Welcome to the Bahamas! We're back with our Waterfront Homes with a Dock series. 100 feet of canal front, dock with a lift, 3300 square feet of livable space, chef's dream outdoor kitchen, all under a million dollars. If you guys have been following us on social media, you know that we've been looking for a home for Adamas, for our big lady, over here in the Bahamas. And while we were searching for that piece of property, we've come across a lot of amazing homes in this area. So we've decided it's time to bring you some Bahamas properties. Since we're only doing one video a week on the NautiStyles channel, it's been very difficult to actually bring you guys some of these amazing waterfront properties that we've seen in Florida and now here in the Bahamas. So we've made a decision because I know you guys love these and you've been asking for more. We're moving this series to our NautiGuys channel, so we can show you a lot more of these really cool properties. Go follow NautiGuys! Ryan, I'm so excited about this! I am as well! Are you gonna tell them or I'm gonna tell them why we chose this property? Well we should show them, but I can tell them the highlight of it of course is this outdoor chef's dream kitchen, fully outfitted with commercial appliances, which is the highlight! That's the reason we chose it! This galley, I mean this kitchen is crazy! You guys just stay for that! But okay, what are we showing them today? Let's do the official presentation! Of course! So today we're here at 97 Pinta Avenue. It's a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, 2,400 square feet total. The highlight is the dock, the canal frontage. We have 100 feet of canal frontage, about a 55-foot dock here with a 16,000-pound boat lift. As you can see we have a boat currently on it. Is the boat for sale? The boat is also for sale. It doesn't come with a house, but it is for offered as an option for sale as well. So you can get a whole full package, you can get a boat and... This one is not for sale though, just disclaimer okay! Not yet! Anyway yes, you can get a full package, you can get a boat and a house. Absolutely turnkey, everything's fully furnished. So fully furnished! I like to call this a toothbrush home, you just have to bring your toothbrush. So in the Caribbean it's very common right, that homes come with like all the furniture, maybe not all the decor. Yes, exactly! Typically speaking some little odds and ends and decor and personal items they'll take with them, but basically everything you see here today is how the home is being sold. You guys are not going to believe that this is under a million dollars. It's windy today! Very windy! But it feels so good, it's not hot at all. Usually we're dying on most of the tours. Yes, this is nice, it's a pleasant treat. They have a really nice size pool here. Yes, yes beautiful pool. The pool is I do have to add heated as well, so you know you can use it in the winter as well. Rico they've got a slide for you. And then of course you see the jacuzzi, we have the bubbles going and everything. So the flamingo is dancing in the wind. Sorry, they have a jacuzzi, you just said they have a jacuzzi as well. So that's definitely check, check! We thought this property when we checked it out is like vacation home or even just your home. Well yes! Because it's perfect like the layout is what I love the most. It's really cool layout and that outdoor kitchen is I mean if you're snowboarding here this is what you come here for. You never cook inside. No, not at all. And these owners they use fully utilize this. They have a lot of gatherings, they have a lot of dinner parties here, which you could imagine make some great memories with friends and family here. And we briefly met the owners and we said do you guys ever cook inside and they're like no, we just cook outside. Alright, let's show them this outdoor space. Sounds good! Okay, so sitting area here. Yeah, so it's fully set up here. It has everything you could ask for. All the nice seating for all your guests, your dinner table, alfresco dining for set for six. But of course there's so much space. I mean this could be built out completely different. It's all this furniture. So you can put a huge table and have like a massive table, pool table, whatever you choose. I was thinking like Thanksgiving dinner. Yeah! You know just this huge table. Look how long that that area is. Oh yeah! It's incredible. Oh yeah! And this is actually 900 square feet out here. So wow! You know tons of extra usable space and this is where you want to be when you're at a home in the Bahamas. So is that an outdoor shower? That certainly is. Rinse off that salt water after a long day in the boat. And this here? That is a beautiful rockscape that they've installed. It's kind of like a little pond to keep the area tranquil. Super cute. So this is a nice feature here. It certainly is. Look at this view Rico. I really like the loungers there. That's very inviting, especially on a hot day like today. I agree. Yeah and I don't know if you've seen these this like really cool slick plastic loungers they have in like high-end resorts. Like I feel like that would be something I would do as an addition here. Like this would you know like replace for ones that look like part of the pool kind of. Yes, yes. I agree. Almost like a stone lounger. Yeah. Feature lounger. How about this? There's a swim-up bar. No way! Check this out. You forgot to mention the swim-up bar. I did actually. I did. That is pretty epic. Some good entertaining here. You can sit there and get your glass filled with some fresh margaritas at the blender. Exactly. Alright, let's see the chef's kitchen you guys. Yes, let's take a look. This has as you're gonna see everything that you could ever dream that you would need. This is crazy. I think this is the largest outdoor kitchen I've ever seen. This is insane. I don't even know what everything is. Like we gotta quickly go through it. Oh yeah. So dishwasher. What is this? Trash? That's trash. Yes, everything's stainless steel commercial grade. Double sinks here. Then one, not just one, but two barbecues. Look at this. This is crazy. You have your charcoal and then you also have your propane right next to it. And this is like all storage for all like utensils and stuff. What is that? Yep. Look at that. Insane. All storage. Yep. Well first of all, I mean I don't know if you caught this. What? This is a charcoal. This is a propane. Oh no, I did not. How did you figure that out? Because there's a charcoal sitting there. And Ryan said it too actually. Yes. Wood oven pizza pizza pizza oven. Wood oven pizza oven. No wood pizza oven. Wood fire. Wood fire pizza oven. There you go. Now we got it. Look at this. I always wanted one. It's not, it's not too late. You know, you want to like just give up on the boat and get a beach house instead or canal home. Can we do both? I don't know. I'm going to have to work a little harder for that. Okay. Whoa. Whoa. Six burners just in case, you know. This is sick you guys. This is insane. And this, and this is like, what is this called? I forgot. Griddle. Like a griddle, right? These are fryers, right? Okay. See, I know some stuff. You have your little griddle toaster for paninis and whatnot. Some nice sandwiches. Insane. What is this? And then... Oh, these are still ovens. These are ovens. Yeah. I mean, why would you ever cook inside? This is crazy. Now we're getting to my favorite part. Yeah. Let's go. They have a keg. Yes. No way. Fully functioning kegerator, which is nice and... Oh, did you say kegerator? Kegerator. Is that what it's called? I believe that's the professional, the proper term for it. Yeah. What's that? This is like a little... Right now they're using it for storage, but it can be turned on to keep things cold and drinks cold. Yeah. Drink fridge. Yeah. And then this is just storage. Look, tons of storage here. And the little sink, your drink sink here. Your wet bar. Wow. This is nuts. That's where you would do all your cocktails right here. I mean, I'm like, this is hundreds of thousand dollars, no? Yes. This is, this whole thing is, this is very expensive space. How about this? This is not over. It's not over. Check this out. This is like, oh my God. It's actually a workbench. Looks like it. I love what they did here. But did you see there's another fridge right there? Yeah. And there is an ice maker. Did I miss that? Wow. And I really love the flooring that they chose. Very islandy. So... I mean, you guys put in the comments, is this like the craziest outdoor kitchen you've ever seen in a house? Under a million dollars. Nuts. So interior is very cool too. Don't, we'll get there. But I think this whole area, this, the height of it, like just to me, this is the highlight of this house. This is the most incredible feature because you will literally live here. And right now it feels so good. Oh, it feels incredible. It's like, it's not hot. It's just beautiful weather. Like why, why would you ever be inside? You would just sleep there and live here. And you still have the bar here with the bar stools. Yeah. We didn't even point that out with there's five bar stools right there. And there's an overhang as well. So kind of extends this space and yeah. And then you guys also missed, and I'll point out the projector screen there. You know, if you have the big game on Sunday, you have friends over here, you pull the screen down. The projector of course is inside right now, but you place the projector right there on the counter. Oh my God. Yeah. I'm like in love with this space. It's very cool. Let's go see the interior. I mean, I don't know what you expected, but I think it's a really airy space, right? What did you say? 2,400 square feet. That expensive. Yeah. I mean, it's, it's massive. Yeah. I love the ceilings. I think they did a really nice job. It's there's so much sun outside. It's actually kind of nice when you come in here and it feels really like calm, quiet, shady. Well, the windows are tinted. Correct. So you keep, you keep a little bit that sun exposure out. And it's helping the air condition. Exactly. So I was going to be like on the port side. Yeah. Not really. What is it? How do they do it in the houses anyway? Do they do like ways? To your right, to your left. Shouldn't they do like East West? So you really know which way you orient yourself. Okay. But before we get carried away with East and West and left and right. Which way was the sun, the sunset? The sunset. Yeah. Isn't it like one of these things people always point out when they do house tours? The sunset is to this side of the property. Okay. So you will have pretty, you will have sunrise and sunset the way it's facing. You will see both. Yeah. Like that. Okay. So we have a living room area right here. I mean, easily could hang out here with eight, 10 people. It's a really nice space. Most of the properties in the Bahamas come with everything you see furniture. Like they may be, they'll take some decor things, but furniture usually comes with it. So just. I think it's a Caribbean thing in general. Yeah. Because it's, I think it's an Island thing. An Island. Because it's, you know, it's hard to get things here. So whatever you see furniture-wise is pretty much most definitely coming with the house. Then we have this indoor dining as well, which is, I am wondering how often they actually use it. I know guys always need to do this. Look at this table. This is massive. Look at this. Yeah. Wow. And this is easily, you can have dinner here with 12 people. Yes. And you might say like, well, look, you've got all that outdoor space for sure. But sometimes you have this really hot days that maybe you do want air conditioning or maybe even cool days. So it's great to have a really nice indoor table. And there's still a really large Island here with four chairs, breakfast bar, which I also could see you, you, especially if you have kids, right? So you could do that. And then of course, there's that crazy, crazy outdoor galley, but look still massive, massive kitchen here. It's huge and open lots of floor space right here. You've got your fridge, microwave, dishwasher, nice size oven as well. I'm like, yeah, I don't know if I ever cook here. Like that is crazy cool there. I agree. Yeah. But look dishes, you've got your proper window looking out. One thing I want to say is this is a really nice front yard and you guys stay for that to check it out. It is a really like beautiful when you enter it, it's got a, like a grand feel to it, not every house has that. This one's got both. Correct. When you pull up with the car, because that's what we did yesterday. We're like, this is cool. Really pretty. Anyway, I'm going to show the double six. Yes. I'm going to show the guest rooms first, right? Well, I also want to say, look, this windows, of course you can open this windows. There's another window there. So if you do have these cooler temperatures, which you have in the winter, you can actually open up the doors. You can have a really nice amount of cross breeze going through this massive space. One hundred percent. Okay. This is what? That's I think our utility room. Laundry maybe. Yeah. This is laundry. Okay. I haven't seen this space yet. Yes. So you have a washer and dryer set. And pantry. Sorry to interrupt. Yeah. You know, it's fine. Massive, like a good pantry here and looks like maybe some air conditioned back here. It sounds like. The air conditioning unit is right in there. These are the bags I was talking about. The beach bags. I see. Yes. I saw these and I thought I should have bought one and I kind of didn't. I'm going to go back and buy. All right. Now all the way over to the other side. Nice upgraded AC. So it's all modern. Yep. So let's go to our, I don't know what wing this is. Well, the sun was there. So that's our East wing. Okay. East wing. Where do we start? We'll start with the smallest room here. So we have three bedrooms here. So full-size bed right here. Of course, closets. Good size closet here for this. I was going to say cabin. Man, this is hard. It's been a minute since we toured a house and I know you guys have been missing it. So I'm glad to hear that. Look, shower. Corner shower. Yeah. A really good size one-person shower. And of course our toilet and the sink here. Yeah. Nice space. There is a window you can open as well. It's actually a good size room. You could also arrange the bed in a different way. It wouldn't have to be there the way it's situated right now. You could have it also coming out this way from another window with a different headboard. So there are plenty of options actually to redesign. Yeah, absolutely. Then this is another large storage, which is air conditioning. But look, they did it like a, what do you call it? Like a service, not service. What's it called? Utility. Utility space. Then this is our second bedroom. This is a queen size bed. Yep. Looks like it. I think so. And then also really good size closet right here. Check this out. Look at that. Yeah. It's big. Very nice. Again, all the furniture comes with the house. You'll love it. Great. Don't love it. Of course you can change it, but it's nice. You can literally just bring your bag and move in. Correct. Just, you know, you don't get that everywhere. Then we have a shared bathroom, right? But there's two cabins. Let's do that first. So this bathroom is shared. Look at this shower. It's massive. Wow. I love these. What is that? The crab. They're so cute. Yeah. This is like a five-person shower. It's easy. Yeah. Beautiful with a rain head. So nicely done. This is a big bathroom and I love the floor here. The pebbles. Yeah. Yeah. It's really cool. And the toilet is right here. I was wondering like, where is the toilet? Okay. So then let's go and show you. What is this? Bedroom number three. King size bed. Oh, this is beautiful. Yes. I guess that would be considered the VIP. Exactly. On a boat. Yeah. On a boat. And look, nice closet as well, right here. Look at those nice double doors that you can open up. Did you say Dumbledore? Double. I said Dumbledore. Oh yeah. Beautiful view right to the hot tub, the pool, the waterfall. That's a view to wake up to. So I think in the last tour people were saying about double doors versus French doors. Yes. And I think, I still didn't look it up, but the general consensus was that the French doors have these little windows and the normal, like no windows, that's a double doors. All right. I don't know if I'm wrong. Put it in the comments. Maybe I'm wrong. Okay. So now this east wing is separated by this door. Which I really like that actually. You can have a double layer of privacy. A bit more. If we'll see in a moment, cause we'll go out that way. But now let's go this way. To the owner's wing. Ready? Completely separate from the guest wing. Owner's suite. It is huge. Oh wow. Yeah. It's massive. King size bed. Is it a California king? It looks like it. Yeah. It's a really big bed. Again, all the furniture comes with it. There are large doors facing out actually to our bar. Yes. So you can go straight out to the outside, which is fantastic. A little bit of canal view as well. Right there. Yeah. But you know, if one of your is cooking their breakfast in bed, you can literally just walk outside and have your breakfast right there. Sit down right there and have a beer. Oh no, that's not for breakfast. It feels a little bit like a resort style house to me. I know right. Yeah. It's like the whole time I'm thinking like you could make this an Airbnb, but it would be a little excessive with the outdoor galley. Maybe make it a B&B. B&B where you have like a professional chef. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Okay. Check out the en suite. I always say en suite. En suite. En suite. It's still en suite. Yeah. I know. It's funny because like the captions never understand me. They always put on. On. Yeah. I guess it's en suite. Okay. So what do we have here? We have his and her closet. Whoa. You're going to look or no? I don't know if I'm allowed to. Yeah. Yes. It's huge. And then we have the same on the other side. His and hers or hers and hers or his and his. Wow. Really nice. This is fantastic. Cool lighting feature. And then again, we have the pebbles here, like we saw in the other bathroom. Dual vanity. This is really beautiful. Really nice. Look at the mirrors. Again, we have windows we can open, create some cross breeze. And again, they have really good size shower. This is easily a, I mean, this is like a two-person shower. Nice two-person shower with a little bench. Very well done. Yeah. And then we do have a separate toilet stall right here with a door. I was wondering where's the toilet. Yeah. I missed it. With a window. With walls. Like I would just, I don't, I wouldn't change anything. I think it's just, it feels like a really calm, calm vibe, you know, waterfront home. Like you come in here and you feel very calm. All the colors are cool. I mean, having the canal front is, is key. I think because if you have, let's say 50, 60 foot motor yard, for example, there's your, your cottage, you know, is your, your overflow. And that's in the exact, well, you already have four bedrooms. You have total four bedrooms, but then you potentially have another four. Yeah. Two, yeah. Two to four, depending on the size of the boat that you get. Well, it's a hundred foot in front, so you can put an 80 foot out there. No problem. Or you just have a small boat like that on a lift and go zip around and come back home to this paradise. Yeah. Yeah. Not everybody's into like full-blown low life on the water. And I see like, usually there are couples and one person is more like I could do like some boat time, but I would like to live on land. And I think this checks off both boxes perfectly. So then this is like a nice compromise for maybe a retiring couple or young working remote couple. They can still have that boat life and still have a home. Exactly. But we haven't seen the front yard driveway front of the property yet. And we haven't even talked about Bahamas and what it all means when you're move here and when you buy a house and the residency and all that. And if you guys are interested in that, I'm going to put in the description, the link to the brokers who can tell you all about it, how it works for Canadians and Americans and what it does for you and Freeport and tax advantages of all of that. It is a very, very interesting thing that I know a lot of people don't know about and Bahamas are so close to us. All right, let's go show you the front yard. Nice foyer here. Yeah. Really nice landing area. Oh, look at that. There's even a mosquito screen here. So you can really do cross breeze. Nice. Yes. I mean, look at this. How beautiful is this entrance? Ryan, what are you doing there? I'm checking out this mango tree over here. Taking a look at the baby mango. They have a mango tree. Who doesn't want to have a mango tree on their property? What other trees do they have? They have, I saw a sea grape around the corner and of course, no Bahamian home would be complete without coconut trees. Coconut trees around the side here. Yeah. Nice. This is a really beautiful front entrance. Like it's very grand. As we were talking, Rico and I, like not every house has the front and the backyard that kind of match each other. Usually you have like that really nice backyard, but the front is like, you know, eh. But this definitely has. It has it all. Nice curb appeal. Yeah. Beautiful curb appeal. I really love the two tall palms that we have here. The carport there. Keep your car out of the sun. Yeah. So it's, it really does. What about the hurricanes? The hurricanes. So this home has, it's a 25-year-old home. The roof has been replaced about eight years ago. Okay. Totally outfitted with all hurricane impact windows and doors. Okay. In those 25 years, as you can imagine, it's seen some weather and you know, it's, it's these, these homes are built for it. Nice. And then Rico, turn around, look at the entrance and the gate. I love that the electric gate, it's like super. You just come up and push the button and it opens up and then you drive to this hotel entrance style. You know, I love that.
