I just love that lesson because when you focus on who you're being, you have complete control of
your life. Then anything can happen to me, right? I can be in the face of anything, but if I focus
on who I'm being, if I can be powerful in the face of anything, then you're unstoppable at that point.
And I also believe in energy. So what you're sharing that, you know, before you became a
billionaire, you were like, okay, how would a billionaire react or act or pick up the phone or even feel
if someone hangs up? They wouldn't care. They're confident. They've made it, you know, and then you
have that energy, that high vibration match your goals. I really believe in material life, right?
I million percent believe that too. You know, it's not just for me, the problem that I have with some
of the philosophies out there is I believe they're like dream or wish and then it manifests, but they
forget the big picture, which is due. Like you have to do the doing this to make it manifest,
which means to make appear in the physical universe. Amazing. My second question is Latinos
are among the hardest working in the country. I have no doubt about that. Yet time and time again,
we see that hard work alone hasn't translated into owning the buildings, the hedge funds that create
lasting wealth. What do you think is the missing piece? Is it lack of knowledge tools? What do you
think is missing? Well, and Grant can really speak on this in depth. But what I think is missing is
that we and I consider us in the middle class here, I was raised middle class, we were indoctrinated
to believe in certain philosophies and indoctrination. So it's scary to listen to somebody
and or to the people that really understand wealth and how to generate it and look at what
they're doing there. And I'm a realtor. So I sell homes. So I'm not going against this. I also have
a mortgage business. But if but if you want to create wealth, your home is not going to like
create you wealth. I mean, it's some could dispute that it's that it's a liability. But yet we're all
taught go buy a home. So you know, you're ending up paying the banks this interest and you store
money in a bank and you save it for a rainy day, but the money's depreciating in value as it's kept
there. And as soon as it's kept there, it's not really kept there. They're calling people like
Grant Cardone and saying, Hey, we have all of this money. You want like you want to go look,
can we give it to you loan it to you to go buy assets. So that's where Grant and I really figured
out how to invest into income producing assets. So this money is working even we're not working.
So if I'm on vacation or sick or have to stay home with the kids, because they're sick,
that money is still working. So we have apartments 14,000 at this point. And so those rents pay us
every single month. And that's the cash flow, you've got to get your money to work for you.
And you know, back in the day, when I asked Grant, what do I need to sound smarter,
intelligent around money? And he said, All you need to know is three things how to earn it. So
that's important. And then how to store it, which is different from saving. So storing it is just
either to do two things with that money. It's not to buy cars, fancy clothes, none of that,
that's later. So you earn it, you store it, the money either goes into self enhancement,
like my education for further betterment, something that can never be taken away from me
or back into the company. Once it goes through that circle, and you're you're constantly as a
feeling like you're just constantly broke, because it's either going back into the business
or being reinvested in yourself, which you are sacrificing, you're in sacrifice phase right now,
once you've done this enough time, and then the business kicks up, and there's money to store,
you store that until then you invested into the number three, which is an income producing
asset. So for us, it goes into the apartments, and then the apartments kick off cash flow from the
cash flow. That's how we fund our lifestyle. But we don't ever violate to this day, our earned
income never spends for the lifestyle that we want. It only goes into the business self enhancement
or store into apartments. And then the cash flow is how we live our life. So most people know how
to earn it. And if you were talking about you're a hard worker, that's extremely amazing and
incredible. But if you're storing your money at a bank that's depreciating in value or your house,
that could perhaps be depreciating or constantly needs a new roof or an air condition, or it's a
liability, you're not putting your money to work for you, it's actually working against you. So
those are the three things that if you know and apply, you will get results, you will get results,
you know, and and then that's how for myself in my own right, actually, how I became a multi
millionaire in my own right, because I convinced my husband who wasn't willing to let me invest
into Cardone Capital because he thought I was crazy because I was his wife. But finally, I put
my foot down and I said, No, I want to invest in Cardone Capital. So I started several years ago,
just like our other investors. And I put my money into Cardone Capital, I started getting my monthly
dividends, I liked it, I, I stored that and reinvested, you know, and then I got the depreciation
on the taxes. And then if he refinanced, it's not a taxable affair. So then I got 100% of my money
back, but I still had a piece of the property. So then I would just reinvest. And I've done that
over and over and over again. And now I have over 4.3 million invested into Cardone Capital, but
I've also made a ton of that, you know, in back.
