There is going to be question around the phone. I'm just going to let you know that.
I believe that this is an area that needs a little bit more probing. It needs more, it's,
it's not a highly deceptive. It's just comes up as deception as has been indicated in here. So,
the opposite hand below while maintaining a tense posture, that one never moves,
so there's that tenseness there. The head nods no, at not, which is consistent. The vocal tone
is slightly elevated and more emphatic in his tone. He says, no one, no one touched no one's
phone. If none of us had touched no, no one's phone, then there would be no reason for anything
to be deleted. That one came up as 83% deception indicated. Yep, now you raised your eyebrows.
Wow. So, he spoke in present tense. When he spoke, when he stated that, that was in present
tense, not in past tense. And usually people, when they tell you the truth, they'll speak about
an event that occurred, but in past tense, not in, in, you know, in future tense. The verbal words,
you listen to it, they slurred. There was a point there where all of a sudden he was asking, he was
kind of like smiling a little bit and his words slurred. His fluent language, which he was able to
do seamlessly, then all of a sudden he kind of went more rapid and his words kind of slurred
together. That shows me cognitive load. That tells me there's a high stress area. So, then you now
connect that. See, I'm showing you now I'm going to connect it to the phone because that's what
we're talking about. We're not talking about all the other things. Now there's a deviation. Why is
there deviation? We don't know. There's more questions that need to be answered there. So,
the vocal tone, you could actually even see like a little smirk kind of pop out. You can see him
kind of like a little stress smirk, a little pop out, which was inconsistent with all of the other
responses, but he was annoyed. This is like ridiculous. You would ask me such a stupid
question and it could be very well that because he was annoyed. The vocal tone become louder and
more defensive. So, what we're looking at here is we're looking at a cluster. So, this is an area
where the officer I think did a phenomenal job, but we didn't see, I don't know if I've seen the
whole interview. I don't know if there's other stuff that's been cut that I didn't see, but
however, there is more information that we could have probed a little bit more to find out,
because I think that there is something that occurred with that phone, but it wasn't that
they deleted it. It pops, shows right up here. It's very clear. No one touched Nolan's phone.
If none of us had touched Nolan's phone, then there would be no reason for anything to be
deleted. It was before it was deleted, but you can also see that it's like if no one's touched
the phone, then there would be no reason for someone to delete it. You didn't have to give
that example. You could have just said, no, Nolan touched the phone. I didn't touch the phone.
Nobody touched the phone. It would have been very simple. Doesn't mean that it has anything to do
with his disappearance or foul play, and I want to make that super clear, but there may be something
that occurred with that phone that he knows that he hasn't revealed. The mom act like,
or at least she portrayed on television, and the rumors are that you weren't really good
friends with Nolan. Is that true or not? Absolutely not. I hung out with Nolan probably
three days a week. Seriously, at least. Some days, my friends want to hang out every single day,
and Nolan was always there. These are what we call qualifying
statements. He's trying to qualify his relationship with him. It very well could be
that he had a closer connection with him than his own mind. That's what he really had,
but we don't know for sure if that is actually true because I believe his mother said that she
has never seen him or any of the friends to her home. We don't know why that is, why he wouldn't
have brought friends over to his home. So anyway, he says absolutely not, but they are accompanied
by explanations rather than simple denials. So there's a lot of no, then the head nod, no,
there's swallow, there's a stress response, and then he goes, you know, that one we were talking
about is course not, and then it's pitch lowers. That was the one that the clip we just saw right
before that. There were multiple ones, but here's my overall conclusion. You want to hear what it
is? What is it? What is it? I think mostly everything that he did he was talking about
was truthful. I think it was mostly all truthful. I think there is something that occurred with that
phone. I also think there was a lot of turmoil about him getting him on the boat. I think he
was also ticked off that he would not get on the boat and everybody was doing, and it was with that
girl, Katie. So he was annoyed. So it's like, everybody's trying to get him in here. So he was
trying to add emphasis to, that wasn't just me asking, everybody was asking. They're all trying
to get him to get on the boat, right? So do I think there's foul play? No.
