Ready, Crystal Boudreau here.
So we're doing a breadless lunch series right now.
And if you haven't went and checked out my pepper sandwich,
which was video number one, make sure to go do that.
And I will link it down below.
Well, in today's episode,
we are going to be making a lettuce wrapped roll-up,
something similar to Jimmy John's Unwich.
It's gonna be delicious, so stay tuned.
So first you wanna start off with
the biggest lettuce leaves that you can find.
These are romaine lettuce leaves.
And then I just like to stagger them kind of like this,
cause this is gonna help when I roll it up,
it's gonna be a little bit more uniform.
Okay, so I'm going to be using some Primal Kitchen mayonnaise.
If you haven't checked them out,
go do that because their mayonnaise is sugar-free,
it's dairy-free, it tastes great.
And they sell it at Whole Foods, they sell it at Target,
they sell it at Thrive Market,
but it's really good, so go check those out.
All right, so I'm gonna just spread across some mayonnaise.
Now, you could also do hummus,
you could do some guacamole if you wanted.
I might add some Dijon mustard also when it's finished.
Okay, and then I'm gonna just start spreading in our meats.
I'm going to be doing some turkey.
Of course, you could do any kinds that you wanted.
I'm gonna do some ham and some of this, some salami,
and last but not least, some cheese.
Okay, so here's our meat and cheeses.
Now, I'm also going to be adding some avocados
and some tomatoes.
Now, if you know anything about me,
you know that I love stuff
that's just packed with everything
because I just love everything.
Now, if you wanted to add some Dijon mustard,
you certainly could.
I think I'm going to leave it
because I don't want it to be too liquidy,
and then we're going to roll it up.
Let me just wash my hands off quick.
All right, so we're gonna just start at this end
and just roll it like this.
You could roll it with the parchment paper underneath
if you wanted, but you don't have to.
All right, so I'm gonna roll it like this.
Now, I know this looks a little messy,
but when you have the parchment paper with this,
it is really going to help it stick together.
Now, when I take these for my lunch,
if I were to just eat it like this right now,
it would kind of be more falling apart,
but because I'm gonna bring it to work with me,
it's going to kind of mold to the parchment paper.
Ooh, I lost a needle, that's okay.
All right, now we're just gonna cut it down the middle,
let it sit for a little bit,
so it kind of, like I said, molds to the parchment paper.
All right, let's cut into this.
Oh man, this looks awesome.
All right, you guys.
Well, thank you so much for watching.
Don't forget to give this video a like
because the YouTube algorithm
will send it to more people then.

Let me just rip a little bit of it open.
Okay.
That's good.
Yum.
