Hannah shares five creative fall floral arrangement ideas using stems exclusively from Michaels. She encourages viewers to purchase items early while they are on sale (40% off) to avoid sell-outs, providing a variety of color palettes and styles to inspire seasonal home decorating.
Hi guys and welcome back to my channel.
If you are new, welcome.
My name is Hannah and in today's video
we are doing a Michaels fall floral inspired video.
So if this is something you are interested in watching,
just keep on watching.
All right, I understand it is July,
but you guys know that I like to give these videos
to you guys early because products do sell out.
This is just inspiration, getting you guys excited
for these upcoming fall months.
Products sell out quickly, so what you could do
is if you find any inspiration from today's video,
head to your local Michaels, buy the items
and style them later when you are ready
to decorate for fall time.
But in today's video I'm giving you guys
five different fall inspired floral arrangement looks,
utilizing all stems from Michaels.
And what I will say is that Michaels hands down
took the cake with fall stems this year over Hobby Lobby.
They had so many beautiful stems to work with.
This year, lots of new items to choose from
and I was really pleased with the selection that they had.
Every single floral arrangement within today's video
is linked down below.
I have them linked, I have them labeled,
and I also have how many stems were used
to make it super easy for you guys
if you wish to recreate these floral arrangements
for yourself.
But without further ado, let's get into today's video.
Getting straight into it, when I was there doing this video,
all of their fall stems were currently 40% off,
so if you have been on the fence
about buying some of these stems,
definitely pick them up now while they are on sale.
We did five different looks, like I said,
and I really do my best to try
to not overlap the same stems.
So I really try my best to use different stems
for every arrangement,
trying to create different color stories
so that way there is a variety,
giving each person maybe some ideas
depending on what your style is.
So this one was definitely a little bit more neutral.
As you guys know, I like to start
with these smaller stems in the middle
and kind of work my way out.
I definitely like to weave the stems
in and out of each other.
That way there is a lot of cohesiveness
and it doesn't feel like you just plopped stems
right on top of each other.
That way it feels like a very curated arrangement.
And I really love how this arrangement turned out.
They have so many beautiful colors
and so many beautiful textures for the fall time.
So let me know what you guys think of arrangement number one.
Arrangement number two is definitely leading
into a non-traditional color palette.
We did bring in some of this burnt orange.
I love these beanies.
I did actually end up buying these
for my own home this fall season.
I really wanted to recreate the arrangement
that I originally did,
which kind of stemmed this whole video to begin with.
But unfortunately those burgundy mini hydrangeas
sold out all over the place
so I wasn't able to recreate it.
So this is the next best thing.
We are bringing a lot of greens in,
a lot of more neutral colors.
So like I said, this is definitely
a untraditional color palette for fall time,
but I definitely think it still works.
So you guys will definitely have to let me know
what you think down below.
Okay, so arrangement number three,
we are bringing in some of their larger stems.
These could definitely be left as is without anything,
including these next seeded stems.
These are amazing for fall time.
If you just get a handful of these,
put these in a vase, these would be stunning just alone.
So with this arrangement,
with these stems being a little bit larger,
this kind of comes off a little bit more whimsical
versus the more structured arrangements
that I have previously done.
So definitely keep that in mind as I am assembling these.
And I'm trying to, again,
work with all of the new fall stems that Michael's had.
There were a few stems that were from
some of their other spring and summer collection,
but for the most part, they were all fall.
So these little mini hydrangeas, these are beautiful.
These are the same ones of the burgundy that sold out.
They're just in a different color.
They're labeled as pink, but they don't really,
I mean, yes, they have a little hint,
but they're more of a neutral.
So these could be something that you could use year round
if you wanted.
So definitely take that into consideration
when purchasing some of these stems.
Are these stems that you can use more than once?
Can we bring these in a different season?
But anyways, hopefully you guys enjoyed
this more whimsical approach of a fall arrangement.
Arrangement number four,
I was determined to utilize these pomegranate stems.
These were so fun.
And this is definitely a stem
that you do not have to put into an arrangement.
Get a couple of these, put them in a beautiful vase,
and call it a day.
But again, I was challenging myself
to utilize all of the fall stems here.
So we are starting with three of those pomegranate stems.
I brought in these kind of deep burgundy red cherry blossoms
to bring in more of that red tone.
These are a orange thistle stem.
If you guys look on the pomegranates,
they have variation of like reds and oranges.
So that was kind of my starting point
of the other colors that I wanted to incorporate
within this arrangement.
Bringing in a little bit of mustard.
And then the last stem I brought in
is not from their fall collection.
It's actually a everyday stem,
part of their greenery department.
And I utilize the greenery
for a lot of existing arrangements in my home.
I definitely think it is a great base to add to any florals.
And this is just a really great staple here in my home.
So I added those to bring in a little bit of that greenery.
And I just love how this looks.
Such a just great representation of fall.
And you guys will definitely have to let me know
what you think of arrangement number four.
All right, you guys, our last and final arrangement
includes some blue colors.
I feel like there is always some sort of blue tone
when it comes to fall time.
It's definitely an untraditional color for the fall time,
but I definitely think it still works really well
with all of the fall tones.
So I definitely took a neutral approach
with some of the other existing stems,
but I did bring in more of that blue color.
So if you are one that enjoys blue,
if you like this deeper color,
it is a really fun arrangement.
And honestly, with this being so neutral,
it doesn't scream fall.
You could use this any time of the year.
If you wanted this, it would even be a pretty arrangement
if you have a blue theme for Christmas time.
So definitely think outside the box,
but this is my interpretation of fall time
in five different looks,
utilizing all the stems from Michael's.
Definitely be sure to check them out
and take advantage of that 40% off sale as you can.
And hopefully you guys enjoyed today's video.
I love you guys so much.
All right, you guys, and that is it for today's video.
Hopefully you enjoyed this fall-inspired floral arrangements
utilizing all stems from Michael's.
Hopefully you guys are getting excited
for the upcoming fall months.
I know I am.
I cannot wait for the change of weather.
I cannot wait for just the change of scenery
and having all of my cozy vibes back in my home.
But until the next video, I love you guys so much.
Thank you for being here, and we'll see you guys soon.
Peace.
