Video Summary
AI GeneratedThis video provides a comprehensive tour of the \"Jess\" tiny home, a high-spec, move-in-ready residential setup. The package includes a 9m x 3m compact main house and a luxurious, fully enclosed portable porch. Priced at $319,000 NZD, the home is designed for year-round living with a focus on sleek aesthetics, integrated storage, and versatile living spaces.
So I'm sitting here in our Jess tiny home which is a luxurious two-part tiny home setup. The tiny
home's behind me, I'm sitting here in the luxury portable porch which is fully enclosed so I guess
it's more of a luxury conservatory in a sense. But the setup is at our factory, it's fully completed
and it is available for immediate purchase. So I'm going to take you on a tour, give you the details
and if anyone would like to book a viewing just drop us a line.
So we'll head on into the Jess tiny home via the porch. So you open the doors onto the portable
porch. Portable we call it because it's easily moved along with the tiny house
separately but set up together. You can see what an amazing space it creates.
So on this porch you've got a whole lot of joinery that when opened makes the space feel breezy
and cool but in winter you can keep it closed or on rainy days keep it closed, crank the fire
and you'll be able to use the space year round. Makes such a difference to the tiny home.
So we normally put a dining table on the portable porches and often try and make space for a
separate lounge space which we've done here. The idea is that there could be a tv up on the wall
there so somebody could be watching tv outside and somebody else could even be watching tv on
the inside. So on this porch you've got this bonus extra room which I think is super cool
behind this custom-built barn sliding door. So we've set it up as a separate toilet room
but it really could be anything. The idea is outdoor toilet, semi-outdoor I guess,
and toilet for guests and possibly a nice big laundry space on that side for a stacked washer,
dryer, dehumidifier and a laundry hanging space. Moving to this end of the porch
we've got a really big sofa, could be one that has a pull-out bed for guests,
could be quite a cool double use of space but I just think it's a great space. Pop a tv up on the
wall, a great space just to chill out. Open up the windows and you'll get a beautiful breeze
which you actually really need today because it is hot out there.
So we'll head on into the house now. We've got nice big opening doors into the house
and the house itself is nine meters by three meters so quite compact but it really does
still have everything that you need. We fitted this house out to a really high spec because I
thought it's compact, I want it all to be really beautiful. So you've got space for a dishwasher,
bin drawer, more drawers, pantry space, more storage up above the cooker. That's a microwave
oven so it's an oven that doubles as a microwave, quite handy I thought. And then a beautiful
integrated fridge freezer so you can hide anything ugly away and the kitchen just looks
super sleek. Of course you've got your heating and cooling up there and two beautiful skylights.
Something I really like about this design is you can watch tv from the kitchen
which would make washing dishes that much less boring. Over into the lounge space
we've got a beautiful flat screen tv. I do love that song. If you haven't listened to it you
definitely should. We've got storage under the corner couch which is built in. Everything's soft
so it keeps sounds in the house nice and quiet, no planking of drawers or banging of cupboards.
So a compact but a really nicely designed space. We've also got lovely curtains and blinds throughout
just adding a nice softness into the home. This wall here, it was actually the first time we've
done it and I love it. It's a plaster finish with layers of fiberglass so that it won't crack
but I think it adds such a nice element of texture into the house and it follows all the way up to
the high ceiling line. I really like that little touch. So into the bedroom we've got again the
sheer curtains. If you want them open you can absolutely have them open or if you want a bit
of privacy from the deck you just keep them closed. You've got your bed space
and a whole lot of storage. So hanging space in that one, shelves in that one
but for a tiny home there's actually a lot of bedroom cupboard space.
Into the bathroom. That cupboard there is set up to fit a washer and dryer if somebody would
want it in there otherwise it would go out in the middle laundry room. We've got drawers,
lovely LED mirror. Toilet space would go there. We haven't installed the toilet yet because we'll
see what model of toilet whoever purchases this home wants and then you've got a beautiful
shower space as well with the lovely rain head shower. So that is a little tour.
Sometimes I forget how my accent goes because I've lived in a couple of different countries in my
life but this is a tour of the Jess tiny home. It's been very popular.
Anyone who's viewed it has had great things to say and now it is finished it is for sale.
So let us know if you'd like to have a look.
The price for both units including all furnishings, tv, appliances,
ready to live in is $319,000 New Zealand dollars. Hope you enjoyed the tour.
