The Coziest Move-In Ready Tiny Home... With a Feee Golf Cart!

This is Mike, Mr. Tiny, Timmons, and I'm back again with an all new episode of Tiny Home Tuesday, where on Tuesdays I showcase a particular park model tiny home coming in at 399 square feet that we have available right here at Recreational Resort Cottages. This Tuesday I'm bringing to you the Cloudcrest Cottage move-in ready. Back again with an all new episode of Tiny Home Tuesday and yes you've been asking for it. You've been asking for more move-in ready tiny homes because recently I showcased a move-in ready home that was already located inside of a community and you guys have been blowing my phone off the hook. So I know what you asked for and I'm back again granting your wishes. So today I'm showcasing the Cloudcrest Cottage. It is a move-in ready tiny home that is located inside the luxury tiny home community by the name of Hidden Forest Lake located in Campbell, Texas. And what's so great about this Cloudcrest Cottage is it's located on lot 238, which is going to include everything you see today besides furniture and decor. And I'm going to give you a little bit more info because I know you want to know. When you move into this lot and also this community you're going to have some amenities such as trash pickup, lawn maintenance, your water will be included. All of that including a community center, walking trails, catch and release pond, and a community garden just to name a few. And all of that you're going to get in addition to a shed painted to match the home that includes electricity. And yeah if you remember from the beginning of the intro you're also getting a new set of wheels, a golf cart will be included, and all of this will be included today for the great price of $110,000. You'll get everything you see today besides furniture and decor. And if you're subscribed like you should be you know that $110,000 is an amazing price for a home that's already inside a community. It is skirted, it has permanent stairs, a shed, and a golf cart included. You cannot beat that. And because the clients want to pass the blessing along due to life changes what's so great is that they do not want to leave Hidden Forest Lake. So they added a few comments and letting it be known for anyone kinda in the air about moving into a community. This here is the definition of a community at Hidden Forest Lake. This is where people look out for each other. They also bond and create lifelong friendship. There's also community meetings, men's groups, women's groups, etc. The list goes on. Let's get back to this lot number 238 where you'll see as soon as you pull up to this particular lot you will see beautifully manicured lawns, nice green grass. It is landscape to the T. You're going to have all of the landscaping going around. Beautiful rock landscaping on the front side of the home that includes the bird are out and what's so great with Hidden Forest Lake compared to other communities is the abundance of trees that are on each lot. So it gives you tons of shade like right now today it's 96 degrees here in Texas. And yeah I may be perspirating glowing a bit but not as bad as it could be because I'm getting some shade from these nice trees here. And you could be doing the same sitting out enjoying a nice book right here in your yard. And in addition to that let's take it on down this way because you have the crushed gravel walking trail leading amongst the trees. And I told you you get a shed included. You'll see right here beautiful painted to match where it has the light blue with the gray trim. And let's take it inside and right here you'll see you have an abundance of space in here for you to utilize as you wish. And since it has electricity this would be a great hobby area for anyone that has a hobby. You have additional storage you want to keep out of sight out of mind. This is the shed that you can do it in. It also has additional storage up top as well as some nice shelving there that you can place stuff upon. And then great floor space. So that's just the cherry on top in my opinion is that you have the shed painted to match right here in your move-in ready tiny home. And some of the other characteristics of move-in ready tiny home. I talked about the exterior. It has a beautiful baby blue. You'll see the gray trim of course the gray metal skirting going all along the exterior of the home. The gray handrails leading down your low rise stairs. Three board low rise stairs makes it super convenient for anyone to be able to get in and out of their tiny home. A lot of you may throw up the option of potentially doing a ramp. The thing is with the ramp because of the incline is so drastic as it goes up it needs more space to be able to incline. With the low rise stairs this is the best of both worlds because with that you're able to come up just like so. And you see solar lights on each side of the low rise steps as you go up. And with the three boards you have plenty of space to plant your feet. And a place that you want to plant your feet is going to be right here on the 10-foot screen porch. And this isn't any screen porch right here on the Cloud Crest Cottage. This is a relaxation station right here on this home. The way this is done out is this is fully basically enclosed for your privacy where you're going to have the wood rails with rebar screening in around. But what the current owners chose to do was add some curtains so that way if they want to sit out here and enjoy a nice cup of coffee watch some tv you can do so in the privacy of your own home. That way it almost adds additional living space to your 399 square foot tiny home. And with 10 feet of exterior living space this is how you utilize it. I mean they have area for additional storage over here. Again let's not forget we have the composite decking on this porch that you do not have to stain or maintain. Have the great screen door right here. Window up front. Again with the home being baby blue they went with the royal blue door right here to bring some color pop as well. And you'll see that complements the island. Remember when I showcased the islands in the homes and I said they're on wheels so that way you can roll them outside onto your porch at your leisure. This is what I'm talking about. Just as they've done so here. They actually use this as more of an entertainment center for their tv. And you could do the same because that is included. So a great option there. And then of course you have four exterior can light. The exterior ceiling fan right here for your convenience. But the outside is one thing. Let's take it inside so you can see how great the Cloud Crest Cottage really is. And now that we're on the interior you'll see why we call this the Cloud Crest Cottage. Is because it has that cozy feel that just makes you not want to leave. Of course the colors add to that characteristic but also it just feels like a place to call home. And right here in the living space because this home is 15 feet of width and it will also be 42 feet in length. We'll get to that rear porch in a second. I showed you the 10 foot. We'll get to that 6 foot rear in just a second because it has quite a surprise. But with 15 feet of interior width it gives you the ability to do as you see right here. Put in a couple of recliners you can sit back relax and have so much space. The beautiful white shiplap leading all the way to the ceiling pairs perfectly as we come around. To your two picture windows that you have here on the living room side wall. Also the two clear story windows up top you see that they went with the option of the blinds. A lot of clients ask what do we do with those clear stories? This is what you can. Some clients leave them open. Some clients add the luxury of having some blinds to go ahead and shade it when they need it and then open it up when they don't. But then also look over here because we chose when we sold this home to them we did not have any entertainment center built in. This is what you can do. Look how big this is right here. Gives you a ton of space right here on the front wall and of course the TV is mounted right there for your convenience. And again I tell you all the time in a tiny home your TV is going to fill twice the size. So this TV feels huge right here in this tiny home. Also you'll see the 36 inch blinds and glass door. It's going to be finished out in the blue on the interior side as well because of course it's got to match the blue cabinets that we have going in the kitchen. So a great feature to add some color pop and again add to that cloud press cottage feel. What I love is that the blue cabinets pair perfectly with the white appliances and of course come together with the Calcutta marble countertop. You see you'll have a ton of space here. You have your pantry right here built onto the top of the counter. Also some things that the current owners chose to do is add this shelving in up top. So those are things that you can utilize as well. Again you do have the dishwasher included. That's a big feature that a lot of clients ask. Can I add a dishwasher? Well in this one move-in ready. You don't even need to add one. It already comes included there for you as well. And as we make our way down you'll see white coil top stove, microwave up above that, side-by-side fridge with the ice in the door. But let's take it on down. You got to keep in mind for 110k you're getting everything you saw outside plus what you're seeing here including a top load stackable wash machine and dryer already included. Then we'll take it into the bathroom here. You have your bathroom linen cabinet. Give you a ton of space there. Calcutta countertops wrapping around over your toilet. You have your window here obviously and then you're going to have the fiberglass shower in here as well. For privacy reasons I'm not going to open that up. You've seen a 48-inch fiberglass shower. You know what they look like. You will get this. There's no shower door so that way you can get ease of convenience in and out. You can just use your shower curtain as you please. But let's go ahead and take it in and you'll see from the bathroom into the bedroom this is a key feature right here. A queen size bed is going to be included in this home and it's not just any bed. You have a bed box. Yes a bed box with storage on each side. So you have two drawers on each side that you can utilize for additional storage space. And clients ask all the time what does a bed look like? Can I really fit a queen? Can I really fit a king? The queen is in here and you see that you have enough space on each side for nightstands in this particular model. Great feature. Also the shiplap running from the bottom all the way to the top. Great contrast into this bedroom and of course works perfectly with your single clear story right above your bed. So in the center you will have a white blade ceiling fan right across because the door to the bathroom is put towards the end of the bathroom. It creates a larger wall space right here to again add a large tv as you wish. So you see that's a great option there. And then you're looking around. I know you're like there's so much space but guess what? Where the heck is my closet? You haven't seen nothing yet. Follow me. A walk-in closet. Yes you'll see right here a rolling barn door leading into a walk-in closet. Don't believe me? Watch me walk in. We're not going to go through all the details because of course they have their personal belongings in there. But as you can see a walk-in closet allowing you the space to put all of your clothing items and some additional items such as a clothes hamper. Additional storage space out of the way and there is shelving up top for additional storage that can all be closed by a rolling barn door. So a queen bed box, a walk-in closet in the bedroom of a 399 square foot tiny home. What more could you want? What'd you say? A rear porch. That's Mr. Tiny you're talking to. You know I already told you get a rear porch. So you know it's Mr. Tiny but I do it big. So you're getting a rear screened porch at that. Six foot rear screen porch. That way not only do you get the seclusion on the front of your home but you also get that peace and serenity on the rear of your home. And it's more so because you have a nice view here on lot number 238 that you have a great amount of yard space. I actually see a roadrunner running across as we're filming right now. But with that you're also able to sit out here and enjoy this rear porch without having to worry about any inconveniences of mosquitoes, gnats, anything of the such because you do have the screening. And of course it's Mr. Tiny approved because it is screened underneath as well. So six feet of exterior space gives you the opportunity to have things like this. You have outdoor storage and then on the opposite side you have a couple of chairs here that you can easily sit down and relax at. Have a just a nice talk. A nice way to start your day or end your day as well. So great option here but we're not done. I told you got a six foot rear porch. Let's go through this screen door right here. Follow me out. And you also have a set of custom steps right here leading off the back of the six foot porch that wraps back around to the front of your property. But as you can see this is a great area here. Everything is manicured and landscaped at your convenience. So you have all of this beautiful trees going around. This would be a great gathering space if you wanted to put a fire pit out here or something like that. This would be a great option in my opinion and location to do so. You also have your grill out here. So you have that out to the side. So just a great area on this specific lot. As you come back down you'll see more of the rock landscaping. The metal skirting. Can't believe they're including the building as well as a golf cart. I mean you can't beat that for 110k. Then of course the three board low rise stairs. As you come down you see that is perfectly here for you. And then as we come back around to the front. I mean guys you asked for a move-in ready and I think I kind of knocked it out of the park with this one. So if anybody is currently in the market right now for a 399 square foot tiny home and you need a place to go. You need a place to put it. And you actually don't want to deal with the headache of picking the specific home. You don't want to worry about waiting for a build time. Waiting on a home to be completed.
