The Kauffman video training package serves to aid our customers in training on new systems, existing systems, new employee onboarding training, refresher training, or for system troubleshooting. Your comprehensive training package is custom designed for your new or existing Kauffman system. This product will provide your team extensive detail and knowledge of your system. It will be as if a Kauffman engineer is on site by your side training you. Your custom training package will consist of the following overview video from the product infeed to full load pickup conveyor. This video will walk you through the full sequence of each component of your system. Safety interface video. This video shows the operators how to safely interface and access the robot palletizing cell as well as how to bring the system back online to an automatic state after entering the robot cell. HMI overview video. This video reviews the functions of all screens on the HMI interfaces located throughout the system. Manual controls video. This video will walk operators through all the manual controls available on the HMI such as jogging conveyors, rotating turntables, or raising and lowering lifts. Procedural video. This video will walk operators through common system interfaces such as fault recovery procedures, HMI confirmation prompts, light curtain override, and abort restart sequences. Faults video. This video will walk through all the system faults showing relevant alarm messages, causes, and possible recovery methods as well as displaying a visual reference if possible.
