District attorneys, elected officials, law enforcement, leaders, clergy, community organizations,
and fellow New Yorkers, I respectfully invite you to join us for a press conference and
community rally at Prince Street Park, in front of the park at Prince Street and 40th
Road, off Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing, Queens, where we are today.
In response to the serious concerns surrounding prostitution, suspected human trafficking,
narcotics activity, organized crime, and the exploitation of vulnerable people along the
portions of Roosevelt Avenue and Prince Street corridor, this is not merely a quality of
life issue, but a public safety, human rights, and moral crisis affecting families, businesses,
children, women, seniors, and the entire community. We must stand together to protect victims,
restore order, and ensure that no neighborhood is abandoned to criminal activity. I respectfully
call upon Governor Kathy Hochul to evaluate every lawful state resource available, including
enhanced inter-agency coordination where legally appropriate, assistance from New York National
Guard. Bring in the National Guard. I also urge the five district attorneys of New York
together to investigate criminal enterprises, prosecute offenders, and connect victims with
meaningful services and protection. Yes, they need protection. This effort, not directed
against any race, nationality, religion, or violence, trafficking, drugs, and organized
crime. Your presence would send a powerful message that New York stands together in defense
of public safety, human dignity, and the rule of law. Respectfully, the Honorable Martha
Flores Vasquez, District Leader, 40th Assembly District, State of New York. Are you with
me? First of all, I want to say thank you to Martha Vasquez, District Leader. I want
to thank the law enforcement that's here. I also want to thank the DA's office that's
here. I'm a private investigator. I work with Black Ops private investigators. And
I'm the guy that goes after the crimes that when people go to law enforcement and can't
get help, who do you go to? They come to me. Now, we have a problem of sex trafficking.
We have a problem of selling children that's going on from Queens to Manhattan. Right now,
there is a website called Babylon Escorts, where they turn around and sell the kids,
sell the women, and they give them a star rating. They also tell you how much you sleep
with them. And it's on your phone. You can go on it right now. Babylon Escorts. I have
reported it to the DA's office, to special victims. They've done nothing. I've reported
it to the NYPD special victims. They've done nothing. This is the same website that this
Gilgo Beach serial killer used to bring women to his house to murder them. This site is
still up. I hope this district attorney is listening. Babylon Escorts. It needs to be
taken down. Like I said, they're selling people on there. I even went to 26 Federal Plaza
and I video recorded them with my body cam, and I can show the video of where the two
FBI agents tell me, why do you care? I'm sorry, people. We need to take action. What do I
do to get our kids back? I go to their houses. I go to where the human trafficking is. I
stand outside. I make scenes. I bring the police. I stay there until they give them
to me and I take them back. Okay? To the Manhattan DA's office. That's from Queens. Seven years
old. And I reported it to Sergeant Tony Shackle, S-C-H-A-K-O, to Detective Shamika Covington,
who has over a dozen complaints for not doing her job as a special victims detective. I
brought evidence of an eight year old's panties in blood. And you know what they did? Nothing.
Five months. I can give you the case number if you want to know. And it goes from Queens
to Manhattan. Right now I have a case that's selling Chinese, Dominican, and Puerto Rican
from Queens in Manhattan at 240 East 33rd Street. You can go there right now. I can
buy one for $125 for 15 minutes. Okay? This website advertises it. We can turn around
and censor political public opinions online, but we can't censor these sex trafficking
sites. And remember, when it's on the internet, it's federal. Nobody's doing nothing. As I
said, if you don't believe me, go on your phone right now, Google Babylon Escorts, and
you will see that they're giving a rating. I thank Martha and all of you for coming out
here, because when she says, shut it down, we have to shut it down. Because the problem
is we get all these new people coming from other countries and they're exploiting them
and they're selling them here, right here, 20 feet from this podium. Not only that, but
they're selling it in Manhattan. Not only that, they're selling it in the Bronx. And
I also found another house at 714, 714 Colbert Avenue in New Hyde Park, Long Island, selling
black women, Spanish women, white women, Mexican women in this house. I reported it
to NASA, but you know what? They didn't do anything. So I put my car up on their front
lawn until they did something. And now they gave me back the girls. The problem is we
I'm asking the district attorney that's here from Queens. I'm not putting her down, but
I'm saying we need to step up our game. If you want to work with me on this, I'll provide
you the videos. Anybody that wants to see it, I have it on my phone. They are selling
the people now and nothing's being done. I get lip service from the DA's office. I get
lip service from special victims. I get lip service from the NYPD not doing their job.
Now I'm not against cops. What I am against is incompetence. And what I am against is
not doing your job. Okay. I'm sorry. The fact that she has to stand here and have this demonstration
feet away from where they're selling women, that just shows you how bad it is. Okay. Again,
if you want help and you want to know about what to do and actions to take, you can call
me. I'm at Black Ops Prime Investigators. I'm the only prime investigator in New York
State. That's 24 hours, seven days a week. And I pick up the phone. 3-4-7-8-6-7-6-2-4-2.
I hope you guys continue to support this effort because if we don't take back our community,
they will continue to destroy it. One block away from me. The other one is 135-29 40th
Road. Again, 132-34 40th, 41st Avenue, 135-29 40th Road. Okay. I'm going to hold off on
the broken DA's office. I want a civilian to come up. Who wants to be first? From Corona
Queens, Jackson Heights. Come on up. Tell them who you are. Hello everybody. My name
is Ramses Frias, born and raised in Queens, Elmhurst to be exact. First and foremost,
thank you all for coming out here today. It shows a great effort on behalf of the community
that you all want a change. I've been fighting against prostitution in the neighborhoods
of Elmhurst, Corona, Jackson Heights since COVID. Because that's when everything started
to get worse and you start seeing way more people out in the street. A lot of these women
out in the street flaunting themselves and being exploited. As you can see, we're in
front of a park where children are playing. This is a wonderful community made up of Asians,
Latinos, Blacks, all walks of life. And we come here just to spend time with our families,
to have a great time enjoying the culture here in Chinatown. But what happens? A few
feet away from this park, we have prostitution, human traffic, open air drug deals. You take
the 7 train down a couple of stops, same issue, same problems are happening. This must stop.
We need to join together every single day to fight this. We need to help the women and
children that are being exploited in this situation as a family, as a community. We
cannot continue to allow this to occur in our neighborhoods. We are a wonderful people
and all we want to do is raise our families in a wonderful neighborhood that we know this
area is. I'm a graduate from Flushing High School. I've been coming here my whole life.
My friends live in the Bland. I have friends over in Sanford Ave. I have friends all over
here. And I just want to make sure that their children, our children, your children, and
the future has someplace to call home and be proud of. Queens is the future and we have
to ensure that that future is safe for each and every one of us. Thank you again for all
of you coming out here today. It means a lot.
I'm Senior Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn. District Attorney Eric Gonzalez
and our office send their regards and support this mission of this gathering. Although I
proudly serve the people of Brooklyn, I live in Queens. This clause is deeply personal
because protecting our families, our children, and the dignity of every human being is not
defined by borrowed lives. It is a responsibility we all share. The family is the first human
institution. Today, we gather not simply to stand against prostitution, human trafficking,
organized crime, and the exploitation of women and children. We gather to stand for something
greater. The family, human dignity, and the timeless truth that no human being was ever
created to become another person's commodity. The family is humanity's first institution
long before governments, courts, markets existed. The family taught us love, responsibility,
sacrifice, and the inherent worth of every human life. Strong families build strong communities
and strong communities build strong nations. When the family weakens, society weakens.
Human rights begins in the home. Women's rights are human rights. Children's rights are human
rights. Family rights are human rights. This will arguably cost either private health insurance
or public health insurance or both Medicaid and Medicare more money. Or it can be argued
that strip clubs are linked to prostitution. Prostitution is linked to increased SED programs
and therefore arguably strip clubs are linked to increased SED programs. I just want to
say that more prostitution will lead to more SEDs and this will lead to a health problem
and make our health care cost go up. Whether you're on Obamacare or you're on Medicaid
or you can get universal health care which is something I'm trying to promote. Thank
you for your prompt attention and consideration.
Now I'm going to call my women down.
Shut it down. Shut it down. Shut it down. Shut it down.
Give me a piece of tape.
Okay, and we need one for next door.
Tina, this is not your message.
