The presenter shows how to achieve a clear finish by hand without the need for sanding, expensive kits, or power polishers, resulting in a dramatic visual transformation in just a few minutes.
Alright, what's going on YouTube? Thanks for tuning back into another video.
This one is going to be a quick one. We wanted to show you something that we found real quick.
This headlight, about a minute and a half ago, looked exactly like this one right here.
Fully yellow, ugly, worn. It's a 2003, the Camry, and it really needs to be revamped.
So, scrolling on Instagram, on Ken Polishing's page, I'll link it down below if you guys want
to check him out. He has a little tip. He usually sands and polishes different types
of aluminum or steel or whatever. It's his business. So, he uses mag and aluminum polish
often. Now, he made a video the other day on his Instagram saying that you could do it on
headlights as well. So, we're going to try this out. We already did it on this side,
but in case nobody really believes it, we're going to do this in front of you on live time
really quick. So, we don't care too much about this car. It's a little bit older,
so I'm not worried about if this doesn't work out well or whatever. We're just going to try it.
I'm going to get some. First, I'm just going to apply it all over the headlight,
a generous amount. Like I said, this is an older car we don't care much about,
so a little bit is getting on the paint, but I'm not too worried about it. Okay, just like that.
Now, I'm going to fold up my rag. This isn't even a new rag. It's been used. It has some grease on
it. Now, I'm just simply going to buff this out, work the polish in. You can already see it
changing. This is no sanding required, no expensive kits, no polishers, just all by hand in a matter
of a few seconds. Now, if you have a clean rag and you want to go over it afterwards,
it's going to have a little bit of a cleaner finish just because you won't have the residue
of the polish on the rag, but I think you get the gist of it. What's that? Two minutes,
including apply time and everything? Oh, my God. That is crazy, crazy transformation.
Can you believe that? Changed the whole look of the car instantly.
I bet you if I go over it with another coat of this stuff, it'll take out even more,
but I hope this video helped you guys out. I think you can get this at the parts store for
like eight bucks or something. Hope this helped you guys out, and hopefully you can use this
at home. All right, guys, if you aren't already subscribed, make sure to hit the subscribe
notification bell. Drop me down a comment if you guys did this and if it worked out,
and make sure to hit the like button before you guys head out. Thanks. Peace.
