Featuring a spacious open floor plan, high-end finishes, and a private, expansive lot, the property provides a high-value alternative to the crowded Tampa Bay area, combining accessibility via the Suncoast Parkway with proximity to nature and outdoor recreation.
If you're looking for room to run, peaceful living,
access to beautiful springs, and all the outdoor activities
you can imagine, this is the home for you.
Well, hello Miss Ashley. We finally get to visit your neck of the woods. Yes.
And beautiful Citrus Springs in Citrus County.
Absolutely. So Ashley, excited to be with you today. We are taking a tour
of our latest listing here, which is awesome. Really
unique thing about this area that I want to just bring up right away. For
those of you who want a little bit more room,
not as many neighbors, we get a lot of phone calls about like, I'd like to have
some land. I'd like to not be on top of my neighbors.
This is a great property. Really convenient area in that respect, but
what's really cool about this is you get that real
old Florida vibe with new construction. Correct. Which is awesome. So I know that
we're going to want to get into that and do the highlights, so I'm
of course going to hand it over to you. Right. This is a nice wrap up
the Suncoast Parkway here too, by the way. Yes, and it's coming through. It's
actually getting closer. That will be about 15 minutes. There
actually, there's a new exit coming right down the street from here. So
right now it ends in Lakanto, which we're not far from. So
here we have a newly built 2024. Four bedroom, two bath, two car garage
home. Very nice and cozy in here. The lighting
is amazing, but it's spacious and they did a
really great job at all the details. Yeah. And you'll see
that as we walk through the home. For sure. So where do you want to start?
We'll start, let's start in the living room and then we'll move to the kitchen.
So this here, very nice. It flows in from the kitchen to the living room and then
you obviously have the nice French doors that will take you out back.
Tons of space right here and you can see these are two large couches. So
plenty of space for you to have friends and family over when people come and
visit. And then we have over here is our kitchen
area. And this is probably one of my favorite
parts of the house. I think they did a really good job with
the blue versus the white, which you don't see often.
Already has the nice granite with the sink.
But beautiful backsplash, haven't left gas stove.
Already have everything covered. Usually when builders are building the only
backsplash and this is very beautiful lighting,
underneath lighting here for if you're watching a movie at night and kind of
want to take the lights a little bit lower.
Yeah, you've got lighting above on the trim all the way around, which is
really, really nice too. The backsplash as well. I know you're
about to point that out. That's really nice.
Yeah, the detail of that. I wouldn't even mind having that in my own home.
Getting ideas here from. But yeah, the contrast between the blue and the white
just still makes it feel very open and bright. Usually some of these
colors can make things a little bit darker, but it doesn't.
And this is a very unique area that, especially with a one-story home,
that you don't quite get. But we found this pretty
interesting in here. You have the Butler pantry.
Put all your appliances in here, make this a coffee area.
But I love this. You don't find this in one-story homes.
Maybe in the two-story where you have a little bit more space with the upper,
you know, all the bedrooms being upstairs. But this is a very nice feature to have.
Definitely not at this price point, that's for sure.
Correct, yep. There's already been like five things that you cannot get
normally anywhere in Tampa Bay for this price point.
And the same goes to say for if you want to be in Citrus County
and close to Lakanto, Dunellon, and Crystal River.
The price point for this neighborhood is fantastic. You get a
really good bang for your buck and a lot of home for your money.
So this area is just great and a great option
to be close to everything. So here we have the dining area,
which leads from the kitchen and the living room. So it's just one big
open floor plan, but also still has the little nooks to where it feels like it
has its own little space as well. Very pretty. And then obviously the
windows go all the way from the living room and then you have a couple
here that still brings in the natural sunlight. Love the yard and love how peaceful it is
here for sure. Yeah, there's no sound when you go
outside. It's very peaceful. Really, there really isn't. Except the mail person that just
came by. And we got the primary in this side, right? We do. We'll do that
last before we head outside. So let's go. This is a split floor plan, correct? It
is, which is nice. You have a little space and privacy on that end.
And for those of you who don't know what that means, they'll be the
primary bedroom on one side or the master and then all the other bedrooms
will be on the other side of the house. Correct.
And it has a little hallway here so it feels separate and it just doesn't go
right out onto the living room. Yep. So this is the front bedroom in the
front of the house. These cabinets will come with the home,
which is a nice addition. So if you want to make this your office
or just a little library area or another bedroom.
The room sizes here are great, by the way. Yeah.
For a four-bedroom house, these are really good size. We'll get the
measurements on the floor plan and put them up here for you guys so you can see
it. But I mean, Ashley's all the way over there. You can
hear how deep this room is and they're using it as an office right
now. Secondary office space. But you do have
the walk-in closets as well. It's very wide. I mean these are, this is
very long. So obviously the closet you have
plenty of things that you could put in it. Clothes and other items.
So this is the bedroom that's at the front of the house and then we have the
hallway. And this is the bedroom that sits right
in the middle. Also looks out to the front, which
there's nobody out front. So you have a lot of privacy. Yep.
Wherever you are around this house. Privacy is abundant here for sure. It
really is. That's wonderful. And this is another good size room.
So, but there's another. We're going down the hall to the very end
to the third guest room. This room is the
biggest room of all the guest rooms. You could do
anything with this room. You can have it as a
kid's toy room. Make it into your guest room.
And everything is pretty big. The desk is big. The shelving is pretty big. So you
can see how big the room is. And you have a lot of options to do in
here. You really do. It's a good spot. Again, the room sizes are
great. Awesome. And what I like, it sits on the back of the house. So if you do
make this into the office, it's a quiet space.
And then we have the bathroom, which is really pretty. I like the colors that
they did with it. You have your bathroom sink. Nice. It
kind of carries from the kitchen to the bathroom. So everything matches.
And then I really like the colors and everything they did with the tile on
this. Yeah. Very coastal feeling. Again, this is
the kind of stuff that we see in 700,000 plus houses. Yeah. Not in homes in
this price range, which is wild. Yeah. Anything around 400,000 usually
comes with the most basic builder grade, to say the
least. Right. Most of the time it's what you're going to find at Home Depot,
which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But it doesn't have those
really nice touches that this place does, you know. And it has the window that they
put in. I always like a good window in a bathroom because it can feel
closed off. Another detail that they decided to do,
which is good. It's great. And you don't have to,
nice, clean, mirror, or sorry, glass shower, so you don't have to clean
and have the shower curtain there. And then that'll allow me to give you
guys this big wide shot here, too. Yeah. So you guys now can see how big
this space is. Awesome. Yeah, it really is. Nice and cozy.
Trade ceiling, which is awesome, as well. I mean, it's like a double tray ceiling,
too. I mean, that's an extra feature. Usually it just has that
pop-up. But this is nice. You can put some speakers. They already have, like,
some shelving right there, so you can put some extra speakers up there.
And something else, too, is these doors, they have the blinds inside.
Yeah. So you don't have to worry about the curtains. And,
you know, you'll be able to kind of see outside and be able to close it off when you want to.
That's awesome. All right. So that's going to take us into the primary now.
Correct. So this is a separate side of the house. It has the pocket door.
And this is a great size master or primary bedroom. Great size primary bedroom.
It really is. I got to zoom in just to see your face now.
It's very wide. And it has the other tray ceiling, which I feel like
adds a little bit more character to the home. And then the three windows all the way around. It's
very bright. That's a bunch of depth as well. It's great. Also a lot of privacy again,
because you're sitting on a lot that just kind of adds a lot of peaceful space, privacy.
One thing over there, if you ever decide you want to build a pool,
they do have a door over there that has the blinds where you can kind of come in from that
area. And then we have the primary bathroom, which is great. I love these details here. It's
not just the plain mirror that goes across. And then also another window.
I'm a huge fan. They're usually like 10 inches for anybody wondering in those windows. Right.
And it's above head height. Unless you're like 6'3", then you'd probably be looking
looking out a little bit. At least you have scenic view.
Yeah, exactly. But it is super bright. Yeah. And there's nobody next door,
which is really, really nice. And I'll show you guys that when you see the outdoor images,
too. But it's a great spot. Closet is huge in this place. That's what, you know,
get the built ins as well. Yeah. The custom built in closet.
Yeah. This is what I'm talking about. Like your money goes really far when you start getting,
you know, this far north up here. But man, I don't know if I could do this justice.
I could use this set up here. These are these are very nice. Yeah.
Definitely built well. And one thing I do want to point out,
a lot of new builds come with carpet in the bedrooms. But as you notice, as we've gone
through the house, everything has the LVP and the tile. Yeah. So you don't have to deal with
any carpet. I know a lot of people are big. We get that request quite often. Yeah. Any
carpet in the house and several new constructions they don't offer. They'll do the LVP for
the, you know, living spaces, but the bedroom spaces, there's there's not an option.
They'll do carpet. So, yeah, I almost forgot. I'm sorry. Actually, you're right. Yeah. We
got the laundry space in the garage. Yeah. I'm just skipping over stuff. And first of all,
these two units are massive, by the way. But you do have the sink built in this in the space here.
There is an additional. And that's a pretty big closet. It is a big closet. So that's where the
broom and the vacuum is. I'm not going to take you guys in there, but that's where all the
cleaning supplies were. He's got these two huge LG washer and dryer with a folding spot right on
top of it, which is really cool, too. And this takes you out to the garage as well. You know
what shape it was in. Get a little daylight in here so you guys can see. Yeah. So as you can see,
even with some of the things that are currently packed up in the garage,
you have the extra space. Obviously, you have the tools over here so you can see how.
And then the car that was in here had plenty. I think I still had,
I mean, this walkway right here for the car to come in. Plenty of space here. So even though
it's a two car garage, it's a true two and a half. Yeah. Two and a half. Because you obviously have
that side right there to where you could put some more storage racks. Oh, look at that. There's
nothing. There's nothing. Very peaceful. Very nice. Awesome. We'll head back in. Beautiful
sunny day out. So now we're going to head out to the outdoor space, which is great.
Yeah, it's so quiet. Now you know why I come up to Christchurch River so often to get
out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa sometimes. Out to the covered lanai. Yeah, this is nice.
It stretches. The roof line goes all the way over the patio, which is a very nice feature.
Sometimes they'll cut it off right here and then you'll if you wanted to extend it,
you would have to do like a birdcage or something like that. But I love when a roof line goes over
the patio. It just makes it more secure and you have a lot of things you can do with it.
That's a good spot. And it's not only just here, too. This is I think it's really cool to point
out. You were talking about it when we were in the primary bedroom here. Yeah, you can see right
there. So like that's a direct walk into your master. Correct. Primary bedroom. There's also
an additional patio that they put here, too, which is great because your own patio here, too.
There's a walkway. They extended it out a little bit to have some. You can even put some extra
pavers over there. Plenty of room for a pool with additional space. The lot itself is very wide.
So you have you could do another garden over there. You could do a pool and other things
that you want to do. Just really good. Why the property line? This is a brand new fence.
So what's nice about it? It's natural wood right now. But if you wanted to paint it to a color that
matches the home or something specific to kind of blend it a little bit more,
you have those options. But it looks really pretty natural, too. This is a great spot.
You have the old growth oak tree right there. Looks like they're growing some like palms and
give them some extra additional privacy there. And you do have the two neighbors back here,
but there's nobody on the other side. And again, this is a very peaceful,
which I hear are good neighbors. Which is just great. Let's go around the other side.
Yeah. I want to take a quick peek. You can kind of see how the sides are
very wide. If you actually wanted to have a garden or. I mean, that's actually more space
than I remember every time I walk. So this is the primary again, just so you guys know,
that's the master bath up there with the the window, your air conditioning units over here,
your gas tank, because it is a gas unit. Yeah. Right as well. Again, the entryway to the fence
takes you out and that's the side of the garage, the side of the garage. That's a nice gate,
by the way. It really is. And this is man. Nobody's right on top of me. I know that we
got neighbors behind us, but still, this is a great lot. Plenty of room for the kids to play,
the dogs to run. Basically, that is true. Everything you need out here, which I mean,
even if you have kids and they're playing out front there, there's no traffic on this road
here. It's just very private and isolated. So you won't have to worry about them being in the front
or the back. Yeah. The only person I saw today was the mailman. You know, right when we were
starting to film, the mailman was coming by. This is good. The windows are tight and solid.
And let me take you guys. And like I said, this was built in twenty twenty four. So everything
is newer, new roof, new AC. Everything is in great condition.
And my dog, we just absolutely love it. Extra wide gate there. So if you had the RV,
the side by sides, whatever you're going to do. I mean, I could see that, too. The thing,
the garage, even though it's a two and a half car, I would probably end up putting.
Yeah, you could put a shed out and out building of some sort here. Yeah. A good size shed where
you could put it on. There's so much room here, even if you could put a good size shed
and it still wouldn't take up any of the space over here. This is a great lot. Yeah, it's a great
lot. All right. Well, let's head inside and talk about amenities and what's available to everybody
in the area here. I drove past a whole bunch of stuff. So I took the Suncoast Parkway up,
which is five eighty nine to the area here. And from there I shot over. I think it was
in Canto Road. I can't remember the name. Right. So you got off on the Canto, which as of right now
is the last exit for the Suncoast Parkway. But they are extending to come closer to this area,
even though it does. It is close right now, but they're extending it through Citrus County.
The best thing about this area is how I was mentioning before is you are 15 minutes from
Dunnellan. If you've never heard of it, they have the Rainbow River there where people love to go
tube. It's like a four hour tubing, kayaking, lots of boating. So that's about 15 minutes away.
Then you also have a Canto, which we just mentioned, whereas that Suncoast Parkway
ends right now, which has tons of shopping, the new Target, Walmart, tons of restaurants. So that's
where your shopping is going to be. And then you have Crystal River, which is known for,
you know, the amazing manatees that people love to come down and see and snorkel and scuba dive.
That's 20 minutes down the road. So you're in between everything. If you're an outdoorsman,
this is your spot, right? You can again, you can park your boat right out in the side of the yard,
but you know, side by sides, four wheelers, all of that stuff plays over here, which is great. But
you got access to rivers and kayaking and paddle boarding and fishing and hiking and all the things
wildlife galore out in this area here. And again, as someone who grew up in that type of environment,
I understand the draw, right? It's like, heck yeah, we're going to go do whatever,
basically whatever we need to do to get it out of our system every single day. And you do have
access to amenities. That was the one thing, you know, it was 15 minutes to that Target,
but it was a nice, easy 15 minutes. We often talk about that in Tampa. Like we talk about drives
in terms of time, not in terms of mileage here. If it was 15 minutes away, like it's only 12 or
10 miles away. Yeah, give or take. Yeah, because it's super easy. But
I did think that was nice. And that was all new over there as well. It's brand new. The thing
about Crystal River, Donnellan and Lakanto is for many years, everything was very local,
local dining, which we still have all of that here. But that area in Lakanto is growing. So
now you have your Target, your Walmart, you're not going to have to drive as far, which is nice,
you know, for a lot. But you definitely have free towns that you can choose from
that have everything. And the Springs, which is the other thing that people are drawn to.
Proximity to Ocala too. We're really close to Ocala as well, right? Yeah.
25, 30 minutes? I would say probably about 40 minutes. Okay. Yeah. And give or take, because
Highway 200 is over there. That can get a little backed up because, you know,
Ocala is a little bit busier these days, but very easy to get there too. Because right past
Donnellan is Ocala. That's awesome. Yeah. And if you're to drive to downtown Tampa from here,
I mean, with traffic, y'all, you're probably looking at an hour and a half.
Yeah. I can give you certain pinpoints from, let's say, from the Tampa airport
to the end of the Suncoast Parkway. Now where it's in Lakanto, you're looking at a solid hour.
Yeah. That's about right. And another 15 or 20 minutes here.
Yes. So that's what I always say to my, once I get off the highway, it's 45 minutes for me.
I live north of Tampa. So that's where I gauge it at. And then by the time I kind of wiggle in and
out of the roads to get where you want to be, it's about an hour. Sure. It's awesome. So y'all
we'll put the price in the, the link to the property and all the description down below.
So square footage, everything. I know we had the floor plan up here today for you guys to see,
but if you have more questions about this property we're going to put all of our contact
information down there. Like I said, you can just click on the link. And then if you want to go
deeper on this home or any other properties here in the area, because Ashley is truly the expert
here, right? Like she grew up in this area, her family still lives here. She's a Land O'Lakes
resident now, but she's still hanging out in Crystal River and Ocala. It's an easy drive.
Yeah. Yeah. And this is, this is home to you, right? So like, that makes sense. You have Tampa,
this is essentially the same drive as Tampa to the beach. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. So that,
that makes a lot of sense. But again, we do have clients that ask us, Hey, we want a little bit
more land. We want to get away from the hustle and bustle. And this is the perfect property.
Again, new, that is a big thing here. So I love it. All the detail here. Again, we usually see
I mean, to be honest with you, even as you get closer to Crystal River and some of those areas,
the price does increase. So I feel like this is a good medium to have what you want,
have the space and be next to everything as well. Land O'Lakes is a 700 grand.
Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. So we'll put the price in there y'all. And the reason we're not
saying it now is because it may change. We're going live in the listing, but trust me, you're
going to want to look, it is very affordable. And if this is your lifestyle vibe, don't miss
out on this property. It's a great one. So again, all the contact information will be down below.
You'll go right, right to the website there. And if you've got questions, just put it in the
comment for, for Ashley. She'll, she'll respond to you and make sure you have all the information
you need. Ashley, thank you for your tour today. This was amazing. And we can't wait to see the
next one. If you guys have not met her on, from our team yet or on our videos, she's been a Saint
to have, we've, she's been with us over a year and a half now and it's been a blessing. So love
having you here. And yeah, our clients love her too. You should see the, the reviews. I didn't
get reviews that good. So nice job. All right, y'all, we will see you on the next one. As always,
until next time, Ashley. Go out and live that Tampa life. In this case, Crystal River. Crystal
River.
