NEW Six Ravens at Disney Springs! Opening Day Food Review + Halloween Merch 2026

Hello! I didn't think they'd take all of you too. Hi Andy! Merry Christmas! Just had a lot of popcorn. Thank you! He knows! He knows! Hello everybody! Welcome to Disney Springs. We have not done a video in a little bit, so today's a special day. It's grand opening of Six Ravens, so we thought we would come out here and try to get a cue for that. And of course, Gideon's cookie of the month. Yep, so the cookie of the month is the Nitro Cold Brew Peanut Butter and has the coffee that goes with it. So we're very excited. That is my favorite. So come along with us on this Gideon heavy day. Another special thing for today, it's the arrival of Halloween merch at World of Disney. So we'll show all that. We'll show all the merch, all the fun stuff. So, come along. Hey, it's a lovely day at Disney Springs. It is Monday. August what, third or fourth? It's the third. Something early August, Monday. I think it's only like 85 degrees. We have not done a video in Disney Springs for I don't know how long. Yeah, but we are heading hopefully to have a full Gideon's day. So they now have the Six Ravens, which is the savory side at Gideon's. And then, since it has been the first of the month, it is my favorite. It is the peanut butter cookie. Looks like a fantastic Disney day, Disney Springs day. We still need the balloons someday. Alright, let's go. Gideon's! And we remembered our bucket. If you know, you know. Here is the line Six Ravens. Gideon's other place. We just learned you do have to join a virtual queue here, so we're gonna try to join it and see what happens. But here's the exterior. And we are hungry, hungry. Alright, here's the menu. Six Ravens. They said it will be about two hours. No, they said two hours, but that is including your food in hand leaving. Oh, well there we go. So, looks like everything on this side is $10.96 each. Dip included. So, I already did look ahead at the menu, so a lot of these do look pretty good. Yeah, we do the possibly the cheeseburger, give that a go. Maybe we can at least try two things to show you. And then they do have a side here, which is the Telltale Tatties, so I'm guessing they're gonna be what, little smashed potatoes. And then they do have a sweet tart, so it's a chocolate chip tart, so be interesting to see what that is versus how the cookies are over at the Gideon's Bakehouse. But now, Gideon's. Alright, just a standby line for Gideon's. What do we have? Peanut butter cold brew cookie. And we're gonna match that with the peanut butter cold brew coffee. Yeah, because I don't know if we would want the orange nitro. Yeah, we're not big on orange. And you know why I always like the show Deluxe Burger? Because it is so, so good. The burger of the month, Cheddar Biscuit Burger. Two pressed patties, pimento, fried green tomato, bacon, jalapeno jam. It does look good. But that's not what we're here for today. Here it is. She just unwrapped there it is. Look at that. Look, it's got cups, and it's got chips. Oh my gosh. It looks so good. I think it's Andrea approved. Yeah, I'm just gonna bite right into it. Just gonna go right in. I would. So, here we go! Oh, you can see how soft it is from your bite. Yep. Oh my gosh. How does it rink? Do you need to work on it a little bit? You know what? I'm gonna go on in too while she chews. It is so good. Look at that. Try and get by Deluxe Burger. Why not? Oh, and it's got a hint of coffee because it's the nitro cold brew peanut butter cookie. I was wondering what was in there. Coffee! It's amazing. So every year, they seem to outdo themselves with the cookie. And this one, it's really good. And like I said, it has that hint of coffee mixed in there this time. It does, and it's nice and peanut buttery. So yeah. Oh, and it crumbles easy. I'm gonna have a little more. It's really good. Yeah. And if you've been following for a little bit, we always go for the peanut butter coffee. So we have the peanut butter iced cold nitro brew with the peanut butter cookie. Yeah, what better way or better thing to wash down peanut butter cookie than peanut butter cold brew? Oh yeah. Coffee, cold brew, peanut butter, goodness. And if you have seen our videos before, you know this is our favorite. Here you go. I may go in for one more bite directly from the cookie. Yep. Plus, we haven't had lunch, so. That's seriously good. World of Disney, we heard. The Halloween merch has arrived. So let's go check it out, shall we? Getting just a bit busy in here. Here we go. Happy Halloween Walt Disney World. And it's August 3rd. We got pumpkins. A little shirt here. Ah! And it's brother bears. Everybody along the way. That's kind of cool. What about that song in here? What about that song? Oh, there's Oogie Boogie. Oh, what's this? A clock. Oh, that's fun. That's cool. $85. Okay, maybe not that fun. But I want to know what it does, though. I assume it moves. Isn't this the one that has like the little claw in the shadow? I don't know. So maybe you can make your own little claw. I don't know. That's cool, though. Tiny little something, shot glass, I guess. Alright, these are here about every year. Halloween. First year they were not light up. This year they are light up. We did score one of these at Character Warehouse for $30, but it was after the season last year. But it's all set for this season. It looks the same. Yeah, it does. So we're set. Character Warehouse. It's the Goof. Alright, this is what y'all can look like if you buy all the merch. I do like the shirt. Back here, the jersey. That looks cool. That's nice. Ears, light up ears. I see the jersey. Oh, we got some Crocs. What a Croc. There they are. 89. 71, that's cool. Yeah, I do like that. Some people will buy it at that price, I'm quite sure. Ah, new hat. Pumpkin monorail. Halloween mini monorail, $15. What did you find? They have the new ears, so they look like I can get this out of the way. They look like the wreath that lights up. And it turns on, so both of these turn on. That's cool. Are you thinking about it? Not for me, but I'd request. Oh, you have a request. So you're a secret shopper. Alright. Little keychains. They light up. Keychain that lights up, that's cool. Boogie boogie pumpkins. More of the wreath lights, or necklace lights. So they change stuff slightly every year, but it kind of remains the same. Oh, we got some villain's pins here. $18. Cool. Cups. And we got some lounge flies here. Those are new? They're just brown. What am I missing here? $80. I don't know. I guess I'm not understanding the theme, but somebody tell me. Well, it's a textured brown color. Wreath's hanging up. A pumpkin with a earring and necklace set inside. That's cool. That's $50, but it's a set. And it comes in a pumpkin. Nice, nice. Alright, just a simple shirt. A very thick shirt, though. Yep, they have a whole wall of these. So, like I said, we paid $30. Okay, $80. Look how precious this is. Oh my gosh. Alright, that's too much. And then it's got a little honeypot that you can put... That's so cool. That's cool. That's super cute. We're finding pet clothes. Alright, so that's cool. That would probably fit Luke and then this would fit Lorelai. Yeah, we would need two sizes for ours, I think. But look at the goodies here. Okay, these look fabulous. $11.99 pretzels, yes. And then... what is this? Salted caramel. Oh, hot cocoa mix. These look fantastic. I love the crispy treats. How many? That's four. Alright, four for $15. Oh, a little... This is filled with candy. Oh, it's like candy corn. I love me some candy corn. Me too. And then... Yes. This will be good. I can tell just looking at it. Yes. Oh, $6.99. That's actually not bad. We may have to get a bag. Thank you. Oh, this is cool. Alright, it's the... It's the three guys. I know I should know their name, but I don't. Oh, there are. That's cool. And the hat box. The hat box is really cool. Andrea found another lounge fly she thinks she likes. It's this one here. Ghost Host. Alright, so that's new. A little Haunted Mansion sling bag. That's cool. Alright, a lot of cool stuff here. And it keeps going and going. Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. That's a cool shirt. That is cool. The Headless Horseman. Yes. Alright, so the price, not so much. We may need to check these after the holidays. Okay, so they told us a two hour wait and we got our text in about an hour and then you come in this line here so they say it does include the wait time in this line as well. So getting your queue and getting your food and leaving that is included with the two hour wait. So you'll have to wait two hours and then get in the queue. And look, we're getting there. Similar thing to Gideon's though. Opening day. How exciting. Alright, thank you. Oh, here we go. Step and foot in. May thy hunger find the roast. Oh, which way do I go? The interior is coming out great on the iPhone. Ah, that's cool. So it's nice and dark Gideon. Now that's really dark. Alright, so we got the goods. Goods have been acquired. They give you a cool box here. It's a little coffin box but everything's in there. So that's the dessert in the bag. Then we have three salsas. We have a cheeseburger one here. That's the veggie one. And we have some potatoes. Yeah, the little mashed potatoes. Yeah, so that looks fast. And there we go. Alright, we're gonna go find a spot and try all this. Oh, she's tried it. She couldn't wait. Alright, we're gonna go try it with the salsas. Alright, very good. Here we go. Ah, cool. Open the doors. Oh, now if we could only get to the food in there. Oh, is he saying stop? Halt? You may not enter. You may not have the food. You need a reservation. That's cool. Alright, so I'm gonna try this. Andrew's gonna read what's in it. I got the cheeseburger one. Alright, so this one here is the Peasant's Patty and it's a classic cheeseburger topped with American cheese dill pickle bits encased in a sesame seed sprinkled coffin. And this one is actually paired with a pink salamander dipping sauce, but Andy opted he wanted the garlic knot sauce. So let's see how this goes. Ooh, yeah. So look at the thickness of the pastry and it's filled pretty much in there. So, I don't know. I'm excited. I did have a little sneak bite of mine, though. So I feel stuff like this, your first bite, you get too much of the bread ratio. Let me try again. Oh, I'm smelling that garlic. It's amazing. Very garlicky. I'm gonna do one more bite just for the sake of it. Okay. Much more meat in that third bite. I'm thinking it's really good. Alright, go ahead and try one of the little taters there. And then we have a dipping sauce. These are mashed potatoes in, like, a little fried potato. Oh, man. This, so far, might be the star of the show. I tried it without the sauce, now with the sauce. So they're seasoned really nicely. I know, you can see that. It looks lovely. It almost reminds me of, like, a potato pancake. The honey mustard is really good. Let me try Andrea's sauce. That sauce was good, too. Yeah, this is really good. I'll try it with the garlic. Garlic and potato. Alright. These are the next thing. Yeah, this is good. I have to see when Andrea gets to the middle of hers. Alright, so far, so good. We'll check in in a bit. Let's see what Andrea thinks. By the way, we did get their special soda. So it's a root beer, Sassafras Forward, with a vanilla finish. And it's called the Friar's Fault. So this is their house-made root beer. Quite yum. Alright, so Andrea actually got the Forager's Fine. She thought she was getting the one with coconut curry, but this one is roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, queso sauce, and pumpkin seed topped coffin. Oh yeah, I see the black beans. And that's definitely like a queso. Oh, I do like the queso. It surprised me, though. The queso was cold. Yeah, you almost need a couple bites just to get past the extra thick bread layer. Mmm. Oh. Definitely can taste the sweet potato and the black bean. And I really like the pumpkin seed outside. The queso, to me, has more of like a honey mustard flavor, doesn't it? Maybe it's just me. I am going to try one of these potatoes. I am a sucker for mashed potatoes. Ooh. It's like mashed potatoes inside a potato skin. Yeah. Ooh, it's seasoned nicely. I mean, I gave the potatoes, I would give them a 10 out of 10. Those are fabulous. Mmm. Alright, well, we're going to get into these a little more. Yeah, and then we'll tell you what we think, or maybe we'll give a score of the other two items. Oh, and we have a dessert later, too. Uh-huh. Alright, keep it rolling. Or, keep going. Alright, so I finished mine. Very good. I will say the favorite sauce of mine is the honey mustard that's supposed to be for the potato. I actually like the cheeseburger in this as well. Not real big on the garlic one or this other one. But the... Oh, mango. Oh, the mango. The potato's super good. Better than the meat pie. The meat pie's good. I kind of feel like you would want to try them all over time. So I tried the peasant's patty. That was the cheeseburger. Andrea had the forager's find at the bottom. The sweet potato's black bean. I did really like that one. Okay, so we got one, two, three, four more to try over time. Oh, yeah. Very good. Their homemade root beer is really good. And now for the dessert. Now for the dessert. Mmm. Oh, it's heavy. So this is their cookie. It's a Gideon's chocolate chip cookie tart filled with rich chocolate... Jam. Fudge. Fudge and topped with raspberry jam. Oh, I see. So she basically said it's like you take the center of a Gideon's cookie, take a scoop of it, and then you fill it with jam. So... Let me try to cut a little pie slice. There you go. Oh, there it is. Oh, wow. I made a pretty good little pie slice. Wow. I probably couldn't do that again. Alright. And I got the balloon in the background. The house-made jam is good. The cookie is good. It's like a little pie. Alright, worth trying. I don't think it would unseat a Gideon's cookie. But it's worth giving it a go. Maybe it would grow on me. It just opened today so we had to try everything that we could. We can get Andrea a little pizza slice here. Alright. Oh, jeez. Oh, there it is. The jam is lovely. Not big on chocolate, but this chocolate is lovely. So... But again, I will still take the cookie, but this isn't bad. It's just like a giant piece of cookie cake, I guess. But... I guess the way they have it described is a chocolate chip tart. Alright, well that's everything. Come out to Six Ravens. Just opened today. Let us know what you tried. Let us know what you liked.
