hey,
this is a good product for your store.
And then you can confirm them here and it'll just start listing them to your
store. So, and once you get your Shopify store up and running,
you might as well get an eBay store. You might as well get a TikTok shop store.
You might as well put this product everywhere. Again,
normally that would be a lot of work,
but you can use the AI listing migrator to automatically do this.
So I can create a store on eBay, TikTok shop,
and then automatically migrate from my store to that eBay store,
save you a ton of time. So there your store is set up.
You can start getting sales right now. And honestly, if you do nothing,
one of my stores, I did nothing. And I got a sale after that. I did all that.
Then I did nothing else. And I got a sale in my first month that can happen.
Now, if you really want to be successful,
you need to start getting traffic to your store.
So I might do a full separate video on this because this video is getting long.
My camera is hot. Let me know in the comments,
if you want to see a part two,
but really the two main ways are organic traffic and paid traffic.
And if you're able to get organic traffic,
that is like the icing on the cake. I mean,
that is the Holy grail of dropshipping. So again,
if I was going to do that for this in-home garden brand,
what I would start doing is create a blog on this page,
create a blog, or you could do a YouTube channel.
That would be maybe even better. Why didn't I think YouTube channel first?
That's what I do for a living,
but you can start doing videos about your in-home garden.
If you're able to get a following, you know,
if you're able to get 10,000 subscribers that watch your in-home garden,
you're able to put those products onto your dropshipping store.
That's going to be free traffic coming to your store.
You can film yourself doing unboxing videos, you know,
use the tools that you're actually using in this in in-house garden show
unboxing videos. People like that show, Hey, here's the clippers that I use.
I really should have picked a niche different guy.
I don't really know very much about gardening at all. Potent produce.
Oh my goodness. Huge L,
but organic traffic does not cost you anything. So you can do a blog on here.
Maybe you don't want to get on camera. Maybe you want to do a blog.
Maybe you want to create an AI influencer who talks about an in-home garden.
Again, this is where you can maybe use some of the other videos I've done,
which I'll leave links down below to use your falling.
This is a way you could monetize. If you have a following already,
there's a lot of people I know who have a blog with maybe a thousand followers
or something like that, but they don't know how could I monetize this?
I don't make any money from it. It's just a hobby, which is fine. I don't.
One person I spoke to a couple of years ago, they said,
why do you try to ruin everyone's hobbies by monetizing it? And that's fair.
So, but then the real professional scaling way,
organic traffic is hard to scale. It's hard to control.
Like you don't really have control over. Okay.
How many people watch my YouTube videos? How big does my following get?
It's kind of up to the algorithm. It's kind of out of your hands a little bit.
I still don't know why some of my videos will get a hundred thousand views and
then other videos that I think are better videos get like 5,000 views.
And I have no idea why. Like I try to examine and like look in the algorithm.
You just don't know. But if you want more control,
you can do paid advertising. And that's where your store,
actually not your store. You want to sell products.
People are never going to look at an ad. Oh, that store looks interesting.
They're looking for products, right? You want people who are about to buy,
they're looking to buy.
And then you want your product listing to show up at the top of Google or to
show up on chat. GBT chat, GBT runs ads now Facebook,
but let me know if you want a part two of me walking through setting up some of
these ad campaigns or setting up an AI influencer. Really?
I want to put out content you guys want to watch.
So let me know what you would like to see.
But I think step one is go sign up for DOBA again, $1 for 14 days.
Just get started. Take some action. Proverbs 14, 23,
hard work brings profit. Mere talk leads only to poverty.
And I think I've this last week maybe had four people reach out about, Hey,
I'm interested in starting a dropshipping store.
How many of those four are going to actually take any action towards starting
their own dropshipping store?
It's very few and far between talking about doing something is very easy.
Actually taking some steps is a lot more difficult. I mean,
if you take a few steps,
you're actually like 50% of the way there just by taking a few steps towards
your goal. Then tomorrow you can take a few more steps towards your goal.
You're trying to take three steps per day.
One of my favorite things to do is you hop in Gemini or chat,
put together a day by day step,
step by step roadmap towards making this dropshipping store successful and
getting my first sale. Big goals are very, very hard to accomplish,
but you can break big goals down into smaller goals all the way into like a
task. And it's like, okay, just do the next task.
And then after you do the next task, do the next task again.
How do you eat an elephant one bite at a time? I heard that somewhere sometime.
So you can use AI to help.
So this just put together a very simple blueprint of here's what they want you
to do each day. Some of this we already did through DOBA. So,
but let me know if I can help support you in any way. Of course,
you can check out the AI income builders club where we're just,
we just talk about different side hustles with AI and try to support each other.
We have a few people doing dropshipping in there,
but seven day free trial. If you want to hop in there,
link to DOBA down below. Let me know what I can do for you guys.
Help support you. God bless you all and have a great rest of your day.
