I am completely satisfied with the design and functionality of this space. So I liked working with Clay a lot. I thought just from the beginning he was very friendly, very professional. So I appreciated the 3D rendering. I have had a project with a different company at a prior house and we were not offered that at all and so I thought that really helped us to understand what this space would look like and also see what kind of furniture would fit as well. So I appreciated that and the finished project looks very much like the original rendering. So my favorite feature of this project is definitely the fireplace. We were not thinking of that at all when we reached out to Tradition Outdoor Living but Clay had a great plan for that and it makes sense just for privacy and also as a focal point. I would rate the level of craftsmanship as the highest possible. Enjoying our patio for the first time, it's been wonderful to have my family have another living space together. I think our friends are very impressed with the project. They've seen our prior patio and they can definitely tell the difference and the upgraded look of this design. I would recommend Tradition Outdoor Living for any project. They've been wonderful to work with, just very easy and professional and the designs are outstanding and so I think they did a fantastic job of maximizing the usable space for us and I think we'll be happy with this for years to come.
