You don't see a lot of players like myself like point guard first type players, you know All those guys like playing about the rim so athletic. Yeah, speak speaking of that. We're talking about it Who are your favorite point guards to watch right now? I Mean, I like Kyrie Drew I Like John I like a bunch of guys, I mean but true true point guards pass first I don't know. I mean, I watch a lot of guys. I don't have one specific guy. I mean, I like Bunsen I like he's the way, you know, he's So shifty man, like yes, but working the same fact that he can post you up and still spoil your guards and manage his way in the lane and Get a shot off, you know not being as athletic as the other guys. It's incredible I mean, there's a I've always liked stuff It's a bunch of guys I like Give me give me the landscape of the East. You have to see played in Orlando played in Miami Yeah, what are you thinking of the East right now? Where were things rat? We like in these Play Detroit. Yeah Detroit right now I know Yeah, he said You know I'm saying and the fans deserve better I think Boston if they stay healthy, they can continue to win, you know and be as dominant as they've been But as you guys know at the end of the day is how you execute, you know You can have a great season and at the end, you know One bad pass it could you know? I mean you tell me I mean the scary Terry he's amazing but we need we need a And we need a leader that position, you know one thing I will say about Oftentimes, you know I say people do that watch basketball people that don't know they oftentimes want to look at scoring and yeah, I think that that's most of it and They don't understand how much BAM does for our team on both sides of the basketball court You don't sound when you talk about getting other guys involved. Dr. Robertson Tyler hero, you know BAM is almost like a point for No, I'm saying we need a point guard, but we really initiate offense with all five guys any one of those guys that start So I think Spode likes to have that flexibility Especially when you got a guy like Anthony Davis guard BAM You can have a BAM initiating offense at the top of the key You take Anthony Davis away from that basket that was a backdoor cuts layups for different guys into the basket So I think they love having the opportunity to be able to initiate offense to all five guys But you know, I think for BAM, you know, I'm saying just people understand how much he means to our team On both sides to both side And actually guard shut him down he's one of you the air question for you what the hell's going on in Philly, bro Listen, it doesn't matter how good of a team or how good Leadership at the top is not Leadership at the top is not right and you know, we've talked time and time again on this show about having you know I'm saying what you do behind closed doors when people aren't watching and I'll tell people I'll tell you I young guys and I'm gonna tell my kids this good reps turn in a good day Don't they get many good reps out of practice out of their best player And that's gonna translate. Well, you think it's because of health issues or you think I mean I think it's partly because of health issues But I also feel like the health issues are coming from the fact that he hasn't gotten in great shape Yes, I feel like he was forgetting great shape I'm just waiting to make that make that turn That's which I'm saying just like I am I'm saying but I'm waiting for you honest to start being able to shoot the ball a little bit and add that to his Game, I'm a huge fan of these guys, but that doesn't mean that these guys, you know Perfect. Nobody's perfect. But um, you know fair and Joel Embiid. I just wish he would work on his head I think this habit start with you know, understanding that this is a lifestyle now. I'm not just playing the NBA when the season starts You're around what you know, how much pressure you I'm saying hitting the ground running in the morning with the weight room I'm just creating a consistent schedule Even on those days when you're tired, and you don't feel like going to shoot around you still So things like that I feel like if he can kind of figure those things out There's gotta be something different though You do like you look at that roster like if it goes the way it's going right now It's gonna be one of the biggest up so all-time like I mean, bro, their rosters loaded Yeah, but from the beginning of the season games Yeah But from the beginning of the season your best player comes out immediately before the season even starts and says I'm not playing back-to-back Now if I'm in that locker room immediately, I'm like the three games Once again, what's the record? It's mental It's mental. Yeah, once he came out and say he wasn't playing back-to-back You remember we had this conversation and you can chime in here We've had this conversation about going to the season with Philly that roster was I mean to me Maxie Paul Joe I mean, obviously injuries are a big part, but you should be all better 515 like Maxie Paul George They all have Joey Maxie was out. Paul George has been out. Marty has been out. No, no, I know but they haven't got any minutes Consistently with those three guys playing together More to it because there's a leak stuff in the media about there. They're like all the stuff, but there's something crazy going on Yeah, so I what you guys are saying Really got to find a way to play play good when he's not available and right now I think management You know understands that they're not a good team if he's he's not healthy You know if the team were to show the management We're good enough to make the playoffs or to be at least at 500 without and beat They'll probably consider trading him It's the mental part of because even if he's not gonna play why isn't he here at shoot around right, right You know I'm saying accountability like that accountability with the team and the other guys because yes You might be have more God-given talent. You might be the best player You have the job of leading so if you're not playing you still need to leave that's because you're not playing doesn't mean that You take a day off and leave. Absolutely. So, you know my last few years in the NBA was Helping guys worry about that. They could control and not focus on this They can't control and most guys in NBA like to focus on this.
