European Food

and today we are going to talk about european food but i need to take off my mask so you can hear me a bit better okay there you go first remember before we start anything working with equipment or cards we have to spritz and sanitize our hands so spritz go sanitize between the fingers all okay so the first type of food is called colcannon and this is a dish that comes from ireland so colcannon is basically mashed potatoes with some kale spinach or vegetables in it the second dish that you're going to look at is called escargot this is a dish that comes from escargot is basically a big snail that's cooked in garlic butter the third dish that we are looking at is called haggis this is a traditional dish from scotland haggis is basically an animal inside internal organs and is wrapped in intestine skin the next dish we're looking at is called borscht this is a traditional dish from russia it is basically a cooked vegetable soup made from beetroot next dish we're looking at is called bratwurst this is a traditional dish from germany it is basically a nice big sausage served with sauerkraut which is cabbage the next dish we're looking at is pizza one of my favorites and this is a traditional dish that comes all the way from italy i think you all know what is pizza it's basically dough with some cheese tomato sauce and lots of ingredients you can put anything on there and italy is also famous for their pastas next dish is called paella and this is a traditional dish from spain so paella is basically a seafood mix with mussels shrimp i think there's also meat in there sometimes and then it's served with rice our last dish is also one of my favorites and it is waffles and waffles traditionally from belgium waffles is basically dough that you put in a little machine and it makes these all crinkly cuts really nice and you can eat it with syrup cream or ice cream thank you for joining me with our trip to europe and eating all the fantastic food so let's think about it what will you eat for lunch today one of these dishes will be your favorite i know mine definitely pizza
