My First Mountain Camp Alone in the Cairngorms

Well I've just finished work a couple of hours ago so I'm hiking until I find a good camp spot. I've got this mission in mind to climb a manrake. I've got a new tent to try out as well so I'm a bit sceptical what these winds are supposed to pick up tonight. So it's springtime in the Cairngorms now and the nature has just come to life and the birds are out, trees and everything's just all turning green. It's amazing. There's our mission tomorrow for tonight. Let's find a place over here. It seems I am one peg too short for that one. The tent's called Stormclofter. I believe that means storm cave so hopefully she gets up to her name. I'm gonna try and get some sleep. You know it's amazing how a pack of instant coffee with bits of grass in and a battered apple from the walk up here just tastes so much better when you're outside and camping.
