PANIC in China ! Series of STRONG Earthquakes HITS HARD and DAMAGING

Southern Sichuan, China, has experienced a tight cluster of shallow earthquakes in Gaoxiang County, Yibin City. A sequence including a magnitude 5.5 on June 29 and a \"doublet\" of magnitude 5.0 events on July 8 has caused structural damage and landslides. While experts point to the Huangshan fault zone, some question if underground industrial activity triggered the events.
