Okay, so here we are. As you can see, the weather is not great, but just like the F1, come rain or shine, we will not let it stop us. So behind me is Plot 30. As you can see, very architecturally striking, modern and contemporary design, definitely leaning into that motorsport aesthetic. Oh my goodness, how do they race in this? How do they race in this? That is your carport. So shelter for two cars, your pride and joys, but there's loads of space here on the driveway for four cars. This property is a middle row dual aspect residence. We've got trackside residences, countryside residences, but here you get the best of both worlds. Countryside views and obviously amazing views over the track. And it's one of the only properties where the whole thing is yours. Okay, I think that is definitely my cue to go inside. Come on. We've got plenty of wardrobe space and yeah, very nice. So let's go and check out the mirror image of the apartment next door. Now each of the apartments have their own door. This is the main entrance, and then just up there is the apartment upstairs. And then this door, obviously, would be your main entrance if you were to separate these two flats. Through here, again, very similar bathroom. In fact, I think it is absolutely identical. Into the bedroom, which, yep, again, looks exactly the same. A bit of a different headboard. You've got comfort cooling in all of the bedrooms in case it does get a little bit too hot in the summer. We are going through the main entrance up to the second flat. Something to look forward to. All right. Feels a little bit bigger up here, doesn't it? It's exactly the same size, but this one is not partitioned. So you've got the whole apartment here. I mean, if you were the owner, you'd probably be staying here and renting out the two properties below. But yeah, a lovely, bright and open space. We've got a nice kitchen here with an island, integrated appliances. You've probably noticed there is no hob, but let's be honest, you are here to have a good time. You are going to be having your lunches and dinner at the clubhouse, which we'll show you really shortly. Yeah, perfect place to hang, relax with your family and friends. And then just around the corner. OK, again, mirror image up here. But the bathroom, although it's a similar aesthetic, bit of a different layout. And then into the third bedroom. Again, great size. I've seen this headboard before. Got some racing memorabilia on the wall because come on, guys, why are we here? I want to remember the fact that I'm here for the F1. Such an exciting property to be in. Now, we've mentioned loads of the benefits, but some that we haven't are the fact that if you're staying here, you are basically backstage. You actually get given a lanyard. You've got access all areas. You can go where you want. When it's not a race day, you can even go into the pits. You've got access to exclusive events behind the scenes, factory visits. Oh, my goodness, it's all going on here. So we're now heading to the other side of the property and here have a very handy WC. That's great. If you've got guests coming over and a bit further down, you've got another identical bathroom. Yeah, that's what it says on the tin into the final bedroom. And we've seen that headboard again. I see what they've done. There's a nice aesthetic running through the whole property that brings it all together. Now, the whole property is just over 2000 square feet, which is about 190 meters squared. But that is not including your very own private roof terrace. Wow. I mean, that is where you're going to be spending a lot of time, isn't it? Especially when it's lovely weather, but particularly on race days. The main draw of this property are the unbelievable views of both the track and the countryside. The roof terrace is a nice, large, open space that can fit up to 16 guests. You can eat and drink and enjoy the warm British sun. But most importantly, front row seats watching the races, including overlooking a stretch of Silverstone's most notable set of corners, Copse, Maggots, Beckett and Chapel. Right.
