Before going in on results day and before confirming your A-Level choices, please do watch this video.
So, I get a lot of students, as you can imagine, that ask me about A-Level options and I ask me about, you know, A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Bio, Chem, etc.
And they're always kind of unsure about what their options should be.
So what I started doing with my tuition students, between Year 11 and Year 12, I would offer them a one-on-one free meeting where we would just talk about their options, talk about what they would want to do,
and talk about what subjects they should pick and what works out well.
And for this year, because I've had a lot of emails recently about students that are just unsure of their A-Level options, I thought I'd open this up to everyone.
So, in the link in the description, there is an opportunity for you to just book a one-on-one, 30-minute meeting with me.
There's no kind of commitment or anything, but we will discuss your A-Level options, what you want to take, and perhaps what you should take.
I'll also give you some insight into what these A-Levels are going to be like and what you should do between September and December to make sure that you get those amazing predictive grades and eventually be really successful in Year 13.
Now, what subjects am I in particular used for that? Well, Maths and Further Maths, shockingly.
I also teach A-Level Physics. I've also taught a lot of students, and also did these subjects when I was at A-Level as well, which is Biology, Chemistry and Economics.
I do know quite a bit about them. I also know about EPQs, and EPQs are a really hot topic because it's a subject that's very different to anything you've done before in school.
And there's a lot of people that say that, oh, they're amazingly the best, and a lot of people say that they're awful.
I'm going to tailor that to your experience and to whatever degree you want to do.
The other thing I also do is I also deal with a lot of the admissions at school as well.
So, I'm there the day before and the day after results day, dealing with people who want to do A-Levels and what subjects they want to take.
Now, before we move on, you can change your A-Level options as long as it's before September.
So, even if you miss me on results day, you can still book one of these meetings and I'll talk to you about what the A-Level experience is like and what you should do,
what the plan should be for you to have the easiest and best experience in Year 12 and Year 13, so you can get into those amazing degree apprenticeships or those universities.
So, again, in the description and in the pinned comment as well, there'll be two links, one to book the one-on-one trial lesson for tuition,
but the other one will be the booking for the meeting, the one-on-one meeting where we'll go through your options and you can ask any questions that you want
and I'll give you some insight as to what you can expect from A-Levels.
It's a very, very quick idea. I would recommend you book them.
Again, on results day, my timing is going to be a little bit worse, so it's going to be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
But yeah, very quick video, I know, but I would recommend you book those meetings just in case you have any questions or you have any doubts whatsoever.
