The Bears spent most of the last decade searching for answers.
Seven losing seasons, constant coaching changes,
and the infamous decision to draft Mitchell Trubisky over Patrick Mahomes defined the era.
Justin Fields showed promise, but poor roster building and coaching held the franchise back.
After their 2011 Super Bowl triumph, the Giants struggled to regain relevance.
Frequent coaching changes and an expensive extension for Daniel Jones failed to produce
results. Losing Saquon Barkley, who later won a Super Bowl with a division rival,
only deepened the frustration.
The Jaguars teased fans with playoff appearances in 2017 and 2022,
but never built lasting success.
Trevor Lawrence entered with enormous expectations, yet instability slowed his progress.
Over the last decade, Jacksonville finished with more losses than any other NFL franchise.
The Jets remained trapped in the NFL's longest active playoff drought.
Failed quarterback experiments with Sam Darnold,
Zach Wilson, and Aaron Rodgers couldn't reverse their fortunes.
Coaching turnover, questionable ownership decisions,
and constant rebuilding have kept New York stuck in the same cycle.
No franchise endured a tougher decade than the Browns.
Their infamous 0-16 season highlighted years of failure,
including just four wins from 2015 through 2017.
The fully guaranteed DeSean Watson trade became one of the NFL's most criticized
front office decisions ever.
That's our ranking of the five worst NFL teams of the last decade.
