There’s nothing better than cooking in the heart of the wilderness. In this video, I prepare a thick, juicy Ribeye steak over glowing hot coals, letting the fire create an incredible crust while keeping the inside perfectly medium-rare.

To complete the meal, I caramelize bananas in a cast iron skillet over the campfire, creating a simple but delicious side with a unique smoky flavor.
